An easy read for an aspirant of Shaiva sidantha and Kriya yoga. The author in simple words puts forth an ancient philosophy on which Vedanta and other schools are based on.

I suggest reading this book alongside Marshal Govindans book ‘Babaji and the 18 Siddha Kriya Yoga Tradition’.

The thing that intrigues me, is the authors open callout of other Kriya yoga schools as non-genuine and making no reference to Sage Agastyar, without whom the discussion is incomplete.


I suggest reading the book with a non-judgmental mind and leaving conclusions for later.
