Standard Issue Partner

Flint has lost his partner. A cop on the beat for the last seventy years, still physically young due to advances in medical science, it's all he's ever known. Around him, all the new recruits have robotic partners who do their paperwork and chase down the more agile criminals for them. If he's going to continue on the force, he'll have to take on one of these new androids, but he doesn't have to like it. Faced with the choice of early retirement or a new robotic partner, with at least one good mission left in him, he dons his badge and his favorite laser pistol to find out where he stands.

Will he avenge his partner, or leave the force? Only time will tell.
