JORDY
All I needed was a date. (Sounds easy enough, right?) Except it wasn’t that simple. I put my best friend on the spot instead. And even though Dani agreed to go with me, she didn’t say yes without her own stipulations. Even with those ridiculous rules, I planned to have a fantastic time regardless.

DANI
Somehow, Jordy suckered me into being his fake date for a wedding that we're already attending. I’d love nothing more than to keep the date I already have, but because I am such a great friend, I ditched him to become Jordy’s.
JORDY (it's me again)
Although, I didn’t account for the fact I’d be sharing a room with Dani at a luxury resort. Or that the moment she set those ground rules… All I wanted to do was break them.

✨Catch You Tomorrow by Britt Stark✨

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
🌶️🌶️🌶️

Jordy and Dani’s story is cute as heck! I will never not love a cinnamon roll alpha male main character. Their energy is intoxicating. Jordy is your not so typical football player with a not so happy past. Dani works for the very team that Jordy plays for and they are friends. No benefits, just really good friends who love peanut butter with chocolate ice cream… and sometimes sprinkles? Look, don’t knock it until you try it.

Jordy needs a date to his friend’s wedding and Dani is already going so why not? Well, because people assume they are dating. Which would be perfect but they aren’t. Not even close. The story is fast paced for the sexual encounters as both give in a little bit more with each time they are alone.

It’s hard not to fall in love with Jordy’s character because he is just SO good.

The chemistry and banter with these two is off the charts hilarious. Grab some snacks, wine, a pillow, and a blanket curl up with this short sweet under 300 page novel.

Catch You Tomorrow is an easy light read with little to no conflict and ends happily. What more could you ask for?

Britt has done it again! One of my auto buy authors, a must read new release!

Come follow Jordy and Dani’s love story that will grip you from beginning to end! Best friends turned lovers has got to be one of my favorite tropes, not to mention faking dating. When Jordy devised a plan that his best friend help him make his ex jealous that only back fires in a wonderful, romantic and sexy story. I love the way Britt also incorporated previous characters from the Crescent City Kings series letting you still see a glimpse of them in each of her books!

4.5🌟

I want to start with a warning… do not snack while reading this or half the bag will be gone without you realizing because you were stressed but also so excited. 😂

I love the friends to lovers trope, but best friends who fake date to attend a wedding and get back at his cheating ex and put rules in place that will obvi be broken?? Yep that’s my jam!!! Then throw in some forbidden work romance leading to sneaking around and I’m a goner!! Add in the fact that they are both hot, kind, witty, and already have the same friends group made do such a fun story!

Jordy was total golden retriever vibes and had my heart hurting for him right from the get go. These woman were not seeing his full potential and because he was sweet they would use and abuse his heart. He just wanted to be chosen and when he got into his ELEMENT that man was HOT 🥵!! Even in his softer moments he was just the absolute best book boyfriend, so nurturing and thoughtful.

Dani was a cool FMC. I think because they were already such good friends the connection was there right from the start of the book with humor and banter. When things began to switch it was fun becoming a giddy school girl right along with her. She was a strong female character but not overpoweringly so.

I breezed right through this super sweet story, and while it is the third in the series it can be read as a standalone, however I highly recommend reading them in order to understand the friend dynamic better. Loved this!!

Another amazing read by the talented Britt Stark! Catch You Tomorrow is a perfect mix of fake dating, slow-burn romance, and heartfelt twists that make you want to hug the book when you’re done. This one is easily a 5/5 stars for me.

Dani and Jordy stole my heart from the very first chapter. What starts as a fake dating setup quickly spirals into something real, messy, and beautiful. Their banter is sharp, their chemistry is undeniable, and the way they slowly let their walls down made the romance feel so authentic. Britt Stark does such a great job of letting the relationship build naturally, and just when you think things are settling down—bam! Surprise pregnancy. And it’s handled with so much emotional care and depth that it doesn’t feel like a cliché, but rather a turning point that deepens their bond.

The spice is low-key (2/5 on the spice scale), but the emotional intimacy more than makes up for it. Dani and Jordy’s journey is full of warmth, awkward moments, big feelings, and genuine growth. I laughed, I teared up, and I rooted for them every step of the way.

If you’re a fan of fake dating, slow-burns with real heart, and a well-earned happily-ever-after, Catch You Tomorrow is a must-read. Britt Stark has done it again!

“Did we just become best friends?”

Dani and Jordy did not disappoint at all with their quick quips and how much they truly were best friends.

If you’re looking for a quick, feel good book, this is it. I read this in one sitting and laughed at so many parts.

