The end to such a beautiful story full of love, cuteness and healing I wished we got to see more of them as adults and having little babies 🥹 but it was still heartwarming to see Miyabi’s growth throughout ❤️

We see more of Miyabi's family in this volume, which is a very big contrast to events with Haruto's family. Miyabi still struggles with his idea of what family is and his and own insecurities, but he slowly opens up to Haruto about his fears and even his hopes for their future together. The proposal planning is hilarious, especially since both of them know it's coming, but it's also sweet how they're able to continue to push forward together even when there are some fairly loud voices (mostly from Miyabi's little brother, Yamato) putting more doubts in his head. Yamato seems to be another large contradiction where he wants Miyabi to be happy, but he continually believes that Miyabi is less than him solely because he's an omega rather than an alpha, and that doesn't even touch on what he did to him when they were both living with their parents. It seems like maybe Yamato also needs to make some changes and grow up a lot, rather than just following in his father's restrictive worldview.

In this volume the author Saki Sakimoto wrapped up Miyabi and Haruto's relationship struggles in such a short amount of time but I can't help but feel the scenes could have been wrapped up better.
This volume sadly felt rushed.
I love reading Miyabi and Haruto's moments together but I didn't care for the scenes where Yamato appeared.
I didn't forget that he sexually assaulted Miyabi and refused to apologize to either Miyabi and Haruto.
He consistently tried to break up Miyabi and instigate drama between the two.
I wish Miyabi told Haruto that Yamato was the reason he was hesitant about getting married and having children.
I also wished Haruto was truthful about Yamato and Miyabi and Yamato's father told him about Miyabi and his relationship.
I understand why he didn't let Miyabi know what the father had said but he should have told Miyabi about Yamato's comment.
Yamato clearly didn't want Miyabi to be happy and still has lingering feelings towards his older brother that he shouldn't have.
Also even if their father was verbally abusive to Yamato this fact still doesn't excuse how Yamato treated Miyabi and the fact that their mother didn't do anything to help her children.
I hated that Miyabi paid the money back that his parents gave him back when he was living alone in his apartment.
His parents are supposed to pay for their underaged children living expenses and Miyabi shouldn't have to pay back money to the people who abused him.
That said at least their mother felt guilty at the end and Yamato congratulated Miyabi on his engagement with Haruto.
I wish the wedding was shown - I hate that the weddings are often skipped over in romance manga especially BL/MM stories.

This was a very sweet final volume. I was a little worried with the brother’s reappearance but it ended up being a very healing thing for the Miyabi, I think. And Haruto was an absolute gem about everything. His family too. It’s sad that Miyabi’s is so traumatizing and cruel, because he’s got a lot to heal from before they can have their own family. But it was one of those reads where you’re genuinely happy with how things ended up for them. Miyabi gets the family he deserves in the end. I kind of hope there’s extras at some point where they show the wedding or some of the “later” stuff.

I didn’t realize this was the end but I thought it was nice we got more of the brother and both families. I liked how they worked tougher through their fears of the future and towards their goal and what family meant and can mean in the future. It was very sweet and we got a short epilogue but I would have liked to see the brother in it. I feel like eventually they would have a nice relationship again. A gentler omegaverse story.

I really liked this and thought how it ended was good. The art is stunning. The chibis at the end are adorable. Miyabi and Haruto perfectly balance each other out. This would’ve been a perfect read if not for the ignoring of Yamatos behavior when Miyabi lived with his family. Why is something so serious ignored? I honestly wish it was never shown because it left a foul taste in my mouth.

Honestly, the best volume was the first one.

I know the author has a set amount of pages, but the overall plot and issues were rushed and not properly addressed in my opinion. As a whole, though, the series is still enjoyable and I just need to suspend my belief about therapy and abuse.

While I liked this volume more than the second, it still wasn't anything to write home about. Very basic.

Just why did there have to be an incest rape scene between the main omega and his abusive family member alpha younger brother
