I really enjoy reading this series of books, uplifting, and feel-good reads.

Set on the Isle of Wight, Pepper Bay is a small community with people who help and support each other. This book centres around the new doctor, Dr Bedford, who has moved to take over a retiring doctor's practice, and he has brought his 9 year old daughter, Lindy, with him.

Florence, who we met a few books back, wrote an article about him that wasn't received well. Once she realises her mistake, it's too late, but she has to do something to make up for it.

All the books are easily read in a few hours and are a way of escaping the hustle and bustle of normal life for a while. The books are best read in order of publication to preserve continuity of the characters and wider storyline.

I can't wait to read the next book about life in Pepper Bay.

I cannot say it enough: I just love the Pepper Bay series! We met Florence before when she came to help at Rhett's stables trying to start over in Pepper Bay. This time we get to know her even better when there's a new doctor in town, also from London and one Florence had a one night stand once. Dr Stefan and Florence get off to a rocky start, but the misunderstandings and issues are soon resolved and then they start building the loveliest friendship.

Once again, this is a story with a lot of heart... it just pulls at your heartstrings and I loved every minute I spent reading it.

Another wonderful, cosy book in the Pepper Bay series
This time we have Florence and Stefan’s story.
Lots of ups and downs and back stories to take us through the book.
I’ve always liked Florence so was happy to read her story!

Only one more book to go in the series which I’ll be starting straight away.
