Charm Hayes Yayo is in town? Though years have passed since our last encounter, the thrill in his voice alone is enough to make my heart pound with excitement. He was my first boy crush and my very first kiss. Am I being selfish in wanting to bring him into my relationship with Gem and El, or will it work itself out?
Ayodeji The last time I saw Charm was in high school before I moved away. As my childhood best friend, he held a special place in my heart, and our first kiss remains a significant and unforgettable memory from those years. Having recently moved to his city, I want to make him my valentine, but he's in a closed triad.
Don’t ask me what the title means. No one knows but it gets the people going. Okay seriously at this point Lily is an automatic coin snatcher. Take all my money, please and thank you. It’s scorching heat from the word go. It’s not what you say, but how you say. It’s the way the words paint a picture that literally has me kicking my feet up with giddiness. It’s also the obvious care for the subject matter. I loved the poly representation and the dynamic of what’s mine might not be yours. It wasn’t indiscriminate busting of nuts. I loved that.🥰🥰
This is so close to everything I wanted in a poly romance with a solo poly dynamic. What more could I have asked for? Well MORE duh!! I could spend chapters upon chapters upon chapters with these characters. The conversations and clear explanations of thoughts and feelings made the pace so good. This was condensed but concise! And Sistah Flowers put her whole ass foot in the convo with Charm and Deji. 75 pages and I had 25 highlights and a bookmark cause the romance, the affirmations, the nasty grown folks business, the reassurances it was so much and still not enough! But that was a TBC if I ever did see one and I’ll be here for every check-in I can get with these four!
Honestly, when I first started this, it felt a bit overwhelming, and I ended up putting it down. But after taking a few days to regroup, I gave it another shot—and I’m so glad I did! I really can’t explain why I set it aside because I was seriously missing out on something great. Coming back to it was definitely the right choice! I absolutely loved the dynamic between the couples; it was truly captivating!
Ms. Flowers!!! Yes!!! You kept me on my toes with this one! I loved a good Poly romance! El, Gem, and Charm has great communication with each other! They respect each other feelings. They make sure to talk about it and be honest with each other. So when Yayo walks back into Charm’s life, all of this is tested because El becomes jealous and feels that things will change. However, she warms up to the idea of Yayo coming into Charm’s life and everything turns out just fine! Yayo respects their relationship and makes sure they know he respects and wil play his position. The sex in the book is everything!!!!! Ms. Flowers please give me more of them! Loved it!

OH! This was such a fun ride! SPICY, SPICY, & SPICY! This fast paced story showed the reality of individuals in a poly relationship, at times jealousy can occur. Ella, Gemini, and Charm communicated with one another despite if it would be uncomfortable/tough. I loved how they made sure one another needs were met, even Charm’s with his blast from the past…. BABY, if I could have been a fly on the wall at that cabin… whew!
Lily does it again with another poly romance. I know she said its an erotica, but the way she writes about love in this book makes it a romance to me. I could keep reading about these 4! They had me giggling. I loved it!
I love when authors craft confident and openly queer black men with a story of love and romance to share. Makes me so happy. Lily is a craftswoman at erotica and poly romance that pulls at tiur heart
