Basically a user manual. Not much for creative usage, sample projects, or case studies to drive usage. Just a nuts and bolts look under the hood of Captivate. 80% of what's in here can be learned by putting a few hours on the software, but for the rest this can help to spell it out for you.
Note: 2 stars for a user manual is pretty high. I don't think I've rated any other user manual's before. Anyone giving this four stars is either an author, a relative of an author, or dreadfully dull.
