For those of us who are new and slightly intimidated by our air fryer this cookbook has been a big help. I am happy to move on past the frozen pre-made section of the grocery store when so many items can be made in the air fryer using fresh food.
I am excited to try making the Ricotta and Spinach Stuffed Peppers or Stuffed Chicken (both sound delicious and easier than I would have imagined) and Beef Meatballs. There is a wide variety of foods and it seems like one can make easy substitutions like I intend to do with the buffalo cauliflower bites using barbeque sauce.
The book also explains different air fryer techniques for grilling, baking, etc. It also explains how to cook multiple items at once using basket dividers or silicon cups which I was unfamiliar with. So, it is perfect for a novice like me or maybe a good refresher for someone who doesn't use their air fryer regularly.
This cookbook is laid out a bit differently than most. Rather than have the usual meat, vegetable, fish sections it shows options by day for a mix and match pairing of foods. I used the search feature on the Kindle to find all recipes with whatever main item I have in my kitchen (i.e. eggplant).
Overall, I am happy to have this cookbook and will get a lot of use out of it.
