The curtain opens only when the preparation on stage is complete.
Happiness comes first. Then all this spiritual stuff come. This is true as far as my own experience is concerned, as well. When mundane matters settle, existence showers on you.

Great guidance on how to continue to nurture Zen mind, beginners‘ mind. “In the beginner’s mind there are many opportunities, in the experts mind there are few”- Suzuki Roshi. Enough for today.

Osho has always been controversial. I have not come across a more controversial mystic... apart from Jesus!
There is something about these guys... oblivious to the world, mad geniuses, deeply and unstoppably passionate, they loved to speak and talk; a different kind of revolutionaries!
This book is worth reading over and over again. Just like his book on Lord Krishna... also in my list here on Goodreads. Every one of his books is great, but these two, along with a few others, are extraordinary... books that i consider myself fortunate to have gotten hold of!
Read them cover to cover, over and over again. Devour them completely. And, just like the New Testament Gospels, they'll transport you to the beyond. If you're paying attention, you'll catch a glimpse! Once you catch that glimpse, you've found the path!
And then comes the most difficult part... you have to decide whether you keep going... or you turn back to your comfort zone (as I did for a long time)... or stay in the middle somewhere (again, I did that for years and still doing it to some extent)!
So, be careful before you start reading!

This doesn't really fit in any shelves.

It is 'philosophy' to the extent that being naked is a type of clothing, and a turned-off TV is a channel.

For me, reading and listening to Osho is sitting down with an old friend (old in both senses), and talking about everything and nothing in particular.

After that, I go on a walk, in my head, and float around like a cloud. I am not looking for anything. I simply enjoy.

Like I enjoy poetry.

As a wise friend quipped, "What you have seen with your eyes closed cannot be shown to others.
They have to find out on their own."

I needed to read something and this book is apt for light reading. The whole discourse is written in simple English. Very easy to read and understand. It has stories for comic relief and keeps the reading journey soothing. Something does strike and something does irk you, but overall a good, light read for a moment when you feel empty and don't know what productive thing you can do in life. It is a good time filler and best for escapism.

Some parts felt a bit perverted. Keeping those aside, overall the content was fabulous and magical. Enjoyed reading it very much. Such clarity and wisdom coming from Osho. Great read! Highly recommended for all.
