Imagine if there was technology available that allowed you to find out what kind of person your child would grow up to be. Would you want to know? Would you want to change the course of their life?

Loving these short books from the Tidbits of terror series. They each take me about 25/30 minutes to read so knocking one out each night as dad puts the kids to bed😂 they are quick, intense, high emotion that make you think!

This short story packs a massive punch. I finished it an hour ago and I'm still left a little speechless.

New technology grants parents the option to test how various techniques and upbringings will shape their child's future as an adult. Read carefully...

What am I doing to myself by reading this short story as a parent? Goodness, this is a heavy short story where a parent is faced with the ultimate hard decision. This story is not gory, it's not gross or violent or anything, it's just disturbing due to the subject matter and what the parent is forced to do. It certainly tugs at the emotions, and it's a story that's hard to digest but it was well-written and was able to pack a large amount of gravitas into a very short number of pages.

Gut punch

I absolutely LOVE/despise stories that make you question what you would do if you were the MC. Too thought provoking when you're just trying to relax after a long day. Highly recommend reading EVERYTHING by Jason Nickey!

3.5⭐ didn't love it as much as the first. Such a crazy concept though! It's actually terrifying when you really think about it 😬

Overall a decent short novel. Things moved along quickly. I figured the ending would happen the way it did.
