What do you get when you mix a couple hackers, a baby, a zombie overlord with no bowel control, a cheese-sandwich loving dog, and an autistic giant of man with a thing for boobies? Zombie Slaver...the fourth book in the Zombie Botnet series.

The tone of this series continues to be following the trend of the third book. Less humor, but when added, it makes a big splash. Alfred, the new mayor of zombie-ville, reminds me of a functioning alcoholic. He's maintained a semblance of humanity but has some slip-ups. And I'm not just talking the inability to hold his bodily functions in...let's just say he has to change his pants quite often. Do zombies do laundry? Something to think about...

Zombie Slaver introduces the 'hive mind' of the hordes, and Alfred is the one pulling the strings. We're only two weeks into the epidemic. Ven has really let herself go but manages to pulls herself together.

The group finds a fairgrounds where the food and drink is still flowing, the rides are still operating, and the carnies are still swindling visitors. Al finds himself a buxom love interest, which could have gone terribly wrong, but instead provided the comedic relief in this installment. Watching Al become a lovesick puppy and swoon at some cleavage was more than entertaining.

I love where the series is going with baby Tomas and can't wait to see how it continues! Keep em coming!
