Where do I even begin? WAIT is a fast paced-edge of your seat-love those sexy boys & teasing girls-book!
I've recently had the honor to read WAIT while in Beta form, and I can tell you, I couldn't put the book down. It kept me up until the very wee hours of the morning and even after I read the last page, I was begging Ryan to tell me more! I won't reveal too much about this book, since I hate spoilers, but I will promise you this, WAIT has sexy boys, girls that can't make up their minds, a crowded camp where every camp councilor is looking for their summer fling, and two very unrealized summer romances! You will not be disappointed with WAIT. Now all you have to do is WAIT for it to be released! :) Happy reading everyone!

I was not sure about this book when i started reading it because i did not like tessa very much in fast . In wait u see the real tessa not the side that u see in the first book the bitchy high school girl but u see the real tessa the one who has feelings and its then u realise it was all an act to help get through high school best she could . I loved both of these books actually I don't think there is a book ryan could write that I would not enjoy. She has such a great way of telling a story and for anyone who has not experienced this yet what are you waiting for xx .

This book is so cute! It shows the real up and downs of young love, not being able to know what the other sex is thinking or communicating clearly which leads to miscommunication and jumping to conclusion. The story follow tow couples as they "wait." Tess waits to have sex for the first time. Cassie waits to reveal her true feeling for her best friend. The dialogue is realistic and the storyline believable following these kids while their bitchy, vulnerable, real and hormonal. Great job, Ryan Ringbloom!

Once again, Ryan Ringbloom reminded me how it is to be young and in love – blissful most of the times, and complicated at the next.
SHE WILL WAIT.
We have all known Tessa from the first book FAST, I have hated her at first and then learned to love her at the end when I discovered her secret. She had let Kent go before she went off to camp that summer. She was so over high school, and all the drama it accompanies. While everyone is ready to act on their raging hormones, Tessa is willing to WAIT. If the guy isn’t willing to do so, then he isn’t meant for her. But meeting Tucker and realizing he’s like those guys she wanted to avoid – Tessa needed all the help she can get. Good thing she had a enemy-turned-friend roommate Cassie, and of course, her best friend – Ashley. (I LOVE HER IN THIS BOOK!!!)
SHE HAS WAITED LONG ENOUGH.
Cassie was surprised when Cassie’s best friend Mark tried to kiss her. Just when she lost hope in him finally getting the courage to do so, after those supposedly-romantic dates that turned out to be just hang-outs. But now, it was summer. She’s determined to have a summer fling, and it’s not Mark. He would be going away to college and she would still be at home, helping her father managed the bakery. She isn’t willing to risk her heart for it. But pretending to be his sister while he make out in front of her wasn’t good for her heart either.
Nevertheless, I admire Tessa’s conviction to WAIT – wow. For a teenage girl, surrounded by temptation, hot guys and peer pressure, it will take a lot of effort to hold into her V-card. She knew her worth, and she won’t settle for anything less. As for Cassie – anyone with a right sense of mind knows that Mark loves her a lot and would do everything for her. What better way to start a strong relationship than friendship? I wish she’d make up her mind and finally make a decision before Mark goes to somebody else. Tucker, on the other hand, is the male-version of Ashley (oh yes, he was a lot of fun too). I love him, and the fact that he was willing to wait. I mean, for a guy, who had been inside the HUT a couple of times and whose being hit on by dozen of girls – it was really HARD. But he managed. J
I must admit, I fell in love with FAST a whole lot than this book – but it didn’t mean I like this any less. I still had fun reading – it was a short, sweet, funny read. There were times I wanted to smack senses into some of the characters, but you will still adore them. WAIT was totally worth the WAIT.

Awesomeness in a book !!!
I absolutely loved the story line in this book. Since I was little, I always dreamt of going away to a summer camp. It never happened but I still get to live through books like these, thanks to the author. Truth is, at first I couldn't get into this story right away because I was still having a major hangover from the first book "Fast" but I decided to push myself to read it last night and well I stopped at the words the end, at 6:27 a.m. this morning. Ryan Ringbloom, you did it again. This book had my heart racing, cracking up, and going through a whole list of emotions. I love the characters and how they make tons of mistakes then learn from them. I love how the author has captured the innocence of first love and delivered it to us on a silver platter. I like that we saw a glimpse of Ashley and Patrick as well. I love, I mean absolutely love how Ashley has Tessa's back like a true best friend should. The advice she first gives Tucker is, well, priceless LMAO. You will definitely know what I'm talking about once you read it. I love the friendship that grew between Tessa and Cassie after all the tension in the start. Overall, I absolutely loved this story. Very well written giving the reader a vivid picture of everything. I recommend Ryan Ringbloom to anyone and everyone. I am definitely going to read the other two books written by this amazing author.

