Sharing breathtaking imagery, essays, playful original artwork, poetry, and mindfulness practices, they touch on universal human themes like “Recapturing Childhood Wonder” and “Dealing with Today’s World.” We Love You takes the big questions of life and shows you that maybe there’s nothing to be afraid of. Maybe if we embrace the journey, we can make our lives and this rock we live on so much better.

When they say don't make it a coffee table book they mean it. Read it like how you read any other book and notice how it changes your mindset.

Years ago I felt myself start to think really existentially which scared me. This was when I was around 14 and covid had just happened and I was starting to question the reality of my life. When I was 6 years old I remember asking myself, "who am I?" and wondering about what it meant to actually be me. At 14 I was feeling this again one night on a beach looking up and the infinite stars. After that I couldn't stop spiraling about my perception of reality for months which included therapy sessions and anxiety attacks. I moved on though because that is life and I started thought blocking and focusing on my every day life and less about the crazy hard thoughts about life. Well, I'm more mature now and know how to handle myself and I'm tired of the thought blocking and now I encourage myself to think more of those thoughts, "What am I?" "What is the world and space and time?"

Okay after that long rant abt my life here is my actual review of this book...this book encourages me to think. To think about the unknown, about everything we take for granted in life, and to consider the nature I am looking at when I'm outdoors. Growing up my whole life in the valley of the blue ridge mountains its easy to take places I've been to many times like Cades Cove in the Smoky Mountains for granted, but if I can think of a new thought when I look at the ecosystem around the area such as how it is all made of of quarks or the circle of life, I think it will help me appreciate more. Because I love nature. I really do. It is never something I want to take for granted. I am already a very optimistic person so this book and I got along well, however in a warming world growing in pollution and human caused change this is a book that will make anyone feel better about the world because it adds hope.

Overall this book is quirky and cute. It is hopeful and kind. And if you follow Thomas and Andy on instagram and like all of their videos like I do, you will love this book. I love how it's a bunch of compiled thought journals but also poems, pictures, and diary entries from random entities. It's very creative and cool. Also I really liked this book because it was written by two young people figuring out their way in life and I am a 19 year old figuring out my way in life too. Really everyone no matter what age is. Anyway, I hope to try out some of their exercises for happier humans and continue to think about the complexities of the world.

Bon peut être que j'ai pas été pris dans le truc pourtant j'apprécie leur vision du monde et leurs questionnements.
Joli bouquin, ça fait réfléchir et relativiser mais des fois ya pas besoin d'aller aussi loin dans l'overthinking

This book is a gorgeous collection of writings and photos that is so full of wonder and whimsy and truth and love. It's so refreshing to see such beautiful sentiments being shared, from the author's videos online, to now in printed format. Especially in our fast paced society, this book is full of reminders to slow down and be grateful for everything around us. I'd recommend this to anyone and everyone.

Andy and Thomas, as someone whose joy and optimism fluctuated over the years but has always stayed at the root of my being, I appreciate these inspiring messages and reminders more than you know. You both are pure light 💛

Very cute book. I know these guys from their Tiktoks and I appreciate them.
Some of the text felt a bit too long-winded, but this book is put together very well nonetheless.
So many beautiful pictures and illustrations.

A guided meditation from focusing on the smallest atoms and molecules, to stepping back and thinking about the universe, entropy and time. This felt so grounding, and helped to put things into perspective.

This book encouraged gratitude, kindness and embracing the present moment. This is so important to remember while navigating life. The book is so beautiful to flick through in the hardcover edition too.

I would rate it 4.5 stars. Since this book preaches so much kindness, how could I not round up?

I love the visuals of Northern California and Santa Cruz mountain locations and the texture of the book. It's a great companion while I'm waiting for their next video to drop and need that boost of positivity. I know they wrote the book to be read in a specific order, but I like jumping around and reading in bite size pieces because some of the ideas and concepts are so big, they need time to ruminate inside my brain.

I love their feel-good videos on Instagram, and this book is an expanded version with essays, beautiful photos, and meaningful messages focused on finding the bright side of life. It is thicker and more substantial than I expected, and would make a great coffee table book or gift for someone who needs a boost of positivity. It is definitely a light in dark times. Highly recommend!

I can already tell this book will bring me to tears at times. I am sure it will be a great pick me up, because everytime I come across their video's, they make me feel so many emotions. Its often right whem I need it, after being so numb from mindlessly scrolling to distract myself from the horrors of this world. They remind me that there is wonder in everything. And it's okay. We love you.
