Life has usually been blissful. Logan, Spencer, and I are happily married and living our best lives.
Or... we were.
Spencer's spending more time at work than he is at home, and now, he's also missing our messages, and he's separating from the family.
It's like he's married to his job instead of us.
Logan and I don't know what to do anymore. We're helplessly watching Spencer become more and more tired and overwhelmed. He's losing weight, and all he manages to do when he's home is sleep.
Our annual family vacation is coming up, and the five of us--Jaxon, Eros, Zeppelin, Logan, and I--have decided enough is enough.
Because not only are me and Logan losing him... Everyone else is, too.
And we're not standing for it any longer.
**It is NECESSARY to read Nerdy Boy and Give Me Three before reading this book.
West Greene is a romance author that specializes in short, steamy books and erotic shorts.
All your instalove needs can be found in one of her books, whether you're looking for possessive men, men with no morals, spicy FF romance, a boy just needing his Daddy, a twink just needing love, or even the other woman to get her HEA.
West Greene refuses to be stuck in one trope or type of romance. She loves variety, and she's definitely going to share that variety with her readers.
I love these 6 men! I wish we could get more! This was a great story of all of them together and the dynamic they all share. Zep and Logan constantly bickering it great. The I just love Spencer. Jaxon really is the greatest dad. And Eros and Ezra balance things out so perfectly. Getting a glimpse of vacation and life past these two relationships books. Definitely one of my favorite series.
Whenever I first read these books for Logan, Ezra and Spencer’s book I gave it four stars, and for Zepplin’s, Eros, and Jaxon’s book I gave it five stars, I feel like this books review is between a four and five star for me because once again, I like to Spencer’s and his partners sections., but I loved Jaxon’s and his partners sections.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
This is a bonus spin off story from the main 2 books in the series! It's lovely to get everyone's POVs & catch up on our trios on a vacation trip.
I had checked out both books, but I did kinda read only Jaxon's (aka good dad) book. But despite that, I didn't have any trouble understanding the dynamics, enjoying the banter & feels.
I was originally just checking it out but it's fast-paced & short, so I ended up completing it 🤣 in like 3hrs. Major takeaway from this is communication is always the key, spending time with your loved ones is important & let stressful stuff go.
It's cute & sexy, the bonds are beautiful to see. And hot 🥵. I should read book 1 (Nerdy Boy) sometime heh!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Heartfelt Reunion of Love, Laughter, and Healing
Family Vacay is a beautifully written continuation of the Nerdy Boy Universe that delivers all the emotional depth fans have come to expect. Ezra, Logan, and Spencer are a trio you can’t help but root for—and in this installment, their relationship is tested by the everyday weight of adulting, work-life imbalance, and emotional disconnect.
West Greene gives us a raw and realistic look at what happens when love is still present, but time and exhaustion start to chip away at connection. Through a much-needed family getaway filled with familiar faces and tender moments, Family Vacay becomes a story of reclaiming joy, rediscovering each other, and remembering why love is worth fighting for.
You’ll love this if you’re into: • Established polyam relationships • Found family feels • Emotional healing arcs • A vacation setting that allows space for reconnection • Characters you’ve already grown attached to in Nerdy Boy and Give Me Three
This book isn’t just a sweet escape—it’s a powerful reminder that even in love, we sometimes have to fight to stay close.

I liked this book a lot—the characters, the emotions, the setting—but I’ll be honest: it’s messy. There are six different main characters, all tightly packed into a short book, and it took me about halfway through to finally untangle who’s who and keep their dynamics straight.
That said, once I got into the rhythm, I really enjoyed the story. It’s heartfelt and a little chaotic, just like real-life family dynamics can be. Ezra, Logan, and Spencer’s relationship is the heart of this book, and watching them struggle to reconnect—especially as Spencer drifts away into exhaustion and overwork—felt real and painful. You can feel how much the whole family wants to pull him back in, and I loved that sense of unity and fierce love.
The author says you need to read Nerdy Boy and Give Me Three first, but I disagree. Yes, you’ll feel a little confused at first, but you can still enjoy the story. You’ll catch on.
Overall, this is one of those stories where you feel like you’re watching a family fight to stay together—and even when it’s a bit chaotic, it’s full of heart.

