Loaded with useful tips and wonderful recipes!

This book was loaded with great information for novices and more on aromatherapy. The recipes range from massage oils to room spritzer to household cleaners! Altogether, it was well organized, easy to read, and packed with useful tips.

A must have for the Aromatherapy beginner.

I am New to Aromatherapy and gave the book a 5star 🌟 rating because it was easy to follow and the information was laid out in a manner in which I could easily understand.
I currently have 3 diffusers and plan to use the recipes in this book for a long time. I would recommend this book to any beginner using Aromatherapy

Good ideas

Good book intelligently written about the subject of aromatherapy, having read similar books in the past I thought that the book at times shone especially the sections covering the uses of the different oils and their many uses actually shines as the authors genuine knowledge and passion shines through a good informative read for all

Extremely helpful

Practical and up to date

Enjoyed using aromatherapy oils for many years. Now I’m semi retired I have time to have some extra knowledge on the subject and this book fits the bill.

Definitely worth the read. I will be making some products that will be scented and I will need to make sure I have the correct product ingredients and the information. Definitely worth the reading

This is a really useful and informative guidebook for using essential oils.

There are a lot of really practical uses for common essential oils. This will be my go to guide for some of my creations

How to learn about using essential oils

If you need to how to use essential oils for a variety of recipes then this is the book. Like an encyclopedia. Not my favorite aromatherapy book but still good to have.

Great Resource!

I am new to aromatherapy as a real lifestyle and this book is fantastic at providing recipes for all areas of life. From furniture polish to menstrual cramps, this book has it all!

Outstanding book

Best and most thorough book yet. Doesn't use castor oil and doesn't explain why, but a great resource to start with!
