Accidentally Forever

Wrong Place. Wrong Time. All I wanted to do was provide for my new Omega, Sofie.
My best friend. My lover. And my entire heart.
As a Beta, though, I’m not enough for her.
Her little cries for me to fill her worsen by the day. With Sofie’s first heat around the corner, she will suffer if we don’t find an Alpha. And soon.
When her heat starts, though, we aren’t prepared. The only Alphas within reach are the very same ones
covered in tattoos and piercings who come by every week and spend far too much on the canvases my boss displays around the studio.
Puma. Gray. Lance. Hawk.
I’ve forgotten what it’s like to lean, to give in, to not always be in control. I’m terrified of the instant connection Sofie and I have to these men, the way we crave their attention, their touch, and their acceptance.
But when our pack is threatened by likes of fake art and stolen pieces, my focus is on proving their innocence.
After all, my precious Omega deserves a happily ever after.
And so do I.
Accidentally Forever is an 18+ MMFFMM Betaverse novel with a Beta FMC protective of her Omega, loving Alphas, a bit of mystery, betrayal, and a happy ending. This is a polyromance novel where all the characters are together, however, there are mild MM moments on page. CW in the Author’s Note.

While this series includes interconnected relationships and packs, you do not need to read any of the other installments to understand this one. Violet and Sofie from Accidentally Forever first show up in Corrupt Me ~

A gripping tale from the Betaverse.

Violet and Sophie finally get their own story, and it is thrilling, spicy, and loving. There is a great balance between the heat and the mystery plot, so you won't get bored with either part.

A story that is very well written and draws you into the plot. The ever-changing POV can be a tad confusing if you are speed reading, especially if are a person who immerse yourself in the POV, but gives a very good dynamic and different perspectives.

I love that the Betaverse stories are stand alone, but have guests from the other books, and I cant wait to hear more about Maya, amd I hope we get a glimpse or two of Violet, Sophie and Camila in it.

Absolutely loved! I really love N. Slater’s writing. This author does such a good job at delivering and this one was another amazing one!

I really loved getting to know the characters, especially Violet and Sofie. But I also loved how possessive and growly pack Ashford was. The connections made me soon. Especially with how protective they all are of Sofie, especially Violet.

Overall, I absolutely loved this story and highly recommend to omegaverse lovers! It was worth every read!

I really enjoyed this.

Continuing with the betaverse we meet Violet desperately traying to hold it together and be enough for her omega.

Violet is a great main character and really enjoyed her story. I loved that she fought when needed but learnt to lean on others in the pack. Her realisation that not everything was down to her was lovely to see.

The pack boys are amazing and the way they win Violet around by understanding how she and Sofie need each other is not anything I've read before, but thoroughly enjoyed.

I love that the pack is not traditional in that the Beta is the heart. The Omega is loved and cherished but it is Violet that holds them all together.

Would recommend this to anybody who is wanting a different take on Omegaverse and would love to see the main character energy elsewhere.

A new book in the Beta Accepted series, and this one may be my favourite!

Violet and Sofie's story was sweet. I liked that it was different in that the two women found a pack together, and the pack accepted them both wholeheartedly, not just the omega, Sofie.

Violet was an equal member of their pack, and they all (Sofie, too) really pushed for Violet to put herself first, after constantly putting Sofie's needs ahead of her own.

The artwork plot added some suspense and drama to the otherwise sweet story.

I enjoyed this!

This was a beautiful love story! It was absolutely mesmerizing how they all loved and cherished both women but still centered their beta! This book is a perfect description of a beta centered love but also not shying away or skipping over the fact that there’s also an omega involved! Puma and Violet relationship is one for the books! So raw and beautiful! Sofie is so sweet and open with Violet telling her it’s ok to be selfish and finding someone to take care of her just as intense as violet takes care of her! Sofie and Violet went through a lot but came out happy and loved! Hawk, Puma, Lance, and Gray picked up the mantle and really showed out with showering them both with love! What really stood out to me is the intense way they loved Violet as if she was an omega. She was never left out! Sofie actively seeks out her beta! Even in heat! She wanted her! I’m also very glad that the pack respected and encouraged the bond between Sofie and Violet. They didn’t separate them or be unnecessary towards Violet. They accepted her just as much as they accepted Sofie and i really loved this book from beginning to end! It was spectacular! I can’t wait for rest of the books in this series

I love a book that breaks stereotypes. And this OV does that with this story. Why do we all conform to a set standard when something else works better for everyone and make them happy? This was a great read and I devoured it.

