Sin So Sweet

My past still haunts me. My inner demons howling nonstop, begging me to unleash them and cause the chaos they so much deserve. That is until I meet her. The first woman that's caught my eyes since Ryan. Her sins call to mine, leaving me needing more. Trapped in the middle of want and desire between her and Aaron. They’re the only ones that calm down the raging storm inside of me that never seems to quiet on its own. While working on bringing an empire down, I’m sure we never saw ourselves as contract killers, but we all found ourselves in a business that helps others, and maybe it helps us heal a part of ourselves too. Will we crash and burn, or will we heal each other, putting the others' broken pieces back together? One thing for certain and two things for sure, I will make them both mine or I’ll die trying.

Sin So Sweet is the second book in The Sinful Series, following Sins Of Her Sister. While it can be read as a standalone, it's encouraged to read Sins Of Her Sister first.

“Be fucking for real right now. Did you seriously just bust into my house uninvited?”

Yeah Daddy Blaze is home baby. Sin So Sweet is out now and it follows Blaze, Aaron and Cea with multi POV, masked MCs, s t a l k i n g, and a whole lot of spicy scenes. It wouldn’t be a Talia Lane book if there weren’t some truly unhinged scene. Ashlyn anyone? Iykyk

“She spits on my chest, her saliva sliding down my abs. I wipe it up with my forefinger, bringing it to my mouth and sucking. “Tastes like you’re in trouble,” I tease.”

Blaze sure can hand out a punishment like no one else. 🥵 The push and pull between Cea’s feisty badass self and Blazes need for dominance was everything. Cea is a t’ake no shit’ kind of girl unless it comes to her man or should I say men….

“It may be toxic, but who doesn’t like a little bit of toxicity in their life.”

Aaron and Cea together? From LOATHing to making out in 3.5 second flat. 😮‍💨 and Aaron’s punishment? Umm excuse me sir where did that come from? I liked it. Aaron really was able to shine with Cea by his side along with Blaze.

“You’re mine. You were always meant to be mine, Blaze Valentino.”

Aaron and Blaze together after all this time. My heart. (Let me be very clear there are Sins of Her Sister spoilers in Sin So Sweet. I highly recommend reading that first.) I love their love so freaking much.

“Our girl? Hell yeah, I love the sound of that.”

But the real magic in this book is all three of them together. It’s like all the pieces of the puzzles finally laid together properly again after years of trauma and heart ache. So fucking beautiful.

Make sure to check your triggers and then go ahead and grab your copy of Sin So Sweet today. Available in paperback, hardcover and on KU.

Talia Lane’s stories are unapologetically unhinged, and that’s exactly what makes them so thrilling. She's carved a niche with her signature blend of erotic horror and deeply dark romance.

Sin So Sweet is the second installment following Sins of Her Sister, a scorching erotic horror. This time, we’re diving back into the lives of Blaze and Aaron. Two men who are trauma bonded, obsessively loyal to one another, and now meet their match in our fearless FMC. Who, yes... Fun fact: Cea is inspired by me! 🤭

Blaze is a possessive, brilliant computer genius / vigilante with a searing intensity. Aaron, his loyal and fiercely jealous boyfriend, adds tension to almost every scene. When Blaze meets Cea at her bar, he becomes instantly obsessed. But Cea? She's not one to back down. Strong, independent, and sharp as hell... she gives as good as she gets!

The twist? Blaze and Cea are in the same secret business. (Cue the chaos and fun!!) Their partnership sparks something deep and dangerous, pushing Blaze’s obsession for her into raw, emotional territory. Meanwhile, Aaron and Cea start with an enemies-to-lovers tension that evolves into something tender... and sexy!

Together, this trio is unhinged in the best possible way. Their dynamic is complex, emotional, and intense... full of care, lust, and genuine love. Cea doesn’t just fit into Blaze and Aaron’s relationship... she elevates it, bringing out a deeper bond between the two men.

From start to finish, Sin So Sweet had me hooked. It's wild, gory, sexy, and emotionally rich... basically, my kind of ride. Full disclosure: I’m biased (hello, self-insert!), but even if I weren’t, this book would still live rent-free in my head.

Blaze is still healing from a traumatic loss 6 years ago, and hasn’t looked at another girl since. Blaze and Aaron have been there for each other, but Aaron has noticed their connection has drifted and has become more physical than emotional over the years.

Then Blaze meets Cea and all bets are off. Aaron gets jealous and wants to know why after all these years Blaze is acting different, wanting to stay around more. Aaron isn’t going to be left behind, so he finds out what is so special about this girl and leaves her a little gift. Aaron is such a golden retriever that matches Blaze’s dominant instincts, then throw in Cea’s fiery sassy nature too!

