You won't find a book more full of inventive sandwiches than this. Many of them weren't my cuppa tea but all looked viable depending on your interest in the ingredients. We have marked 5 or 6 that looked good and the first one we tried — Chicken Caprese Sandwich — was delicious.

The recipes are fun and trendy. Not sure about realistic (for sandwiches). Are you really going to spend 6 hours making a whole brisket for an afternoon snack that you’ll eat in 6 minutes? Dubious, but it’s fun to imagine.

The section in the back on sauces, condiments, and toppings is a nice, multipurpose, addition that the average person may get more utility out of than the actual sandwich recipes.
