This book changed not only the way I view media, but has changed my life. And I don’t mean that in an overly dramatic way. So many of us suffer with overuse of media. Doing this detox helped me to realize how much time I was wasting scrolling on my phone. Now I feel equipped with the knowledge and the strength to scroll yes and prioritize those around me (and God) more!

Outstanding Resource

Media Fasting is an outstanding resource for spiritual growth. The author offers a concrete plan for reigning in our use of media. In this way, we can offer more time and attention to friends, family members, and the Lord. I didn’t want the book to end!

Pretty useful guide and daily devotionals. Gives multiple ways to do a detox and gave me good ideas.
I didn't love how many pages there were for you to write in. The book is actually about 1/4 smaller because there's a lot of empty pages to use for writing in.
