Obviously irregular, since this anthology includes short newspaper columns, novel fragments, short stories, journal entries and everything in between, and even though the authors all represent, in one way or the other, the "new woman" of the 1920s, their lives, styles and even ideologies were very different. In the end, even though some of the texts included were really not to my taste, I enjoyed the variety and marvelled at how modern most of them felt.