After reading book 1, Sins of her Sister, I’m so happy that Blaze & Aaron get their own book! Cea fits in with them so perfectly, and I love that Aaron is stepping up more and becoming a badass in his own right!

The character development, the twists and turns! Even after reading book 1, I was not ready for the emotional roller coaster that I went through reading this book!

As always read trigger warnings!

A definite must read!

Happy Reading

Sin So Sweet is an incredibly romantic story with absolutely blazing spice and and an equally stunning dark side, Not only do these characters have an extreme capacity for love and understanding, they are also brutally vicious when crossed. They are the definition of touch them and die! Blaze, Aaron and Cea have all had their own personal traumas to deal with. Aaron helped Blaze through the worst loss of his life and Blaze will forever love him for that. When Blaze sees Cea for the first time, he instantly knows he must possess her. Cea is drawn to Blaze but is understandably skeptical of this complete stranger who just walked into her bar and claimed her for his own. little do they know, life will bring them together and once Aaron, Blaze and Cea fall under each other’s spell there will be no hope of escape. I really enjoyed this story and I think you will too if you enjoy…

This dark romance follows Sins of Her Sister. Once again the author spun her web and caught my attention with this book. This page turner kept me engrossed from start to finish.

Incredibly written in such a way that you are able to visualize their world and sense every emotion that they are going through. Character development is top notch and I loved Blaze and Aaron even more in this book. We are also introduced to Cea, she is sarcastic and feisty, a bad ass and can take care of herself. The storyline was filled with action, emotional character depth, humor, chemistry and scrumptious spice! The tension and twists kept me engaged. And an unexpected plot twist had my jaw dropping. Now I’m wondering… will there be more? A book 3 perhaps??

*just a reminder to review TWs before starting this read. It may not be for everyone.

Hot and heavy

If Ryan and Layla’s story killed me, this one decimated me. I need a Daddy Blaze, pronto, but Daddy Aaron?!!! YES PLEASE.
The spice is enough to require a cold shower after each scene!
The drama had me on the edge of my seat unsure of what was about to happen, and praying for the best outcomes.. Which didn't always happen.
My heart absolutely broke when Blaze had to relive his worst nightmare, but thankfully with a different outcome. A much more satisfying end and retribution!
Cea is amazing! Close to what I imagine Ry would have grown into being, and a perfect compliment to Blaze's chaos plus Aaron's quiet storms.
I have a deep love of all Talias writing and this is definitely no exception!!

I’m so glad Blaze and Aaron got their own book!! And happy to see they found someone after Ryan. Cea was a nice addition to the mix, overall I would say I liked her, but towards the end I was kinda meh about her. Overall I really liked the story…there were a few parts that could’ve been shaved out to make the ending feel a little less rushed, but I did like that it was Aaron who ended up coming in and saving the day 💜💜

From the very first chapter, I was utterly captivated, just like with the first book. The author expertly immerses you in the rich world they've crafted, making it impossible to put the book down. This is definitely not a slow burn! It jumps straight into the action, which I truly appreciate, as it sets the tone for an exhilarating reading experience. The attention to detail in each character is absolutely stunning; every nuance and quirk is so intricately woven that it might be a challenge to read with both hands—if you catch my drift.

The author has a remarkable talent for crafting a compelling narrative that keeps you on the edge of your seat. My emotions swung from carefree happiness to intense frustration with one male character, whose choices drove me up the wall. Just when I thought I had a handle on my feelings, I was pulled back into sadness and tears due to another character's heartbreaking actions. I found myself rooting for one guy, cheering him on from the sidelines, while simultaneously feeling exasperated with another. It’s a rollercoaster of emotions that makes the reading experience all the more engaging.

I must emphasize again how crucial the details are to this story—they elevate it to another level! The vivid descriptions and character development make everything feel so real, and I felt as if I were living alongside the characters in their triumphs and struggles. People often say reading is like watching a movie in your imagination, and I’m definitely experiencing the full cinematic effect!

One of the standout moments for me was when the author used the term 'today years old.' It was so relatable and hilarious that I nearly died laughing while reading it. My husband even asked what was so funny, and I had to quickly regain my poker face. But if you know the scene I'm talking about... meeee too! It's these little touches of humor that make the story not just captivating but also genuinely enjoyable.

In conclusion, this book is a brilliant continuation of the series, filled with rich characters, emotional depth, and a narrative that grips you from start to finish. I can't wait to see where the author takes us next!

