liked this book, but I’m feeling pretty much the same as I did with the previous one. I feel like I didn’t enjoy it as much as I could have because I already knew the story. That being said, I absolutely love the adventure in this book, especially the final scene. I enjoyed Clarisse’s involvement and the situations our heroes had to face to complete their quest.
Even though I don’t have much patience, Tyson ended up winning a little place in my heart. However, I thought the suspense surrounding his "death" was kind of silly because no one is attached enough to him to actually feel anything—it would’ve been different if Percy had been separated from Annabeth, for example.
I love the racing scenes and every scene involving horses, whether they were hippocampi or pegasi, and I can't even explain exactly why. I also loved the scenes with Hermes and the real stars of those interactions: George and Martha.
I’m so happy to be reading these books, and I’m hyped to be starting one where I have absolutely no idea what happens, lol!
The call backs were freaking amazing, I knew the whole thing with Thalia was gonna happen but like DAMNNNN I LOVED IT OMG, lowkey kinda felt bad for Polyphemus case he just wanted to be with his sheepies and OMG I LOVE YOUNG CYCLOPSES they’re boson and so grateful( or resentful but like Tyson 😭😭😭).

Quite the page turner; as expected, full of action. Betrayal by an old friend. Bigger and nastier monsters. Secrets revealed. Family ties discovered. The love and concern that Percy feels for Tyson just leaps through the pages.
Sea of Monsters is very action impact and entertaining. In my opinion, sea of monsters is better than lightning thief. This book had many emotional scene and plot twisted. Overall, would recommend this book.

So wonderful as always. Packed with tons of action. Here are some of my favorite quotes from the story, I like to put quotes instead of a review, maybe the book’s words themselves can inspire you to read it.
- "The hardest choices in life aren't between what's right and what's wrong but between what's right and what's best” -"We only have one life, and it is short enough. Don't waste it." -"Even strength must bow to wisdom sometimes." - “Courage is about doing what you're afraid to do. There can be no courage unless you're scared."