Tessa Jameson has graduated and finally over the drama. She is going to be a counselor at a summer camp then heads of to college. Then she meets Tucker who is just like Josh, Tessa's ex, and doesn't want anything to do with him....but Tucker wants Tessa.
Cassie Demarco and her best friend Mark are going to summer camp together then each off their separate ways. Mark finally made his move but Cassie is terrified if things don't work out that she will lose Mark for good. So Cassie decides its too late for her and Mark.
I received this from Paranormal Romance and Authors that Rock! I liked this so much more than the first one! Tessa and Cassie are amazing characters and stay true to their selves. I absolutely fall for Mark and Tucker and the lengths they go to to get their woman. Ryan Ringbloom does it again, and I hope Ryan does it again and again! I most certainly recommended this series to my sister and hope she loves it just as much as me.

Oh, how I love strong female characters that get all mixed up and finally have to humbly admit that they aren't perfect. We met Tessa in Fast (The Fast Series Book 1). While I thought she was a royal pain in the you know what in Fast, we learn a little more about what makes her tick in Wait. Not only did I respect her in Wait, I found myself rooting for her throughout the whole book.
Cassie, on the other hand, was no picnic to begin with. Her childish behavior made me want to shake her, but thank goodness for the boys. The boys at camp are nothing short of swoon worthy. Tucker and Mark balance the ladies perfectly creating a story that is fast-paced and exciting.
By telling the story from each character's point of view in perfect timing, Ringbloom's unique style allows readers to quickly find themselves identifying with characters and begging for more at the end of each chapter. This one is a little steamier than Fast, so be prepared for one exciting roller coaster ride.

So the first thing I have to say is, I was not the worlds biggest fan of Tessa when I read Fast. In fact I kind of wanted to smack her quite a few times. She opened up quite a bit at the end of that story so when this one started, complete with my Ashley fix (yay) I wasn't entirely sure what to think about it. As I sit here now having finished the story, I have to say Tessa's story ranks right up there with Ashley's. I am so over the moon with this story. It holds the perfect blend of everything and just like with Fast, I want even more of Tessa and Tucker and Ashley and Patrick. That's not to discount the other main couple from either book because they have their own unique blend of happy with me too, but I picked favorites! So now I just have to wait patiently for Flaw...and pray I can get over my hatred for Josh...Loved this story and just plain love this series!!

Tessa learns that Tucker has spent many summers at this camp as both a camper and a counselor. She also finds out that Tucker last summer was a whore. She finds herself wondering why she is drawn to all the bad boys that only want one thing...sex. When all she wants to do is wait to have sex. She wants to be in love and find the right person. Tessa is beginning to think that it might be harder than she thought.
Tucker from the first moment he saw Tessa knew there was something different about her and he had to find out what it was. He finds himself drawn to Tessa and is willing to change his man-whore ways for her. But can he get Tessa to believe that he truly has her best intentions at heart? Can he prove that he isn't the guy she has heard about from last summer? Tucker wants her and only her.

They are both camp counselors at the same camp Tess and Tucker are for the summer. Cassie comes up with a bright idea they pretend to be brother and sister so they can both have summer flings without their feelings getting in the way. Well Mark does find a summer fling and Cassie doesn't take it so well.