It's so rare that I find OMV with sapphics, so this was an instant read as soon as I first saw it. I was not disappointed! I've read so much OMV, yet this one felt both different and the same for so many reasons.

In some ways, this is your typical setup with an established pack finding the one(s) they didn't know they needed. It's a fast burn and there's a lot of sex. There's a story happening in the background that they have to deal with but it often takes second place to the relationships that are developing, because even though this is a fast burn, the relationships in the pack build and grow throughout the book.

It was wonderful.

The difference comes in that the two FMCs were their own established couple, and they were dealing with the pain of not wanting to want more than each other, but realistically needing more than each other for different reasons. I was tempted to be annoyed at first with the fact that the two women weren't enough for each other and needed the MMCs, but the author wrote it in such a way that it was beautiful to watch them realize that they could become part of this other pack and still be everything for each other--having needs they didn't realize they had met by these additional people, while still being each other's loves.

I sobbed HARD watching the beta FMC's heart break when she had to watch her omega be taken care of at the beginning of her heat by others (2 of the MMCs). The author allowed her feelings of inadequacy, and met them with the relief of finding that she had others to lean on too, and that her omega having her needs met didn't mean she would be pushed away.

Not everyone in this pack is together, but they all support each other and they're solid. Complete. They all show us at different times their individual relationships, either how they form or how they grow or both, and I really loved watching it all develop. There are a lotttt of sex scenes in this book, but for the most part, they each have a reason. They're each showing us various parts of this complicated pack relationship developing. Basically, this is not some fast and easy story written to just fill this trope.

That's not to say that it doesn't have some issues. There are continuity issues, like a character said to be sitting in between two others, then is sitting on someone's lap a couple paragraphs later, and others that I noticed but didn't want to stop reading to take note of. There are some grammar errors. Some of the police procedural stuff that happens is sketchy.

Most notably, everything happening outside of the pack that may be detrimental to the survival of their careers, or might even put them in jail, is just mentioned here and there between this stuff developing between them. In a way, it makes sense because their relationships are the most important to these people. They're protecting their peace. But this also means that  the external angst takes a back seat at times until it seems like it's needed in the story. Some of it also didn't make a lot of sense to me, but I admit that my focus while reading was the relationships, so I may have not absorbed everything I was supposed to.

I think more editing would have helped the areas of the story that made it sound like one thing was true until more information was given a few paragraphs later that made me have to go back and read things to realize that by what was written both could be true. Thing like me thinking the FMCs didn't know a couple of the alphas at all before it was written that they had worked with them often, etc. This didn't factor too much into my rating though bc I loved the relationships so much. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Lastly, the thing I hated most was that the FF and MM relationships didn't show up on page past kisses after they decide to go to the pack for help, with the exception of 1 short scene that isn't as detailed as the others. The story says it happens a lot, but we only see them kissing each other at different times and all sex scenes after that are MF-centered. This includes the group scenes. I would have still rated this book 5 stars, if not for this. Bi people read romances too! I wanted all the scenes.

Thankfully, and the reason I was still able to enjoy the book despite the above paragraph, is that the emotional FF and MM relationships were still present throughout the story. Especially the FF relationship. These two are the center of the pack, even for each other, and it shows really well throughout the entire story.

This one is a bit longer than similar books, but it l it was a great read for my weekend.

What a beautiful read....

I met Violet and Sofie in Corrupt Me. I was so excited that they got their own story because it was amazing!!!

Sofie is our Omega. She is sweet and soft and has such an uplifting personality. Violet is our beautiful Beta. I kind of got a little emotional when I was reading from Vi's POV. You could see she was struggling mentally but never gave up because of her Omega. It was also really sad to learn that Violet didn't deem herself worthy and that she thought herself as a failure (which she is far from it).

Our mmc's are Puma, Gray, Lance, and Hawk. Puma is our Pack lead and such a steady force within the pack. He's perfect for Violet. Gray is our lovable and goofy alpha that is obsessed with Violet instantly. Lance and Hawk are our twin alpha's, Lance is considered that easy and charming twin, whereas Hawk is quiet and grumpy. They are all so different, but together, they make the perfect pack for Violet and Sofie.

