BOOK ONE in this NEW series of Children'sFANTASY - MYSTERY- ADVENTURE
In Harmony Ro, no one remembers the past. And no one ever leaves... Emily Parker has always wondered where she came from.
Left on the doorstep of Providence House as a baby, she has no family heirloom, no photograph, no answers, just a yellow blanket and a life she’s grateful for.
Set in 1952 England, Harmony Ro is the sort of town where nothing seems to change. The factories hum, the same shopkeepers greet the same customers, and the past is rarely spoken of. But behind the tall brick walls of Providence House, something different is growing.
The children there are not just housemates. They are each other’s family. Bound by shared loss and stubborn hope, Emily and her closest friends Joey, Lauren, Daniel, and Tom have learned to rely on one another in ways most adults never understand.
Then Emily begins to dream.
A voice calling her. A single Find the stone.
When she and her friends uncover a secret hidden in the heart of their town, they discover that Harmony Ro has been guarding something for over a century. Something powerful. Something meant only for children.
Long ago, six young guardians were given stones unlike anything the world had seen.
One of them betrayed the rest.
Now the stones are searching again.
And as the world outside moves forward into a new era, shadows from the past are rising with it. If Emily and her friends cannot uncover the truth before time runs out, the secret that shaped Harmony Ro may destroy it.
📖 For fans of FANTASY , MYSTERY & ADVENTURE, this enchanting adventure blends mystery, magic, and heart in an unforgettable tale of friendship, bravery, and the power of destiny.
One thing I can say about this book is that the writing was so lovely. The storytelling felt beautiful, like threads coming together one piece at a time to form a perfectly knitted cloth.
There were so many moving parts, yet everything came together so smoothly with no loopholes, and it never became difficult to follow. It felt like every sentence was intentionally written and carefully placed. I honestly don’t even know how to explain it, but the whole thing felt complete. Every statement had a purpose, every chapter showed Stephanie expertly making connections and building such a beautiful, thorough story.
It gave the perfect amount of adventure and suspense, with just the right dose of revelation to keep you satisfied at every point. As a girl obsessed with romance novels, the fact that this book had none and I still didn’t feel like I was missing anything says a lot.
I almost cried for all the kids because they were just so brave, and it was honestly so inspirational. They felt mature while still maintaining that childlike nature. And the trust they had in each other >>>
And that cliffhanger ending almost made me cry because why would you leave me thereee 😭😭😭