I can't tell you how much I truly enjoy Ryan's writing. Wait is a nice quick read that leaves you wanting more. I love how it's light hearted, angsty, and makes me recall all the stupid and silly things I did at nineteen. Wait is also funny, and easy to fall in love with. I highly recommend Fast (book 1) and Wait and I can't wait to see what Ryan comes up with next in Josh's story Flawless <3

Oh the joy of camp life. Meet new people, the beautiful scenery… The world and the guys, the girls!! :)
But watch out the one who you think is your enemy may become your BFF.
A nice little story two opposite girls who start off on the wrong foot and looky what develops FRIENDSHIP.
Cassie and Tessa is a very funny pair. They instantly have a bad spark over something so small that reveals a nice little cat fight.
Tessa who’s been burned before is only looking for the real thing. She meets Tucker only to find out his reputation is just as every other guy out there, or is he?
“Everyone always seems to find what they want except me. I guess because what I want isn’t normal.” - Tessa
I love Tucker. I love his cockiness but I love that he felt the need for change when he met Tessa. He tries so very hard to be a good guy and even though it’s hard and comes off wrong he does his best. He may have been the normal guy before but it only takes one to change all that.
“What are you thinking about?”
“I am thinking about my sick grandmother, the troops in Iraq, my old dog that died when I was thirteen,” – Tucker
Cassie who keeps telling herself HE is just a friend. Ha. When boys like girls they hit and throw rocks, when Cassie liked a boy she pushed him away. The heart wants what it can’t have…WRONG…You had it…you let it go and now you want it back. But it may be too late.
Cassie and Mark’s story was cute, I instantly new how it would turn out. They try their damnest to try it as friends but when it’s right it’s hard to fight the constant pull.
Cassie and Tessa learn a lot at camp. Friendship. Loyalty. What it’s like to make a mistake. What it’s like to have the one and loose it. What it’s like to find it.
Now I was more intoned with Tucker and Tessa and the depths that Tucker went to attempt to get in the good graces with Tessa. Even going in search of her back home friend who actually made this story even better. She was hilarious in what she ‘helped’ Tucker with.
“She loves baby’s breath, nothing else just a big bouqet of baby’s breath.” – Ashley
This wasn’t a deep, bone chilling read. It isn’t a book to make you curl in fetal position but it will move you. It will bring a smile to your face. It gives you a fresh breeze on life. Remember what it was to be young and unsure. When you searched for what was real.
Now as far as my rating, this is a little tricky because although I enjoyed the fun story I do think it was missing towards the end. I went back and forth between 3.5 and 4 stars and some parts are worthy of those ratings but I keep thinking of the end and they way things ended at camp and the way things were resolved. It needed more and I felt it was too rushed. It seemed as with a flip of the page all was forgotten and everything moved on naturally. I wanted; no I needed to see it. I needed to see the reasoning why things happened at the end and how those things magically resolved. Pretty much open the door and all is good. This really lost me and if it wasn’t for the almost end I’d give this a solid 4.

Four young people are going to camp this summer as counselors. Three of them are brand new to the game. Cassie and Mark are a little more than friends, but they will be separated at the end of summer, because Mark is going away to school. They both want to have a “fling” this summer, in a place that is famous for people “hooking up” for the season, but they don’t want to have their “friendship” get in the way of their fun. They decide that the best way for them to have the freedom they desire is to pawn themselves off as twins. No one at camp will know that they are connected romantically, so that should give them the freedom they think they need. Tessa is a little rich girl with high ideals and a definite chip on her shoulder. She immediately goes to war with her cabin-mate, Cassie, and leads a boy she just met, Tucker, on a chase for her heart that would confuse a chess-master. Tucker, the only one who has experience at the camp, having spent many summers there, spends a summer in total confusion, vying for Tessa’s heart and thinking there is no way to win it. Will these four young folks find what they are looking for in each other, or will they be forced to find romance and good times somewhere else?
Ryan Ringbloom tells this story in a most unusual way, speaking to us in the first person from the perspectives of her four main characters. While this is a very difficult way to tell a story, it is most effective. We learn how the events unfold from each of their points of view, giving the characters the optimum avenue to express their thoughts. “Wait” is thoroughly entertaining and somewhat unpredictable. There are some adult situations, but since it is directed at a less mature readership, I can recommend it to young people who are coming of age. I don’t believe there is anything here that would shock a young adult audience.