Jordy is a hoot in this book. He’s like this big goofball that can make anyone smile. Dani is not one to put up with anything but Jordy’s antics do not sway her at all, she loves them. This is a true best friends to love and I I was here for it. When they were eating ice cream and she stole it from him, my favorite part.

We also get a little of both of them being possessive. Also, don’t discount the nickname baby. It’s literally one of my favorites.

Everyone this man said gimme your tongue or give me your mouth🫠. All the goofiness went away and in its place was possessive Jordy and I was here for it.

“𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗶 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗲…𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝘆 𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗱, 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗺𝗲.”

I’m usually not a fan of friends to lovers. Even less of a fan of best friends to lovers…but Britt may have actually changed my mine with this book! I fell in love with Jordy AND Dani from the first chapter!!

Jordy is ultimate golden retriever boyfriend material. The way I want to wrap this man up in comfy blankets, feed him ice cream and love him forever 🥹🥹🥹 he’s a professional football player…and a TRULY GOOD GUY! And because of his sweet and caring heart, he seems to always find himself with girls who take advantage of him and are just THE WORST!

Dani is Jordy’s best friend. And I do mean BEST FRIEND. No hidden feelings 👀 (shut up. I’m getting there) Dani works as the social media manager for the Crescent City football team where Jordy plays. Dani is a strong woman. Not afraid to speak her mind and put you in your place…which is exactly how she needs to be working in a male dominated field.

Jordy is headed to a wedding solo when he catches wind that his trash can of an ex will be in attendance and is bringing the d-bag she cheated on him with. Honestly…garbage humans. So…he begs his bestest friend in the whole world to pretend to be his girlfriend and his date to the wedding. She agrees but she lays down the ground rules. Lays the hammer down (that hammer was made of foam by the way…those rules were broken the minute she agreed 🥴😂)

What can I say. Fake dating…wedding…two hot and amazing people??? Fireworks. The way this relationship evolved into one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen. They had that solid foundation going in from bring best friends…that it made this so easy and comfortable once it turned into more. I love that moment when you just look at the person and are like…oh…it’s you. It’s always been you 🥹🥹

One night turns into more, turns into sneaking around at work and passion filled nights. Jordy finally gets the love and care he deserves. And Dani…our girl is on the receiving end of all the love Jordy has to give.

Now…remember how I told you that Jordy was a walking green flag, sweet, golden retriever?? Yeah…when he gets Dani into the bedroom he is THE OPPOSITE 🫠 this man…this man’s MOUTH!!!! *bites knuckles, screams into pillows* it’s always the quiet ones. It’s always the ones who are super sweet. LADIES!! Don’t count out the nice guys!! Your Jordy could be hiding out there 👀👀

This is the perfect feel good book. No drams. No craziness. Just swoon worthy moments and lots of kicking your feet and giggling 🩷

Thank you so much to Britt Stark and Luna Literary PR for the opportunity to ARC read this book🩷

No spoilers. Read via kindle ARC.

Oh my gosh, these characters are absolutely so lovable! Soooo many laughs, it was such a fun time! It’s such an enjoyable football romance, with lots of spice. These characters definitely know how to bring the heat. Their story was so beautiful, and I want more of it! This is a fast paced romance. As there are some heavy moments, it’s like a romcom with so much laughable moments.

Would I recommend? Yes, definitely read this series, especially if you love football romances.

Britt scores another touch down with Dani and Jordy’s story. While I am a sucker for a brothers best friend or an enemies to lovers. This friends to lovers was great. I love the ease of their friendship and the fun they had. I love how fierce Joey protects what’s his and how Dani does that same.. and man did I wanna PUNCH Elena so hard in the throat!! My favorite may be Pathan’s secretary , Tara.. she seems 🤩 fun

Last time I read a book with not that many ratings, the author liked my review and I'm not a soft reviewer when I don't like a book.
Pretty please, let the author of this book ignore this review.
This was awful. I tried, I really did. The beginning is all this name dropping of characters from previous books that I don't know and I don't care for, but it got over it. I never liked the narration style, I don't know if it was the use of simple past tense or the simplicity of it, but something rubbed me wrong.
Nonetheless, I kept trying to enjoy the book and I actually did for some time. Their time on Jamaica was nice and entertaining. There were some times where I was like "???", but it was okay. It was cute.
Then they got back to real life and their relationship crumbled. I don't care what anyone says, they're not gonna last. There was nothing holding them back, so it made no sense why they (especially her) were trying to run from each other so much. It was very unromantic. I not only think they're not gonna last, I think she'll eventually cheat on him. I don't know why, it's just a feeling.
Overall, not a good book. I wanted to be a better person, but alas, I am not.

