Owens Protective Services Box 1
In The TrenchesCash Owens—owner of Owens Protective Services, former sniper in the military, and a man just a little too in love with his rifle Sally.
Owning a business hasn’t adjusted him to civilian life any more than the next Marine. He surrounds himself with men who are just as ready to throw down as he is, from his resident show tune-loving, knife-wielding psychopath to the man with better organizational skills than any office supply store to his EOD expert with a penchant for blowing things up.
But when a terrorist threat lands the team in a bit of hot water, it’ll take more than their great personalities and unique skill sets to get them out of the mess they find themselves in.
There’s just one A certain lady has caught the eye of their fearless leader and she’s right at the center of all the drama. Is she working with the enemy or is she an innocent bystander swept up in the chaos of the attack?
With more explosions and gunfire than an action movie, Cash and his team will have to race against the clock to find out the truth and either prove her innocence or take her out before another looming threat intervenes.
Nuclear Option
The military defines a Nuclear Option as a drastic step or last resort, and I’m about to take it.
I am an expert marksman, engaging the enemy from afar.
You’ll never see me coming because I’m that good.
Even a sniper can be drawn out of hiding.
Pull the right strings and eventually you’ll see my face.
But it’ll be the last thing you ever do.
I take warnings for what they actually are—a threat of war.
I will defend those I love and the team I surround myself with.
I will use my specialized training to take you down.
I will make you regret ever coming after me.
There is no world in which I exist that I’ll let you live.
Special Ops training gave me the tools I needed to be an effective weapon in special recon, infiltration, and target acquisition—to name a few.
I’m ruthless, fearless, and I will stop you at all costs.
Power won’t help you when you come up against me.
Intimidation is laughable.
And threatening the woman I love is the worst mistake you ever made.
Charlie Foxtrot
Mummies.
Yeah, you heard me right. That’s my next job—protecting a mummy.
It wouldn’t be a problem, except someone doesn’t want this particular mummy to make it to the museum.
Not to mention one of my teammates thinks this particular mummy is cursed.
On top of this ridiculous job, I’ve also met the most gorgeous woman in the world.
Except, she’s anti-gun, anti-meat, anti-everything that makes me who I am. And she’s from California.
I really f*@king hate California.
And she’s a screenwriter with absolutely zero experience, writing a story with a ton of action.
No, cars do not just explode while driving down the road. And contrary to popular opinion, it really is hard to shoot out tires from a moving vehicle, especially when you’re firing into the wind.
But the worst part is how excited everyone at OPS is to help her. Fox, New Guy…even Brock has decided to take up a career in acting.
I would walk away, but despite the fact that she’s from California, I find myself needing to be with her.

Fun, Fun, Fun
The first book in Owens Protective Services Box Set 1 is Cash and Eva's crazy story. So many weird challenages happen to them and the men he leads. Unbelievable reading. The second book is Zoe and Red's comical story. Zoe is a dreamer who wants to make action films. Her crazy stunts drive Red bonkers. Have fun laughing!

This is the second time of reading these books. I love the characters and story lines that make me laugh out loud and cry as well. I am still reading the whole series but wanted to go back and read from the beginngs again. Brilliant author who gives her characters so much personality.

Banter like love/hate siblings

Absolutely Hilarious
These 3 books were the funniest things I have read in ages. The individual characters are so funny & then you add them all together & you get "hysterically funny". I can't wait to read the next Box St