📍ARC Review

Let's start by saying, Holy shit! Tremendous smut I found in this book!

I can tell you that only a couple of times I have fallen in love so fast with a FMC, usually it is affection or tenderness that I feel towards the female main character, but there are a few that simply leave me with a crush and I can count them on my fingers because there have been a few. I loved Cea, her personality, her strength, her courage and above all her quickness to shut anyone up. I AM IN LOVE!

As for the MMCs, you can say that I liked one of them a little more than the other. This doesn't usually happen to me when they are Why choose or polyamorous, but in this case I was a little frustrated by Aaron's attitude towards Cea in certain scenes. I could understand his jealousy to a certain extent but sometimes I felt like punching him. Over the course of the book you notice a lots of character development, something that made me overlook the beginning of the book and the way he acted towards the FMC. You appreciate how the relationship grows between the 3 of them, it was perfect.

📍Do I recommend it?

Without a doubt!

If you're looking for a good smut, strong characters, and why not, a bit of sword crossing, This is your book!

PS: Let's not forget female perfection (CEA) and lots of “Ay, papi”!

So don't wait any longer and order “Sin So Sweet” now! And when you have it come back and tell me.

Isn't sin so sweet?🤭

Geeze..... Where do I even begin? Talia is an extraordinary writer, and I devoured this early arc! If you've enjoyed *Sins of Her Sister*, then get ready for Blaze, the story we’ve all been craving! Plus, Aaron adds another layer to this wild ride.

Although this can stand on its own, I'd highly recommend reading *Sins of Her Sister* first for the full experience. In this captivating sequel of *The Sinful Series*, we follow Blaze as he navigates life after Ryan, facing new challenges alongside Aaron and Cea. Blaze is the kind of character every girl needs in her life! This story will tug at your heartstrings in the best possible way. With a well-crafted plot, the spice is sizzling, and the emotions resonate deeply. The character development? Absolutely perfect. I give this a solid 5/5!

If you're looking for your next book, look no further—Sin So Sweet promises it all in those pages. Blaze is that alpha type you love— possessive, demanding, and willing to do anything to keep those he cares about safe. The kind of morally grey that haunts your sleep and makes you question your morals. And when he sets his eyes on Cea, there’s no going back. It’s instant obsession with a side of lust!
Aaron is the one who pulls Blaze from his traumatic moments and loves listening to Blaze. He’s not sure about Cea at first, but once his jealousy cools down, he’s also all in on keeping Cea by their side.
Cea is a bar owner by day and does side gigs that lead her down a path of righting the evils in the world. And some intense, traumatic moments go down… sorry, lips are sealed. You’ll have to read it to find out! And let’s not forget the back-and-forth between all of them throughout the story—it was awesome.
More reasons to read it:
Dangerous men who only fall for one woman
That enemies-to-lovers energy with a toxic twist
MM/MFM action
This story is steamy, full of secrets being revealed, and if you like your romances dark, twisted, and riding the line of wrong-but-feels-so-right, Sin So Sweet will be your new favorite sin. And yes, you’ll also be saying “yes” to Daddy Blaze.

“I can’t promise to always be perfect, but I can always promise to love you with every part of me, even the deepest, darkest pieces of my soul. I’m yours just as much as you're mine.”

~Sin So Sweet by

This book was phenomenal, the best of Talias yet. An action packed ride where three broken souls come together to form a lasting bond.

After losing Ryan in book one, Blaze went down a dark path, only finding solace as a hired hit man, taking out the scum of the earth, and in Aaron, the one beacon of light in his life, until her.

Cea is a pint sized, foul mouthed bar owner who takes no shit. One look at her and Blaze is a goner, but what he doesn't know is this snarky little temptress also happens to be wrapped up in the same dark underworld he is. Imagine his surprise when he's assigned a partner, only to find out it's Cea herself. They join forces on a crusade to take down an elite society with hands in the skin trade.

The chemistry between Blaze, Cea, and Aaron is off the charts. Especially the enemies to lovers aspect between Aaron, who is possessive over Blaze, and this new woman that has entered their dynamic. When all that hate boils over it turns into some extreme spice.

The plot was incredible. It was fast paced with spicy mm, mf, and mmf scenes. If you're a dark romance or mmf fan, I highly recommend this book.