Jordy is always the hookup and never the long term boyfriend. After the latest girl he was dating cheated on him, he needs a quick date to his friend’s destination wedding that his ex will also be at. He says the first name that came to his mind, his extremely sexy best friend, Dani. Dani agrees to be his date, but they need some ground rules because they cannot cross lines and lose each other as best friends. Jordy agrees, but to both of them soon realizes fake dating your hot best friend might make real sparks fly.

Y’all this was my favorite of this series! I loved Jordy and Dani’s relationship. It was also the lightest of the 3 in the series with some giggles and a whole lot of spice!

This does have one specific trope that many people do not like, but I thought it work well for this story! It added to their relationship and growth as individuals, so please do not let that turn you away!

I adore the friends to lovers theme, but best friends who pretend to date for a wedding to get revenge on his unfaithful ex while establishing rules that will clearly be violated?? Absolutely, that’s my favorite! Then add a bit of illicit workplace romance resulting in secretive meetings and I’m done for!! Include the details that they are both attractive, kind-hearted, humorous, and already share the same circle of friends, creating a delightful narrative!

Jordy exuded total golden retriever energy and instantly made my heart ache for him. These women failed to recognize his complete potential, and due to his kindness, they would take advantage of his heart. He simply desired to be selected, and when he found his ELEMENT, that guy was impressive! Even during his gentler times, he was truly the ultimate book boyfriend, always caring and considerate.

Dani was an awesome FMC. I believe that their strong friendship established a connection right from the beginning of the book, filled with humor and playful exchanges. As changes started happening, it was enjoyable to feel like an excited school girl alongside her. She was a resilient female character without being excessively dominant.

One of the aspects I cherish about Britt is how she not only causes you to swoon and feel excited about the main characters, but she also helps you relate to the side characters, making you feel like part of the ensemble.

This series makes me say “NOPE this book tops my favorites” every single time, no doubt about it… this one wins the award!

This series will always have a unique spot in my heart.

When one of the characters has your name.. already knew I’d love this book & since book 1&2 were absolutely delicious.. already knew this book would leave no crumbs.
Britt Stark, you’ll forever be an auto-buy author for me. Her writing is fun and captivating. Let’s not forget my favorite 3 S’s .. Short Sweet Spicy 💕
This romance makes you want to grab your favorite drink and snack combo while reading because when I close my eyes, it’s like watching a movie.

From the very beginning you can’t help but fall in love with Jordy & Dani.. they are truly the best addition to this Series. I didn’t think my love for Shy (book2 iykyk) could be replaced, but BRITT you made me Team Jordy!!
What starts off as best friends going to a destination wedding together so Jordy won’t be alone in front of Elena (his ex) and her new boyfriend ends in the cutest.. sweetest.. feet kicking romance you just want to devour!! Jordy & Dani’s chemistry is pouring out of the pages.

One of my favorite things about Britt is how she not only makes you swoon & giddy over the main characters, but she also makes you connect with the side characters.. making you feel apart of the group.

This series has me thinking “NOPE this book is my favorite” every time, hands down.. this takes the trophy!
It’s only April and I found my favorite sports romance read!! This series truly will forever hold a special place in my heart.

I love this series and all the MMC’s are swoon worthy And I could never pick a favorite, but if I had to Jordy wins. I read this in one day I could not put it down.

Everything about Jordy and Dani is perfect the chemistry, the friendship and the banter had me giggling through the whole story. Jordy is the definition of golden retriever and cinnamon roll which causes him to be friend zoned by his girlfriends. Dani is Jordy’s best friend who also works for the team and she matches his energy so well. I loved how the attraction didn’t start until they started fake dating, so you get to watch them fall for each other.

Side Note: When we find out what happened the night with Becca I GASPED SO LOUD

This is book 3 of the series you could read this as a standalone and understand the story BUT it is recommended starting with book 1 because they are all connected to the accident in book 1 in some way.

Dani and Jordy completely snuck up on me in the best way. I went in expecting cute and funny—and I got that—but I wasn’t ready for how emotional this one would be. It was sweet and spicy in equal measure, and that friends-to-lovers tension? Immaculate. I smiled, I swooned, I may have yelled at a fictional character or two (okay, just one—you’ll know who).

Jordy was such a golden retriever of a man—zero filter, big heart, and always down bad for Dani. He was just so genuine and honest, even when he was struggling. And the way he’s always been in love with Dani? Yeah, I was kicking my feet.

And Dani?? She was all sass and spice. I loved how she brought him back down to earth when he needed it but also hyped him up like no one else. She was SO ride or die once she caught feelings, and I live for a heroine who is just as obsessed with her man as he is with her.

