Cast from the heavens and risen from the bowels of a sorcery-twisted world.
When Rekaan wakes after centuries of slumber, he finds the world of Krimarn a twisted, demon-haunted ruin. His betrayal of ancient powers has left him cursed, a marked man, to be slain by sword or deviltry. There is no peace in his life, and only through constant movement can he find even momentary rest. But his heart will never know anything other than misery until he is rejoined with his eternal love Leshani.
Eleven pulse-pounding tales introduce this new fantasy hero, a swordsman of unparalleled skill and unconquerable will. Whether seeking vengeance against an ancient and wicked priest (Citadel of Bones), cutting his way through the ranks of pirates (The Dark Beneath the Cliffs), or creeping through the subterranean ruins of a long-lost people (Under Starless Sky), Rekaan provides bloody solutions to insurmountable challenges.

I was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. I joined the Air Force, and my career took me from coast to coast before depositing me in the St. Louis, Missouri area for several years. After a tour in Korea and a short return to the St. Louis area, I retired and moved to the greater Denver, Colorado metropolitan area. I write speculative fiction, mostly science fiction and fantasy. My favorite writers over the years have been Robert E. Howard, Philip K. Dick, Roger Zelazny, and Michael Crichton.
Nice series of 11 sword and sorcery stories concerning a fighting man waking up from a stasis pod after a few centuries. At first I wasn’t sure how much I liked the character, but he grew on me and the stories were pretty interesting. I didn’t want it to end, so I decided I enjoyed it more than I thought. Recommend!
