The best way to experience the wonder of a prayer space in a school is to be in one - to soak in the atmosphere and hear the buzz as pupils explore and express their deepest thoughts, questions and emotions in creative ways that help them connect to a living, loving God.

The second best way is to read this book! Phil has captured the stories and adventures of the Prayer Spaces in Schools story so far with his characteristically gentle style which invites you in to the wonder and depth. Each chapter includes stories from schools around the world where these spaces have been firm favourites among pupils, with theory and theology of what's happening and some questions to challenge and guide your own thinking, planning and prayer.
