I’m obsessed with Deacon. I love this series and love a good hockey romance and second chance. Deacon and Claudia are so meant to be and Deacon will do anything to keep Claudia and Savannah in his life. Another amazing read with characters that I really enjoyed.

As usual, this is a great addition to the Brooklyn Bear's series and I could not get enough of this story.
Deacon and Claudia's story is one that show that the good thing can come in what one thinks is their darkest times.
Deacon and Claudia's story started before they met in person. Claudia was in NYC for her internship and had been chatting with Deacon online but had not met face to face. He had to return to Italy to care for his father and when he returned he missed his opportunity only later to meet her again but now she has an infant daughter. He takes one look at the now mother and her daughter and knows that he is drawn to the pair and does not want to loose another opportunity with Claudia.
Claudia, a former child welfare system child has grown up always thinking that everyone leaves and that she is the only one that she can depend on in life. She has a chance meeting with a stranger on a plane and her life changes for the better in ways that she thought would never happen for her ever. She meets Nalani and Paul along with the rest of the Brooklyn Bears crew and characters along with Deacon. She is drawn to Deacon while wanting to protect herself and her daughter from loss and disappointment. Over the course of the story she gains a family and a future along with the love of her life.
This return to the Bear's orbit takes place at the same time as all of the other books of the series take place so at times it feels like some of the parts of Claudia and Deacon's story are a review of events that have already taken place but they are told from a different POV. I will admit that is a nice perk so that one can see the events from other people's eyes but also made things feel a little repetitive. The chemistry between the characters was off the charts and their stories were relatable. I also enjoyed the return of the all of the characters and I will say that I am curious to see what is in store for this series next.
Overall, this is a great read that I enjoyed from start to finish and would recommend this book to others.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐔𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐆𝐨𝐚𝐥 is the third book in the Brooklyn Bears series by M.J. Fields, featuring a spicy, single mom, second chance hockey romance for Claudia and Deacon. She may have chosen the wrong man once, but that decision gave her her beautiful baby girl, despite the frustrating baby daddy drama. She’s an inspirational woman from every angle, from her PhD obtained to help others to her determination to raise her daughter alone, I rooted for her immediately! One of my favorite things about this series has been the girl squad, though. It’s hard to even describe the impact of that instant accesstance among these ladies and the way they rally around one another. Then Deacon rolls in all protective and ready to win over the woman he’s wanted all along! Swoon! While their chemistry was explosive, it was paced appropriately for her, and his sweetness and compassion was also paramount. The way baby Savannah stole his heart made me smile, as it further engaged his protective instincts. The dramatic twists were entertaining, and this author always layers in tons of riveting hockey action, which I appreciate. The one thing that interrupted the flow for me was readjusting to the concurrent timelines with the other books in the series. I read so much it’s hard to remember every nuance and perspective from each book, so I get confused when the book replays so much of a timeline and couples that are together in my mind are no longer together.🤦🏼♀️🤪 It’s a personal problem. I love all these characters though, and the sense of family they bring to the table!! I’m looking forward to the next one!

Book three in the Brooklyn Bears series is Claudia and Deacon’s HEA. Claudia is a new mother who is about to start a new job in Houston, a new life for her and her baby. This is the book I wanted so bad! It was so worth the wait because it was everything I wanted it to be. Man be prepared to swoon with Deacon. That man had me sighing and swooning left and right. I love we get some more of Paul. The sweet bond he forms with Claudia and her little girl warmed my heart. I love the found family part of this for Claudia. She deserves all the happiness and meeting every one of her goals in life. I just gobbled up this book. I love this Brooklyn Bears team so much. The closeness of the guys that leads to some great moments. Trust me this book will have you hooked right from the beginning. The journey these characters take may be a roller coaster, but the end is so worth it all. It also has a great sense of humor especially when the guys are together. I can't wait for more from this series.

This series has quickly become one of my favorites, and each book somehow gets better than the last. Deacon, the veteran goalie with a heart of gold, completely won me over. His gentle, steady way of falling for single mom Claudia and her baby girl, Savannah, was pure perfection. He knows he has to move carefully to earn her trust, and watching their connection grow was absolutely heartwarming.
I also loved seeing the whole girl crew and the hockey boys again—this tight-knit, found-family vibe is what makes the series so special. Their bonds bring so much warmth, humor, and charm to every chapter.
I enjoyed every minute of Deacon falling hard and Claudia learning to trust and fall right back. Such a fantastic addition to an already amazing hockey series!