The fake dating, the slow fall, the stolen glances and “oh no, we can’t do this” moments—chef’s kiss. The banter had me laughing out loud, and the spice?? Sizzling. These two were so made for each other. And the found family side characters? I need more of them immediately.

This whole book just felt like a warm, flirty hug. It’s the kind of read that leaves you smiling like an idiot and wishing you could rewind time just to experience it all over again.

The vibes it gives:

Catch You Tomorrow by Britt Stark is the third book in the Crescent City Kings Football Series. These books can be read as standalones, but you do lose some of the backstory from several of the characters. However, if you don't have time to read the first two, you can definitely dive into this one first. The author does a great job of filling in the basics of the history on the two couples from the previous books.

This is a friends to lovers sports romance that follows the story of Jordy who we first met in Past the Rush. When he first met Dani, they instantly connected, as friends, and have shared a sweet friendship right up until Jordy needs a date for a wedding and wrangles Dani into being his plus one so he doesn't have to face his cheating ex-girlfriend alone. As they navigate all of the wedding events together, they both discover that their feelings run deep, but the journey to cross that line of friendship is never an easy one.

If you are looking for a book to devour in one day, this is it. It is a sweet and spicy feel good romance that pulls you in and delivers on that satisfying happily ever after. Perfect book for a feel good story!

Catch You Tomorrow is the third book in the Crescent City Kings series, but my first read. I didn't realize there were two other books and will definitely be going back to read them now.

Jordy is a professional football player who is going to attend his friend’s wedding without a date, which isn’t terrible until he realizes his ex, Elena, will be bringing her new boyfriend (read: the man that she cheated on Jordy with). So naturally, he must rectify the situation, and fast. The wedding is only a week away.

He convinces his best friend and the team’s social media manager, Dani, to ditch her plus one (sorry man) and fake date him to get back at Elena. She begrudgingly agrees, but there have to be rules. There are always rules, aren’t there?

While this isn’t a literary masterpiece, I did enjoy the story. If you’re looking for a quick sports romance that you can read in a single sitting (I literally read this one in 4 hours, it’s less than 250 pages!), this might be a good fit for you!

This was such a cute read. It was quick, with no plot holes. It had SPICE and hilarious moments. So many great movie references.

We can all agree we hate Elena. I'm not sorry to say it. We're all going to say it. People in the back can hear me say it.

Dani and Jordy are amazing friends. The friendship and then the fake dating just make it so much better.

It was nice to see the MMC be the one with struggles and the FMC helping him through it all.

The connection and TENSION these two have are 🥵🥵 yup. It's like that.

There were moments when the author could have made a scene serious, and thankfully, took the funny route instead.

There are some serious moments when needed. It was just done so well.

It was such a cute vibe that had a great start to finish.

This is the first book I read by this author and I am not even slightly disappointed.

If you're looking for a quick, giddy, spicy read, then this is it.

Wow, this book definitely gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me. I loved the first 2 books of the Kings Crescent series and this one didn’t disappoint.

This book is about Jordy and Dani. Jordy is a football player who recently found out his girlfriend cheated on him and broke up with her. Now he needs a date for his teammate’s wedding so instead of going alone, he decides to invite his best friend Dani. The two of them are super cute together. In order to avoid crossing the line they set some rules about the “fake relationship”. However once they start spending a lot of time alone together for the wedding festivities, little by little they start breaking all the rules.

This book is 🔥🔥🔥🔥 everyone and I loved every moment of it. I really loved Jordy’s good heart and the scene of him with the kid at the shelter… omg so tender. But Jordy can also be so adorable and funny.

I highly recommend this book !

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - 4 Stars
🌶🌶 - Spice Level

Jordy and Dani are both good friends. He plays for Crescent Kings, and she works in PR for the team. Jordyn needs a date for his sister's wedding and immediately picks Dani for a fake relationship only, they both have been skirting around a real relationship. They're forced on the destination wedding to share a room, and sparks start to fly as they have been teasing each other sexually. Instead of just pretending, Jordyn wants the real thing, and Dani secretly does too.

These two were the direct result of great friends who just needed that nudge to be more. It only took an ex relationship to have him pull his heart out onto his sleeve for Dani. As this is interconnected stand-alone, you don't miss much about the previous couples. This series does have a vibe of being loosely based on the New Orleans NFL team where a family was running the whole team when you get an inside look at the owner and his sisters who work for him. It gives a hood found family vibe when you see the more casual things mentioned with relationships. As I am from Louisiana, it's appreciated when it feels like you're reading stories loosely based here. ❤️ Yep, there is some spice, I mean, suprise pregnancy is in the tropes.

