Excellent!

What a great resource for somatic exercises to reduce pain, improve body function and reduce tension in your body. I’ve been looking for exercises to reduce my neck pain and am excited to give these a try. The format of having a video plus explanation of each exercise is great…so nice to be able to see how it should be done correctly. I also really like the idea of keeping a log and creating a routine that works best for you. Highly recommend!
