I endured "man meat", Bailey's hole "twitching" and "gleaming in the sun," and him "gobbling down" a "girthy cock" because I needed the laugh. But when the dp ended with them all in a "cummy pile" I called it quits.

Was this book as disappointing as the first one? Yes. Should I have left it on the shelf? Also yes 😄
This author is not for me. I have an unhealthy interest in reading mmm, so I’m always going to pick them up. However I really hate it when authors only mention big life events and make everything you really want to know off page. So there’s that.
Not rereading and also don’t recommend.

All three guys have great energy, and are clearly a perfect fit with each other. Stellan and Duke are bff soulmates looking for a third they can both dote on. Bailey has always been dissatisfied with relationships because he has secretly suspected he’s polyamorous.
Stellan gives golden retriever vibes—he’s full of barely contained energy and is a bit impulsive and impatient. Duke is more restrained and thoughtful. But both are longing for someone to nurture and spoil. Bailey is somewhere in between them, personality wise.
This is a short novella, and maybe that’s why it didn’t land perfectly for me. I wished it was so insta-love. I honestly don’t see why Duke and Stellan couldn’t have been friends with Bailey during the month after they first met. It would have been nice to get to see how they’re compatible outside the bedroom. Also, I would have liked to know more about Duke and Stellan’s relationship prior to Bailey.

What A Great Read
Hot Neighbor Summer is a great read with a little bit of drama with some very smexy times and three possessive men. Bailey lives next door and when his ex comes to collect his stuff he attacks Bailey. Little does the ex know that the hot neighbors are out of their house and on him like lightning. Duke and Stellan don’t have a tolerance for Bailey’s ex but they know Bailey is meant for them. Little do they know Bailey believes they are right for him. It’s a win win win situation for all three. I give this book a 5 star ⭐️ rating. I absolutely love and adore it 💜

i feel like i have to give this book four stars because it was just a novella and we didn’t delve very deeply into any of the characters, but i really enjoyed this book. it was such a fun and hot read. i wish i was bailey and had two men like duke and stellan to myself. i’m glad that they all found each other and found everything they had all been looking for. i love the way they all accept each other so fully, and i wish we got more of their story.

When Bailey is kicking out his cheating ex boyfriend from his house, he reacts badly and almost attacks him. Luckily, his neighbours, Duke and Stellan, two huge and handsome former hockey players, are quick to intervene and save Bailey.
They act really protective of him because they've been pining for him from distance since the day they moved next door.
Bailey has always felt wrong for having strong sexual desires and secretly wanting two partners, but when Duke and Stellan make their interest clear, he can finally get what he needs.
Their physical connection is instant and soon they also catch feelings for each other.
What prevented me from giving higher rate:
The story seemed a little bit too centered around Bailey. It was clear that Stellan and Duke had a great relationship, but I needed to know more about them when they were just a couple.
I also feel like some things about their relationship were glossed over (like their decision to be intimate only when they were all together).
The physical scene are beyond intense, especially their first time, bu what I loved the most was how they say "I love you" to each other.
At the end of the book, the author introduces us to the throuple of the next book and they already seem very very interesting.
Quick and spicy, I recommend it.

Really enjoyed this book.
Duke and Stellan are former hockey players but are also boyfriends to an extent. Bailey is getting over a relationship gone bad. Duke and Stellan are also Bailey's neighbors. Duke and Stellan have been missing a part of a puzzle in their relationship and they think that that part Is Bailey.

A fairly decent MMM sharing scenario with adequate smut. There was plenty of it and very little plot, but the author could have been way more descriptive in their spicy scenes. So while this was a quick read where the focus is on sex, it still left a lot to be desired for a smutty novella. Don't have much else to sum up about this one. Didn't take a lot of time and was still okay, go ahead and give it a try!

If you don't blush easily, like to be tested to the limits of your imagination, this could be the book for you this summer. Oh and if you happen to like your men super hot, ex sports players, best friends, looking for a third to make their lives perfect... This is the book for you.

This book was a lot of fun to read, with tons of humor and banter. Bailey lives next door to two ex-NHL hockey players, Duke and Stellen, in the small community of Cumcircle. Yup, you read that right, and I giggle every time I come across it, but it is a very quiet, accepting town near a lake.
Bailey has recently broken up with his ex, has put all his ex’s belongings on the front yard, and is waiting for him to come and get them. When the ex gets violent, the two neighbors suddenly appear and rescue him. Stellen and Duke are both attracted to Bailey. They are together but not “together-together”, and have been looking for a third to complete them as a throuple. Bailey seems like he might be a good fit, and the campaign is on since he is now single. It doesn’t take long for them to get it on, and the surprise is who is the instigator. Things develop quickly, the fit is good, and they set about making a relationship that works for them, solving minor problems on the way.
A short, entertaining read with some explicit steamy times from a creative threesome. I got a kick out of the mention of Blaze and Ram (gotta find out for yourself), and had a connection with Bailey to his grandmother, remembering playing Canasta with my grandmother when I was considerably younger. I smiled through the whole book, loving Bailey’s energy and the genuine care for him from Duke and Stellen. I must admit the author gets very creative with his name choices for people and places, they brought me quite a few smiles and chuckles as I came across some of the more unique ones. If you want a short, very entertaining, light-hearted read, this might be the one for you. Wholeheartedly recommend.

