This book was loaded with great information for novices and more on aromatherapy. The recipes range from massage oils to room spritzer to household cleaners! Altogether, it was well organized, easy to read, and packed with useful tips.
I am New to Aromatherapy and gave the book a 5star 🌟 rating because it was easy to follow and the information was laid out in a manner in which I could easily understand. I currently have 3 diffusers and plan to use the recipes in this book for a long time. I would recommend this book to any beginner using Aromatherapy
Good book intelligently written about the subject of aromatherapy, having read similar books in the past I thought that the book at times shone especially the sections covering the uses of the different oils and their many uses actually shines as the authors genuine knowledge and passion shines through a good informative read for all

Enjoyed using aromatherapy oils for many years. Now I’m semi retired I have time to have some extra knowledge on the subject and this book fits the bill.

If you need to how to use essential oils for a variety of recipes then this is the book. Like an encyclopedia. Not my favorite aromatherapy book but still good to have.