4.5 stars It's no secret that I adore these two throuples, Spencer, Logan and Ezra and Jaxon (Spencer's dad), Zeppelin and Eros and their dynamics. I'll never get tired of reading about Ezra and Logan doting on Spencer, Logan embarrassing Jaxon but loving him like a father at the same time, Zeppelin making crude jokes and riling Logan up, Eros trying to reign his husband in. What I adored most of this book was how they all helped with Spencer's situation, how they lovingly talked to him without judgement or paternalism. They really really care about each other and, even if they're a very unconventional family, the love they feel for each other is strong, just like the bond that tie them together.
What prevented me from giving five full stars: I was a little disappointed by the last scene, I would have preferred another kind of finale.
Very recommended, but read Nerdy Boy first and then Give Me Three to fully enjoy this story.
I received an ARC of this book from Booksprout and this is my honest review.
Short a little angsty, and hot. Grab your fan, you are going to need it for this one and not only because the guys have chosen a hot and sunny vacation destination!
Six men, two sets of relationships, one husband/son who needs a break and to step back from his relentless work schedule. This holiday is the break they all need, time to relax and recharge, but it is also the opportunity Ezra and Logan need to remind their husband he matters to them more than his job. This is where the touch of angst comes in but when there are three of you in a relationship it seems that the angst comes and goes more quickly, there are more rational minds facing the same goals!
Not yet entered into West Greene's Nerdy Boy Universe? Get yourself books 1, 2 and now 3, start from the beginning and discover that MMM romance is not only incredibly hot but also very nerdy, very funny and very cute. You won't look back and hopefully after this vacation neither will Spencer who will see that his future matters more than his job.
You do need to read Nerdy Boy and Give Me Three before reading Family Vacay (and they are great reads too).
I loved the group chat and the awkwardness of Jaxon not wanting to hear about what his son (Spencer) was getting up to with his husbands and vice versa with Spencer not wanting to hear what his Dad was getting up to with his men. Also how Logan and Zep picked at each other.
There was plenty of humour and steam, tender moments of caretaking, these men all fit perfectly together in each relationship, as well as a wider family unit. It is not half as dark as the other two (IMO), though there was reference to event/s that occurred in the other book/s and also deals with current stress / pressure / potential burn out in relation to the demands of a job.
The epilogue was epic and I can't wait to read more about these men and the things they get up to.

Wonderful catch up Please make sure to read book one and two in this series to fully understand what’s going on. We are back in the company of two great marriages I don’t want to give too much away, but let’s just say these guys all need a vacation and Spencer’s time to choose where they go and he chose the beach. it also involves a little intervention. It’s fair to say they’re all worried about Spencer. This book is full of passion off the charts passion but also what is fundamentally important to me is the connection the six guys have, they are a family that would do anything for one another. Don’t get me wrong they bicker and the banter between them is sometimes very colourful but deep down they love each other. I really hope we get more books involving these six guys.

We are back with 2 of most awesome throuples! I fall for each throuple in their own books but to have all 6 of them on one vacay, it was almost too much! While this was a short read, West does not disappoint with the steam, love, comedy, and warmth. 5 of these men have some together because Spencer is in need of a break. Some are truths are revealed but it was necessary for everyone to be healthy and happy. I really hope we get more soon!

I loved getting to see these two throuple's again and how they all meshed together for a family vacation. I loved how they supported Spencer in his time of need and how sometimes having two partners is better than one especially when needing extra love and attention. It was just a simple slice of life story, but it brought me such joy to get immersed into these men's life again, even if only for a few hours.

This is book number 3 of the Nerdy Boy Universe and revisits all 6 characters from the first two books of this series (Nerdy Boy and Give Me Three). The family is worried about Spencer and how he has started to lose himself a bit to his job. With a family vacation coming up, the whole family is determined to help Spencer. I loved getting to see all 6 of them again and seeing the family dynamic on full display. This was an excellent addition to the series!