There aren’t words that can convey how much I loved this book. How she took us to the beginning of how the henhouse became, well the hen house. The story of how Deacon meets Claudia is so special and their reunion even more so, that you can’t help but fall in love with the fan all over again. This book really shows how intertwined their lives become more like family than just friends.
Second chances are one of my favorite reads and this one hits you hard in the feels.i mean the way they collect one another is beautiful to read. Paul made cry so hard with how much he loves and cherishes his second chance at a family with the one that found him.
Another master piece in this series. I will waiting with bated breath for the next!

Another amazing read by MJ Fields. Some tears, but happy ones. A perfect love story. A single mom who finds trust difficult. Deacon blew his chance the first time with Claudia but now there is no stopping him. He will not let her go this time.
I could not put this story down. To say I fell in love with Deacon and Claudia would be an understatement. Then with Savannah, who could not fall in love with these three. That baby brought so much to this story. She may have been an infant but the impact she had n so many lives is indescribable. The relationship Claudia developed with Paul melted my heart. She was like the child he never had.

Landing on her feet
Wow! This has the best girl group ever. Claudia didn’t have the best start to life but she sure landed on her feel when she went to New York. The KET sisters are amazing.
The hockey boys are great too and Paul is an unexpected, fatherly gem. The support system the Bears have is what real teams should strive for.
I love how each book brings together characters from the other stories in the series while still being a stand-alone (but they really build on each other so I highly recommend reading them all in order).
There’s big emotions, healing and drama, lots of swoon, steam, witty banter and romance.
I’m loving this series and look forward to the next Bear to fall in love.

Now Deacon has found Claudia again he will do everything he can to keep her there especially when her ex tries to go for custody of a daughter he wanted nothing to do with.
They are perfect together but can she trust him enough and let him in.

Oh Yes! Claudia and Deacon's book is a heartfelt journey through loss, love, missed connections and finding it all. Gotta love a man who takes one look at a baby and falls instantly in love and into Dad mode. The cherry on top of this is the honest look at mental health and sports (and in general) and how there is no shame in getting help at any age and/or stage in life. Beautifully written, sexy steamy times and a HEA that brought tears to my eyes.

I love this series! Each couples story gets better than the last. I fell so deeply in love with Deacon. His feelings for Claudia and Savannah are so big you’ll just melt. Claudia is one great Momma bear the way she loves and protects Savannah. I love how we got to know more about Paul. I absolutely love the characters in this series. I definitely need more Claudia & Deacon. I can’t wait to see what the next book brings.

If you don’t already have a number one book boyfriend then get ready to have one. Deacon is everything you have ever wanted. Claudia with her strength didn’t stand a chance. Ok so this one was good… I’m a sucker for single parent romance and I’ve been pulling for this couple for awhile… BUT I wish so much of the book hadn’t been stuff we’d already gotten in the other books. It made the ending feel so rushed , because one minute they’re hiding and the next he’s buying a ring. But I still love Deacon HARD and I’m so glad he got his Queen and his Princess….

I love that Deacon gives Claudia all the things she needs without her even realizing she needed them. I could not put this book down. Everyone needs to find the connection and love like these two have. My favorite of my reads this years. Absolutely must read.

I adore this series! You get humor, shocks, spice, and awwws! This couple really stuck with me because I'm a single mom. The fact Claudia built her world up from basically nothing is AMAZING. I can not wait for the next book in this series. I am hooked and I can't get enough of the Brooklyn Bears world.

This story follows the same timeline as the previous books so you get to see the other couple's stories unfolding. It seems like a recap but with a side storyline tossed in. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the review and the new story but I was hoping for more of them. Hoping the next book explores more of the characters.

From reading the other books we all know that Deacon is a good guy. We get some other points of view on some shenanigans the guys did in previous books. You will hate Johnson but just wait. I cannot wait for the next book or to see the results from the last chapter.

The Ultimate Goal by MJ Fields is Claudia and Deacon story and it's a spicy, single mom, second chance hockey romance that you are gonna devour. Loved their chemistry and the story line was gripping and I read it in one sitting.

I love that Deacon took his Shot! We get a look at Claudia a single mom finding her footing and Deacon righting where he missed his shot. With views into al the friends around them. Its so fun! I cant wait for the next part!

Claudia and Deacon’s story takes a single mom and a hockey player’s second chance to find love. They started online, then lost contact. A move and a new job has them reconnecting and finding those sparks again. Loved it. A great read!!

This series just keeps getting better and better. I also like that they all kind of intertwine together. Claudia and Deacon met before but they weren’t I the right time of their life to be together. Once they find their way back to each other, they have both changed. Claudia is now a mom and Deacon has grown up and ready to maybe settle down.