No one at camp will know that they are connected romantically, so that should give them the freedom they think they need. Tessa is a little rich girl with high ideals and a definite chip on her shoulder. She immediately goes to war with her cabin-mate, Cassie, and leads a boy she just met, Tucker, on a chase for her heart that would confuse a chess-master. Tucker, the only one who has experience at the camp, having spent many summers there, spends a summer in total confusion, vying for Tessa’s heart and thinking there is no way to win it. Will these four young folks find what they are looking for in each other, or will they be forced to find romance and good times somewhere else?
Ryan Ringbloom tells this story in a most unusual way, speaking to us in the first person from the perspectives of her four main characters. While this is a very difficult way to tell a story, it is most effective. We learn how the events unfold from each of their points of view, giving the characters the optimum avenue to express their thoughts. “Wait” is thoroughly entertaining and somewhat unpredictable. There are some adult situations, but since it is directed at a less mature readership, I can recommend it to young people who are coming of age. I don’t believe there is anything here that would shock a young adult audience.

I said before that this was the best one of these so far. Gotta admit, that’s probably not true but I liked it better than Fast and Im gonna explain why.
Tessa is in Fast and she’s a bitch. Im not being an ass about it or anything its just fact. She was supposed to be written this way I think. You weren’t supposed to like her. Ryan Ringbloom does what I like best in reading/writing. She makes you like the most hated people by the time the book is over.
Read these things in a backwards order so got to see her do this with Josh first which I thought was pretty damn cool but was even better with Tessa.
I like the way she writes guys, especially younger ones. She gets them right. Guys can be insecure jerks and pigs. I’m not much older than the characters in these books so if I couldn’t identify id be the first one sayin so but that’s not what happened here.
Tucker man. Right on. Mark, not really sure I connected with him as much as Tucker but he was done right too. Redeeming Tessa an showing a pretty epic side to Tucker was wicked to read. What should be hard to do, Ryan did easily and made me believe in it.
This is definitely my favorite (sorry pat). This one just had characters I could get into more, really believe in. and want to see a good end for.
Also liked seein appearances by other characters to. Nice addition. Wicked read.
Cant wait to see what the author comes out with next.

Its a fun book thats easy to read, id say its more for the teenager than an adult. It also gets confusing when it changes to different perspectives all of the time, when you have 4 different perspectives from characters plus you have the writers to add in to it, it becomes confusing, its almost as if each story wouldnt be able to stand alone in a book, as they wouldnt be strong enough.
I also thought Tess character seems different in this book at times I wanted to roll my eyes and give her a good shake.
The first book was really enjoyable, but with this book it was like reading a different story with different characters that had no growth, it lacked depth and that spark, there was nothing making it stand out, it didnt evolve.
Its not a bad book, its just not something that is as juicy and as grasping as it could have been.

i received this book in exchange of an honest review.
Ryan Ringbloom does it again. this is my second book by the author and i must say i am more than impressed. this author is slowly climbing up to my favorite romance writer's list. here is what i think of the book.

I must admit, I had high hopes for this book but a part of me didn't know if Wait was going to be as good as 'Fast', the first book I read by Ryan. Thankfully, the author has impressed me, yet again, and left me more than satisfied with this juicy addition to the series.
I am glad that Ryan hasn't 'lost steam' and that she's successfully keeping up the momentum of releasing hits; she knows exactly what defines an excellent romance book and especially what separates it from a good one. With her own unique twist to the genre, Ryan Ringbloom is is bound to impress even the most critical romance readers out there. To put it quite simply, I need more!!

I like the author's continuation of characters in the books. The storyline between Cassie and Mark was kind of predictable but it was still sweet how they finally admitted their feelings towards each other. This was definitely a different side to Tessa than what was in Fast. What Tucker did for her for her "birthday" was sweet even though it was all totally wrong. I just feel like her books just end, probably because I am not quite ready for the story between the couples to end just yet because I want to know what happens to them. I do like her style of writing though.

I enjoyed this book. It was fast-paced, and I like the different points of view. The book is good for young adults. Some parts were funny such as the friction in the beginnning - I especially loved Ashley's interactions with Tucker on how treat Tessa. I definitely felt the tension and felt the importance of waiting.

Another great book to read. Tessa was a bit annoying and even a little bit of a tease throughout the book. One min she's making out with Tucker and the next min she's kicking him out. I was even getting whiplash from her behavior. I get that she's young and a virgin but I could have done without the constant back and forth.

Four more great characters to love and Tucker is now my book boyfriend! He's so sweet to Tessa and made me smile right along with her. I like how everyone grows and learns from their mistakes without it dragging on chapter after chapter.
