What is better on a Saturday afternoon than half-naked men all soapy and glistening

Officer Anders is the second book in the Curves & Cuffs series. This story is about single mother Elaina Taylor and Officer Anders Hemingway. They meet on Saturday afternoon when Elaina is driving Mollie, her fifteen year old daughter, to her friend's house for the weekend. On the way there Mollie spots a charity car wash being put on my a lot of bare chested police officers. Mollie gets Elaina to pull in and while they are waiting, and Mollie is off ogling, Anders approaches Elaina. They chat and when they go to leave it is Mollie who gives Anders her mother's information and tells him it is up to him to decide what he does with it. What Anders does is call Elaina later that afternoon and ask her out on a date, which she accepts. These two have a quick witted and funny banter from their first words and that continues....all the way through to what is the beginning of their HEA.
I liked this fast-paced and quick read romance. The characters are not the usual and that is a nice change. Plus I loved the banter as it made me laugh and put a smile on my face.

Elaina Taylor is the single mom of 15 year old Mollie. One minute, Mollie is complaining that she will be late meeting her friends and the next minute, she begs Elaina to get the car washed by the police officers. They are washing cars for donations to get a service dog for a little boy named Johnny.

Anders Hemingway is one of the officers at the car wash. One of the younger officers sits next to Elaina which she is waiting for her car to be washed. Anders sends the officer away and sits down next to Elaina himself. They banter back and forth until Mollie comes over. Their car is ready, so Elaina starts to walk away. Mollie asks Anders for a piece of paper. Instead, Anders opens the notes page on his phone. Mollie gives Anders her mom’s phone number. It looks like Mollie is trying to play matchmaker.

Another cute story in the series.

Elaina is taking her 15-year-old daughter,Mollie, to a friend's house for the weekend when daughter wants her mom's car washed by young police officers doing a fundraiser. One of the young officer, Dave, mildly flirts with Elaina until an older officer,Anders, joins them and Dave leaves. Mollie give Anders a note with her mom's info if he wants to ask Elaina out. They go out for pizza, visit a plant store with finally games of pool. After some time alone at Elaina's house, big question about what happens next. No real ending!

What I liked-Anders and Elaina have an intense connection and their smart back and forth banter that works for them. Their chemistry is immense and the sparks just flourish between the two main characters. I loved reading Anders and Elaina’s story in Officer Anders by Kelsie Calloway.

This is the story of single mother Elaina and her daughter Mollie. They meet Anders at a charity car wash event. When Anders sees her it is immediately clear to him and it is love at first sight for him, and the fact that her daughter keeps bringing them together with her matchmaking practices helps him a lot and especially when he gets her phone number through Mollie. A beautiful and heartwarming story with great characters and enough heat and steam.

This is a very short story and insta-love. Some of these short stories still have character development but this just takes place in about 24 hours. It was quick and the writing was OK, but not much of a story so 3 stars. If you want a brief look at a couple who meets and hooks up this is for you. Not much else here.

Eliana is a single mother of a teenage daughter and when they both attend the police charity car wash her daughter plays matchmaker. Anders sees Elaina and is instantly smitten. And when Elianas daughter gives her mothers number away Anders takes his chance and asks for a date. Instalove, single mom, cop romance, steamy, short, fun to read and romantic 😍😍

This very quick read had likeable characters, believable connection and chemistry and a meddling daughter. I liked seeing them meet, seeing Anders take a chance and seeing their first date pan out. I wish there had been move to their story as I wanted to see more of them together.

This was a single mom and a cop going in their first date leading to spice. Even shorter kinda right to the point lol
