This book had three stories and it was meh.
First book was “Hooked on the Game” by C. M. Owens and it had so much potential but the story felt rushed. And although I’m happy to read storylines a bit far fetched, this was WAY too far. I mean a girl is forced to move in with a hot guy and his dad forces him to buy her a whole new wardrobe? And in what state can a girl at 18 go to a bar and order a dry martini? And don’t get me started on the whole scenario of her coming to the rescue…eyes rolling!!
Second book again by Sierra Rose had potential but went no where. The groom leaves the bride (both 20) at the alter. But 5 years later her wealthy mother dies and forces them to take a trip around the world to inherit money. She refuses but then needs money to help her business. What? She comes from money. Scratching head! Then for 15 chapters she complains that they are never getting back together but he keeps saying sorry and that he made a mistake and wants a second chance. Yup! And it ends on a cliffhanger. Sorry but I have no desire to read another 15 chapters of the same.
Third book by Lexy Timms also leaves on a cliffhanger but was definitely more interesting. Dialogue between characters were ok but I might see about continuing this series.

All books lead on to full series
I have read all of these before and each book is the first part of a series of books, so you will probably want to buy the full series of each. The last one is an eight part series which costs over £10 and each book it just over 2 hours each, but it is good.

A wow for C.M. Owens!
Sorry for the 2 stars but I hate cliffhangers and that was it for Sierra Rose and Lexy Timms.. but "Hooked on the game" by C.M.Owens was fabulous!!💖 I definitely want to get the next in the series but hope it's on Kindle Unlimited!

March 22, 2015I am going to review the two books of the three that I read in this bundle separately, of which only the first one was a complete story. I went to buy that one in another bundle of the same author so I could read more of her books.
