Bittersweet

Evan and Jade are a happily married couple of fourteen years. Jade is a cashier at a local store, whose battle with cancer at a young age made her realize that she wanted to spend more time volunteering and Evan is a psychologist. Life seems simple and perfect until Evan gets into a car crash on the day of their anniversary. This crash invites voices to muddle his mind and damage his decisions. Can he keep himself together or will he allow himself to fall apart, along with their love?

About the author

Etienne T. is a high schooler with dreams. They've been writing since they were eight, and have yet to make a breakthrough. They are a spoken word poet and a novelist. They were the Vice President for the Creative Writing Club and President for GSA in their junior year. They were also Editor-in-Chief of The EYE and The Tempest. Currently in the process of working on their second novel, there is more yet to come.
