Sherry is a young college student who is living with her mom after her father left them. She moves into the house next door to her best friend, Jake. On move in day, Jake’s dad, Kade, helps her move some of her boxes. That day, not only did Kade see Sherry as a woman, not just his son’s best friend, but Sherry noticed him as well. This novel is a slow burn romance. Both are concerned of the perception of others with their age gap and also worried how her best friend/his son will take them having a relationship. When they finally give up the fight and give into the desire…. Its total fireworks for them both. The story has them sneaking around at first, until they are no longer able to. The rest of the story deals with their growing feelings and how they plan to make a future together.
This is a cute story filled with lots of passion. Kade worries about being older but still manages to keep the hip dad biker vibe. Sherry wonders how she will handle being in a relationship with an older man, still be best friends with his son, and have a future together while finishing her college courses.
I recommend this novel for mature audiences only due to sexual content.

Finding Love . . .

Kade is Sherry’s best friend Jake’s dad. He’s charming and sexy and totally off-limits. This move was because her parents divorced and her dad is keeping the house for his new woman. As Sherry struggles in the heat to continue unloading the truck, moving into the rental nextdoor to Jake, she sees Jake’s dad leaning against the side of the truck and offering help. His tattoos and muscles have her drooling. She definitely feels the attraction to him, even if she is not sure where it’s coming from. When she suddenly notices she is going to be late for class, Kade offers her a ride there by motorcycle. Pressed up against each other is more of a temptation than she realized!

Kade hasn’t been able to get his mind off of Sherry. When both of them can no longer resist, they melt into each other. But will Jake understand what’s going on between them? Neither want to upset him. Should they walk away from a relationship? Or will they have a little reason for sticking together?

Get ready to read this spine tingling hard to put down age gap romance book with enough spice and heat to warm you up from start to finish. I will warn you that this book will keep you away from all of your daily duties except reading this AWESOME book by Shania. So, take this book and devour it because it is out of this world FANTASTIC.

I enjoyed this book. I wasn't expected Kade to be a biker based on the cover but I am not complaining. I love a biker MMC. The book was a bit on the sweeter side with a little spice. Kade and Sherry were adorable together and so sweet on each other. There was not a lot of drama but it was an easy read. It is worth a read.

First Time with My Best Friend's Dad by Shania Rose was such an entertaining book. Sherry and Kade's story had everything you want in a great age gap romance. Once I started reading I couldn't put it down, and I think you will feel the same way too.
