Really needed illustrations

A decent description of what Stonehenge is, how it was made, and what it could have meant. I appreciated the decision to mention, but not endorse, any theories of the monuments purpose that could not be supported with evidence.
I found the complete lack of illustrations to be disappointing. Describing the site and the arrangement of stones was fine, but pictures would have made the book more engaging and educational.

Ancient mysteries are always interesting, and I can't think of a better one than Stonehenge. This guide provides a nice combination of old and new information, synthesizing possible reasons for the monument's construction and purpose. The information is straightforward but sometimes dives into details about rocks and mechanics that get a little confusing.

Very Fascinating.

I am so thrilled that you decided to write and publish this book. When I saw the title of this book, it intrigued me very much, so I decided to purchase and read. I'm so very glad about my decision because I learned so much about Stonehenge and realized that I previously knew so little.

I read some interesting theories as to the purpose of Stonehenge in this book. I liked that, and I liked that these were presented in an unbiased manner. Most of the sources were from online, and I’m not at the point where I trust that, but YMMV. In any case, this book is interesting.

Very Informative

Book was very detailed. The material seemed a little repetitive at points. I do recommend this book to anyone want a good rundown on Stonehenge.