The plot was so interesting. We see Vi and Sofie struggling with everyday life, and they are starting to worry as Sofie's first official heat is approaching. But otherwise, extremely happy and planning their lives together. Things get complicated quickly when Violet notices something off at their place of work, which leads them to Pack Ashford and the dirty secrets of the art world.

It's beautiful to see the alpha's of Pack Ashford prove to Violet that she is so much more than what she thinks of herself and that she can finally let go and give some of that control over to her alpha's. Sofie, she sees how special Violet is and embraces Pack life, but Violet will always be her number 1 (you'll understand what I mean by that very quickly).

So worth the read!!!! I love this universe and can't wait to see who's next...

Thank you so much to N and your beautiful team for the opportunity to read this story. I feel so blessed to be apart of your ARC team. 💜

This author always delivers amazing stories, and this one delivers as well.

Violet and Sofie are together, planning their lives, which changes the moment Sofie presents late as an Omega. Violet, knowing she's a Beta, realizes she doesn't have what Sofie will need as her first heat approaches. They know they will need help, and Sofie has her eye on pack Ashford.

Honestly, this story is truly captivating. Violet's fierce love and protectiveness towards Sofie are so touching, even as she grapples with her own insecurities. I was deeply moved by her strength and her journey of learning to trust others, not only for Sofie's sake but for her own well-being.

Pack Ashford are the ultimate Alphas, growly, possessive, determined and driven to keep Sofie and Violet safe. But even there they showed their past pain and how they can heal, each other and themselves.

This is beautifully detailed, fast-paced, medium burn with angst, hidden agendas, and mystery surrounding them all as unknown foes attempt to ruin pack Ashford.

the spice in this book is def better than the other ones so far im only 41 percent in and the expectations they mentioned in the book about ruining them and being kinky i cant help but hope it they might actually follow through with it so far so good.okay what i said before and read was just a moment now im starting to lose hope for the spice scenes 😭😭😭 there was one outdoor scene but not as spicy or kinky as i expected.another fact i forgot to mention is that there are not enough mm scenes. Buuuut the character development and the storyline and plot were so adorable and i loved the drama in it too kept it intersting so 3.5 seems perfect to me

Absolutely loved Violet and Sofie. Their relationship, bond and love for each other. Violet is a beta dong the best she can to make sure that Sofie (omega) is safe and taken care of. However, when Sofie goes into heat she does the only thing she can and reached out to the Ashford Alpha's; Puma, Gray, Lance and Hawk. The four of them are so different and the dynamic between the four is complex.
Lots of angst, betrayal in the art world, finding love, acceptance and a HEA

When you don’t have to choose!!

N. Slater does it again. Violet & Sofie’s story was so good. Watching them go from loving and suffering together to finding their place in the pack was so heartwarming. Even all the problems they faced the girls just blossomed under the guy’s love and attention. I’ve come to the conclusion reading N. Slater’s books that I really wish that Omegaverse was real. I want to find the kind of love Violet & Sofie found with the guys.

Love the Beta

I swear the first part of this book made me cry like every other page. It all works out and I loved it all. I cannot get over this series and all of the Beta love. A few late presenting Omegas but they don’t steal the books. They all work together and nobody gets left out. I wish more authors would write a Betaverse.

Hated how everything felt so separate. The very first heat scenes Sofie was without her partner being present, they aren’t mated yet but they have an incredibly strong connection. And Violet was with one of the other Alpha’s during the heat.

Beta Wanted

Love reading ABO books and it’s refreshing to walk in the shoes of the Betas!! Violet and Sofie were adorable. I also love the idea of a pack within a pack. The spice level was great and the story was even better. I’ll be reading more of N. Slater from now on!

3.5⭐️. Gosh the whole initial pages were really well written . The emotions vi felt to give her omega to someone else. As the story progressed it kinda became boring but still my fav was of course puma and his dove relationship.

Not just another omegaverse story

I fell in love with every character and there’s no question as to why. From their interactions, unwavering devotion and support, and their genuine love for one another, you cant help but be drawn in. Beautifully written. The way Puma prioritized Violet’s comfort and well being was swoon worthy.
Her fears and insecurities made me connect deeply with her. Everyone was cognizant of each other’s feelings which was heartwarming.
The story was engaging and I felt as though I was in the book trying piece the pieces together. Hello immersion!

This was my first dive into N. Slater’s unique take on the Omegaverse and it won’t be my last. An absolute must read!