Thank you, author, for the ARC!

Dani and Jordy
He needs a date to a wedding his cheating ex is attending. Jordy tells everyone he's going with his best friend Dani and that they're actually together.
Fake dating
Football romance
Ground rules (that last half a page)
Accidental Pregnancy
Friends to Lovers
Fast paced

There's nothing wrong with the story, but the writing is so short and clipped. It felt like another 100+ pages were necessary. Instead it jumped from idea to idea and covered a lot of time too quickly. If you like your romance books in super speed, no fluff, this is probably the book for you. I just wanted more. More of all of it. More banter, more backstory, more observations, more conversations. Just more.

Book #3 in the Crescent City Kings Football series. Interconnected standalone.

What could go wrong with fake dating your bestfriend at a wedding??
This book had me giggling and kicking my feet while i read it! I love Jordy and Dani and their relationship honestly they are so cute! This is a pretty fast paced book that you could devour probably in one sitting! Jordy is such a great guy, he just wants to get back at his ex who will also be going to the same wedding he is. Jordy and Dani already being besties had a great little chemistry going, but add some banter and sexual encounters to the mix and boy do things change real fast! What are rules for other then breaking right?! I love this series and getting to see a glimpse of certain people from other books! I'm not usually one to go for friends to lovers but if Britt makes it, its an instant pickup for me no matter what!

Britt Starks Catch you tomorrow is a four point seven five star read. The main FMC Dani and MMC Jordy are intriguing and lovable characters. Their character driven narratives are strongly and effectively support but a captivating plot. This book is number three in Kings Crescent City Series. While it is an independent stand alone I would recommend reading the books in order due to character who overlap. I highly recommend author Britt stark as a sports romance author and he novel Catch you Tomorrow. Her plot lines and characters tell unique narratives over all. The main trope of Britt Starks newest novel are sports romance, fake Dating, destination date, accidentally pregnancy and friends to lovers. The friends to lovers trope is well done in this novel.

Friends-to-lovers is honestly one of my all-time favorite tropes. You think you know your friend, but then something shifts and you think. . .but do you really? Jordy and Dani had that instant, easy friendship with no romantic vibes at first. But when Jordy needs a date for a wedding, Dani drops everything to be there for him. The fake dating trope gets me every single time—it’s like the second they pretend, they start seeing each other differently. The jealousy? Literal chef’s kiss. It added just the right amount of tension without being too much. And the spice? It was serving in the best way. Enough to make things steamy but still keep the focus on their connection. I absolutely enjoyed every single page of this book. And can't wait to read the rest.

Tropes: fake dating, friends to lovers, sports romance, accidental pregnancy
This was such a fun, easy read that I flew right through. Jordy has golden retriever energy, but when it comes to Dani, he is protective AF. Dani is sassy, sexy, and best friends with Jordy. What happens when these two best friends go as dates to a destination wedding to try and get back at Jordy’s cheating ex-girlfriend? Check out “Catch You Tomorrow” to find out. If you liked the other Crescent City Kings books, you won’t want to miss the third book in this series of interconnected standalones.

This book was really cute! Catch You Tomorrow is a Crescent City Kings Football book and my first from this author. The pregnancy trope was advertised so I picked this up quickly, but I felt it was lacking in this area. The writing didn’t grip me at all and it felt like the story could’ve been fleshed out way more. But I liked the character’s personalities and the story was interesting. Jordy is a football player and Dani is part of the social media team for his football team. They’re best friends that fake date for a wedding and that turns into more. They’re really cute together and Jordy is so sweet! The spicy scenes were pretty good, if a little short.

Cuteness overload. If you're looking for a feel good fast-paced quick read filled with laughter, and the cutest MMC, this one is for you. I pulled an all-nighter reading it in one sitting. There was even one of my favorite micro tropes: "he washes her hair".

Jordy was such a sweet, gentle, caring and loving MMC. I loved his chemistry with Dani. From their first encounter they connected and it was so fun to witness. The friendship and banter between them made me laugh so much, I cried. Thankfully my baby doesn't talk yet, she gave me some side eyes and I'm not ready to hear her judgement 🤣.

Catch you tomorrow by Britt Stark
This book follows Dani and Jordy and is the third in The Crescent City Kings series. You can read this alone, but why the heck would you. This is a sports romance, and it is so worth it reading all three. You have fake dating, but let's be real, it just them fighting their feelings. You have a horrible ex that if you could, you would slap. A blackmail that goes wrong. The chemistry between them is amazing. Of course, you can't forget the rules that get broke almost right away. Falling in love on a beautiful island, what more could you want.
