Teaches you how to mentally convince yourself you have already become the thing you want to become, in term making you become the dream version of yourself but acting in the shoes that you have already achieved the thing you wanted to achieve. Teaches that you shouldn’t “Want” something, you should “Be” it instead. As ounce act as if are something, slowly you’ll become it.

A great book I listened to this on audible. most of what Matt shared I was aware of however some of the practices did give me ideas for the future.
really well out together and I loved his use of his own examples of how the universe has its own plan and we just need to take aligned action.
id definitely recommend this if you're new to manifestation techniques as it's all you need in one book!.😁

My favourite manifestation book I’ve read in a long while. Cooke includes practical exercises and explains the art of manifestation beautifully. I enjoyed it so much I’m already planning to read it again.

Amazing book! Love all the studies cited, the real-life stories/experiences shared involving manifestations, and all the practice sections at the end of chapters to implement the tools/systems into your life. A must read for anyone interested in manifestation.

In the opening chapters, Cooke says he was inspired by Napoleon Hill -- who we now know was a con artist (Hill may have even covered up a murder for economic gain. He got super rich and famous by saying he interviewed the most famous celebrities of the day but it turns out it was all a lie. Then he used his "success" as an indicator of credibility.)

That was an unfortunate way to open a book that relies on the reader trusting the author's rather unorthodox psychological takes.

The rest of the book is equally suspicious.