This was a pretty intense but quick read. It had a lot of elements that I love in dark romance, such as why choose, captive x captor, stalker, and secret society. There’s two main plots, one is Blaze falling in love (at first sight such a dark romance cliche) and “claiming her” by kidnapping her but turns out his friends with benefits / kind of boyfriend Aaron is jealous but one look at her and he’s not jealous anymore. So they’ve got this tension going on, because it starts like a love triangle but they progress into more. It was smutty from the start and there was quite a bit of MM, which isn’t my preferred but is still fun to read. Group smut was great, I loved them together. My one kind of thing is that our badass fmc submits easier than I thought she would, but maybe that’s her thing. I love her, she runs her own bar and is a trained assassin. The other plot is them taking down this human trafficking organisation, which was pretty tense, especially that last part at the end. I just want to say read trigger warnings because it was really dark. I loved the whole thing. I just kind of hated Elijah, like they were suffering and he was just waiting outside. Anyway such a tense exciting read i give it a 3.5/5

This book has it all!
✅ MMF
✅ Enemies to lovers
✅ Hopeless romantics
✅ Touch them and die
✅ Soft only for them
✅ Saving the world from bad people using frowned upon methods
…. You catch my drift.
The triple person POV isn’t something everybody can pull off, however from the beginning it all ran seamlessly and with no confusion about who was in the drivers seat even if you missed the name switch at the start of each. This really gives you a sense of impending drama and conflict that you’re sure is going to lead to some hard decisions down the line — we’ll come back to this point when we’re done to see if we’re correct. UPDATE: no hard decisions BUT it did lead to a plot twist that had me gasping at its unveiling.
This book has unhinged, feral, possessive MCs that will drive you wild in more ways than one. A sarcastic, feisty, strong, and badass FMC, and then two MMCs who will have you torn in two over who you want to dominate you more at any given second — the correct answer is both btw, it’s always both.

Blaze and Aaron find peace

After losing the love of his life Blaze was never quite the same. He still enjoyed time with Aaron but it always felt like something was missing. That remained the case until he wondered into a bar and nearly got in a fight but it was broken up by the bad azz beach from behind the bar. Blaze was immediately hooked and feeling more than he had since Ryan died.

Aaron is so in love with Blaze he just wants them to commit and stay together. Jealousy rears its head when Blaze starts talking of this woman Cea. What he doesn't predict is that she could be the missing piece that fully connects them together.

This book is filled with spicy scenes and a good deal of Nathan with a side of saving trafficked women. However, when Blaze and Few go on their last mission and are captured they have no idea how they will survive. This last mission is filled with chaos, suspense, grape, unaliving, and knight in shining armor.

I enjoyed this book way more than the first one and that is due to content. I love seeing men together but not women.

I got this as an ARC but all opinions are my own!

This picks up six years after the events of Sins of Her Sister. This one was still dark in regard to subject matter but I don’t think it was as gory as the first one, but PLEASE check your trigger warnings. They’re there to help you.
I loved that Aaron and Blaze remained a part of each other’s lives after the trauma they endured in the first book and it was pretty funny seeing Aaron trying to come to grips with Cea being involved with them at the beginning. I thought it was great that Cea and Blaze both happened to be in the same line of work but it did cause some conflict with Aaron occasionally. The spice in this was SO👏🏻UNBELIEVABLY👏🏻HOT. Super-colossal volcanic eruption hot, I’m serious. I loved the way Aaron, Blaze, and Cea all showed their devotion to each other. I absolutely loved the ending of this and I’d be happy to read more in this series if there’s anything planned.

I love Talia. I always enjoy her books.

Now this one. This one had me going. See I spent a good chunk of the book yelling at blaze. By the way you need to read sins of her sister first. Don’t question me, just do it.

Ok so I was _____ livid with blaze and I stg I messaged Talia telling her because really blaze?!

Now Talia is innocent because you know she’s just telling his story but he really thought he could go and ____ ____ _____ and with a hussy of all things! Like he got ___ my ___. Like no sir that’s not how we do things because you will ____ them for the ____ of your ___.

Now I kept reading because well I had to see if this man came to his d@mn senses. Well needless to say survey says that __ _ ___ but oh well

Aaron.. was not expecting that side of him

Now the hussy finally grew on me so we good. She’s still a hussy but we good and I decided to give blaze ___ ____ so you know he ___ __ ___

You’re gonna have to read it to fill in the blanks

After reading the first book, Sins of Her Sister, I had high hopes for this sequel. I LOVED both Aaron and Blaze from book 1 and I was hoping to the high heavens that we would get more of them together. Talia did NOT disappoint! All three of the MCs were perfect. Possessive, overprotective Blaze, sassy, badass Cea, and caring, devoted Aaron. The addition of Cea to their relationship was so perfect after everything they went through previously and she was exactly what they both needed in different ways. Besides the wicked hot chemistry between our three MCs, I really enjoyed the plot and the bloody justice served to the despicable, POS people in the trafficking circle. After the ending of the first book, I was scared for the ending of their story and although something awful does happen to one of our MCs, they do all get their much deserved happy endings with each other and the story couldn't have ended on a better note. Another auto-buy author for me.

