I get that it was trying to tap into the "cozy" genre, but the story and characters were weak, the dialogue clunky, and overall it failed to grab me. There was some vague attempts at work building, but it was messy and rushed.
The main character could have been replaced by a lampshade and they would have made better decisions. (Yes, I know that’s not actually the lampshade test.)

A cute Aunt Enid xmas story, except Aunt Enid is almost nowhere to be seen and we get to go on an adventure to an "Otherworld" with Sally and Red!
