A Must-Read for Parents in the Digital Age!
Chad Clement’s Raising Digital Disciples: A Biblical Guide to Parenting in the Social Media Age was written to equip parents with practical strategies and biblical insights to parent effectively in the age of social media. The book is a series of essays that provide a broad overview of the ever-expanding area of cyber security. It offers thoughtful methods to introduce and discuss these topics with kids and teenagers.

I found the book to be engaging and conversational – an essential, real-world parenting guide to navigating the complex, ever-evolving digital landscape. The author is at his best when discussing practical strategies. The world is discipling our children through TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat. Clement is right when he writes that “intentional parenting” is the key to winning the war that is being waged for our children’s hearts and minds. Chapter 10 which is titled, “Overcoming Screen Addiction and Distraction” is a standout.

If you have children and you are worried about how much time they spend on social media, then get this book. I’d recommend Raising Digital Disciples: A Biblical Guide to Parenting in the Social Media Age to any parent. The author’s practical, biblical tips are extremely helpful.