If you are looking for a light-hearted steamy afternoon quicky, this one fits the bill perfectly. It is a bit over the top at times, but if you set that aside and just enjoy it for what it is, you will find it quite enjoyable.
Duke and Stellan are the ex-NHL players who have been together for quite some time but have been on the lookout for a third person to share their relationship with. They have chosen a small town to settle down in where they plan to invest in providing affordable housing. They have their neighbor, Baily, on their radar, but have kept him off limits due to his relationship status. When that changes, they don’t hesitate much to introduce the idea of Baily becoming their third. Baily, while pretty recently cutting ties with his on again, off again ex for cheating on him, has definitely taken notice of his sexy neighbors.
Needless to say, things move very quickly, as you can imagine with this only being 70ish pages. Duke and Stellan make sure Bailey is always comfortable with what they are doing and that he is fully on board before they take any next steps, but it is quickly clear that Bailey has been searching for something more all along, and these two just fit the bill perfectly.
The story wraps up nicely with a few other things falling into place, and we can see that these guys are well on their way to a happy life together. Again, there isn’t a lot of depth in such a short story, but if you are looking for a steamy afternoon read, this one was quite fun.

A great start to a new series
Bailey had finally had enough after finding out that his now ex-boyfriend cheated on him three times enough was enough. So he threw all of his belongings in the front yard went on a hook up site to find him because he had blocked his number on everything and told him come and get your stuff before the bin men taking it away. And he thought he could come and muscle his way in and tell Bailey that they’d be back together again soon, but not this time and when it got a little bit physical Baileys next door neighbours came in to save the day.
Duke and Stellan both met when they were in the NFL they are now retired and enjoying life as a couple but they’ve always felt that they were missing an important part of their relationship as they were both tops when they moved in they were both drawn to Bailey, but he was in a relationship so never acted on it but now after that very public display the gloves were off.
This is a real enjoyable read about how you find what works for you. Whose business Is it that they’re all three men in this relationship? All that matters is they are happy and I’ve got to say the chemistry between all three is extremely hot. Looking forward to the next book.

I loved this book. The situation was the kind that always draws me in. I loved Bailey, Stellan, and Duke. They were really cute together, and I love the dynamic between the three of them. Duke and Stellan both need to love and care for someone that needs to be cared for. Their love for each other was strong, but Bailey was the piece missing to give them exactly what they needed.

This is a short romance, the opposite of a slow burn! Bailey has had enough of his cheating ex, so he dumps the guy’s stuff on the lawn and messages him to come get it. When the ex shows up, he tries to bully Bailey, on the verge of hitting him. That’s when Stellan and Duke step in. Stellan and Duke are partners, retired hockey players, and both in lust with Bailey. They think he just might be the missing piece in their relationship.
The scene with Stellan and Duke sending Bailey’s ex packing is stellar. The rest is hot, though I would have preferred seeing the three really getting to know one another. A good MMM and chosen family romance.

Duke and Stellan love each other very much but both have always wanted a little more in their relationship. The three take a chance and explore their connection and it leads to hot moments and sweet love! It’s a quick read that will definitely make you smile!
This was a fun and sweet quick read with some spice thrown in too! It’s a MMM novella featuring two retired hockey players, Duke and Stellan and their cute neighbor Bailey and how they all find exactly what they are looking for.

I enjoyed this book. I liked Duke and Stellan's protectiveness towards Bailey. I appreciated that they took it slowly in building a relationship. This is a cute story. I liked that they made friends in their neighborhood.

Wow! If you are looking for a quick and insanely hot book, this is the one for you! Duke, Stellan, and Bailey about burned up my kindle! Duke and Stellan know they are meant to be together forever, but they are missing the piece that will make them complete. When Bailey runs into some trouble, Duke and Stellan finally get their chance to make him theirs. Once these three get started, look out! You won't be able to put down the book.

I read the first chapter in Casey’s newsletter and knew I had to finish the story! This short story was so sweet, with two mature men (although one has an excitable Labrador personality) looking for someone to take care of and complete their relationship. Bailey is cute and looking for something unique himself. Low angst, high heat, HEA.

Yes, it's cheesy and corny smut, and there were glistening holes and girthy cocks and whatnot. Nevertheless, it had been some time since I've managed to find an erotica short that
A. Described how all the guys look and how old they were before they're having sex;
B. Had some friendly interaction between them before the sex, so it's semi-plausible in terms of relationship progress.
My single serious complaint is the lack of any real conflict after episode one.

3.5 🤨 Very short story.. it was pretty good overall considering, but somehow after like 600 books in last 3 years, I found a new hard limit. 😣 to each their own but yeah, a scene in here had me cringing SO fucking bad. Arse play has limits, bacteria and disease is a very real issue. Lick a clean one fine.. rubbing all over in stuff you pushed out of it onto another’s chest…fuck no. And.. if u like this more power to ya and here’s a book for you ✌🏼

Bailey, Duke & Stellan
A short, semi-sweet, and spicy novella about a younger man just getting out of a bad relationship being invited to join his coupled neighbors in a new situationship that very quickly grows into a relationship.
I thought each of the guys brought something to their relationship that worked well with one another. It was surprising that Duke & Stellan had been so long a couple but were still strong together despite knowing they really needed a third to round out their lives. Bailey was a sweet, and very kinky, addition to their lives that brought excitement and emotional relief to each of the three men.
Sidenote, I thought the name of their town was a hilarious tidbit. I wasn't sure it was serious at first. 😆
Hot Neighbor Summer is a fun, short read that works as a fantastic palate cleanser when you're in between long reads. I always enjoy Casey Cox's books, and I know the next book in this series will be hot fun as well (as intended).
