I was given an ARC of this book and I enjoyed it because it had plenty of action and magical elements.

Lrya has to win the tournament or everything is lost. But will her powers as a beast whisperer be enough?

I liked the dialogue between the combatants and how their magic evolved.

Well-written and a great story of good v evil.