I loved the way that Zeppelin, Eros, Jaxon, Ezra, Logan and Spencer are all there for each other the way they were in the previous 2 books. And I love how concerned they were for Spencer due to his high-pressure job that his overworking him. And the spice? These men did NOT slow down when it comes to reinforcing on who belongs to them!.

4- A quick check in with the men of the previous two books when they go on a family vacation in this short story. It has all the known characteristics of those in short form by the author; spice, laughter and comfort. The last chapter was fun, but so seemingly out of character for both Jaxon and Spencer, but it sure meant they are in relax mode and not stressed.

"Family Vacay: Nerdy Boy & Give Me Three Spin-Off" is another great story from West Greene. This is one of my favorite authors. They never disappoint and always provide a great, quick read with wonderful characters and a great story. Always bringing the steam and love. I received an advance copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. I cannot wait for more from this author.
We all need to plan a family vacation, right now! Ezra, Logan and Spencer, are spending their best lives happy and in sync. Then Spencer is less in sync and seems to be more occupied with work than the family. Then friends and family get together to identify the problem and find the solution. Excellent characters, fantastic storyteller engaging read. Lotsa fun, well done! I received an ARC and am voluntarily leaving a review.
But not really! This is just the conclusion of Jaxon and Spencer’s story. I’m sure the next book will be just as good, however it’s looking to be bringing in a new character.
This was some steamy work, with some fluff sprinkled on top. There is a plot so it’s not so much PNR but it does feel close some chapters. Overall a great ending to these two characters stories.
Family Vacay brings back the chaos, charm, and love of the Nerdy Boy and Give Me Three crew. When workaholic Spencer starts drifting, the throuple and their extended poly family plan a beach getaway to bring him back into the fold. It’s sweet, spicy, and full of feels.

This was such a sweet update on our guys! The two throuples are thriving and enjoying life. I’m glad they got Spencer to quit his job, he needed to take a step back. Can’t wait for more of these guys and their friends.

A great read as we catch up with these two throuple groups. You do need to read the previous books otherwise you really won't "get" the characters! Loved how they all came together to help Spencer and find the answers needed. Plenty of heat as always but a well written, slightly angsty storyline.

I fell in love with Nerdy Boy the instant I read it (may do a reread 😉) but this guys all have my heart! I love the dynamic of the throuple ❤️ and excited to see where these books go from here! Would love to stay with the characters but I know there’s only so much that can happen with characters! But this novella was great!
A continuation of Nerdy Boy and Give Me Three, we get to read about our six favorite guys going vacation together. If you ever just wanted a little more about Logan, Spencer, Ezra, Eros, Zeppelin, and Jaxon then this will give you complete satisfaction. 😂Great Banter 🥵MMM 🔥MMM ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🍆🍆🍆
The Gang is Back Spencer, along with his husbands Logan and Ezra and his dad Jaxon and Jaxon’s husbands Eros and Zeppelin, are going on a family vacation. These two trios are all weird dynamics and amusement when they get together, which makes for some fun scenarios. I enjoyed this short revisit with the gang - they’re always a good time. A great little read.
I love how west writes possessive and protective dominant characters, with their adorable sweet actions to those they care about. The main characters interacting and dialogue was hot, funny, and sweet. This was a great spin off.

If you read the first two books about this family, you need to read this novella! It's perfect for summer, a quick read, and gets you up in your feels. Loved seeing what happened in this world after the last book.
It’s so great to back with these men but you definitely need to read the first two books in this series to really get this novella and how important each of these men are to each other. Loved seeing them all again.
I absolutely loved this short story. This is not a standalone and you really need to read Nerdy Boy and Give Me Three because this was a continuation of both. I really enjoyed seeing both of these throples interact with each other and the spice was off the chart.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. I like how the two sets of husbands use the vacation to recharge and stage an intervention so that Spencer quits the job that is slowly destroying him. I'm glad everything worked out and everyone is happy.
I love the reality of a Nerdy Boy. And the story is really good. Another issue to solve. A Great story relaxing to read. I love knowing more about my favorite Boys.