This book was AMAZING!!

It starts out with a couple of men with a broken past.

And then one sets eyes on a new obsession, who may or may not want anything to do with them. At first.

This book takes you on a journey into the lives of Blaze, Aaron, and Cea, and the lives they built from past traumas, and the life they build together.

The way the characters are written and how they fall for one another is absolutely amazing. There were so many times I had to stop reading to breathe, because it was HOT! Definitely a “rose” kind of book😏!

I am left wanting to know more about their lives together and more about other characters in the book.

Blaze and Aaron's shared trauma after losing Ryan was tough on both of them, but this book by Talia Lane shows them, a few years in the future and the lives they have built.

They come back together and it's explosive, they both love each other so much but still continue to keep secrets from each other. The jealousy, the rage, the fear... all their emotions are clear but the way they fight for each other is undeniable.

Their story is so beautiful. It has drama and some trauma too, but the ending was everything I hoped for when it came to Blaze and Aaron. Cea was the perfect match for them both!

I enjoyed this book so much and I really can't wait to see what else Talia has in store for us!

This book was absolutely amazing. You get to see Blaze's perspective and emotions on what happened with Ryan in Sins of Her Sister, but you also get to experience Blaze after Ryan.

We have Daddy Blaze in all his delicious glory. We get to meet the stunning, badass, strong, amazing Cea. Then we also have absolutely sweetheart yet sexy Aaron.

Each one of these characters brings their own form of sexy and their own form of dominance to the story. There are so many twists in here that you definitely need to read. If you love sexy tattooed men, a deadly strong fmc, HEAs, this book is def for you.

From insta-love on the one hand, to how can I get rid of her on the other and insta-lust on Cea’s part. This was, although a dark read, also a fun one. Blaze was all growly daddy vibes, I work alone, at least until Elijah told him he had to take a partner on. I felt sad for Aaron, he’d been Blaze’s rock and his reactions to the changes going on felt quite reasonable. Admittedly all of these men we’re walking red flags but they were really hot. I’d have liked to know a bit more about Cea’s motivations, she seemed the least rounded character of the three, but I’d like to read more, and I’m kind of hoping for an Elijah story in the future.

I think I want Blaze and Aaron to be my new book boyfriends 😍

This is Blaze after Ryan. Navigating the new challenges thrown at him but he isn’t alone, he still has Aaron….but,

After setting sights on Cea, Blaze decides he has to have her, Aaron isn’t so sure about this (his jealousy was 100%). But could Cea be the piece that was missing?

The was a fantastic read! The plot was plotting, the twists were twisting, the characters were well written; the dynamic between them was nicely done.

This spice was spicing and woohweeeee, I was here for it! I loved the triple person POV we got, it was nicely done!

The chemistry between Blaze, Aaron, and Cea is insane. The tension, the mind games, the high stakes—it’s all there. I love hoe he remembers Ryan and is still broken about her death. Some parts had me flipping pages like crazy, totally immersed in the chaos.
Still, the drama, the masked MCs, the sheer madness of their dynamic—it makes for one wild ride. If you’re into dark romance with serious twists, this one is worth diving into. Just be prepared—it gets unhinged in the best way.

Be sure to read Sins of her Sister - First.

i always love Talia’s work but this is one of the best ones i’ve read by her. i loved the love connection between Blaze & Aaron, but adding Cea to the mix it honestly just got so much better. the tension was perfect. the plot was amazing. i did feel a few different feelings throughout the book but especially the ending. Daddy Blaze is everything you’ll ever need & more. if you’re interested in reading this, i 100% recommend reading book 1; Sins of Her Sister, before u start this one. there’s information in there that is helpful to starting Sin So Sweet. but also check TWs because they both get dark. i can’t wait to see what else Talia writes because i will be reading all of it

This book was everything!!!!! The plot !!! OMG who knew Blaze got into the business that he’s in !! And my guy Aaron , what a sweetheart. I adore the fact that both Aaron & Blaze remained as MMCS in the second book!!! Let’s not forget about the FMC Cea - HOLY BADDIE !!!! She’s so bad ass !!! She fits perfectly into the storyline!!! The spice is ALWAYS spicy 🌶️ in Talia’s books !!! What a way to bring Blaze & Aaron closure !!! Incredible read! As always please read your triggers and warnings !!!
