He let her go once.
He won’t lose her now.

Declan Delgado never expected to see Stella Bailey again. She’d made it clear that she definitely didn’t want to see him. But now he’s the lead investigator on the Bends Lake Predator case, and the FBI has sent Stella to help him profile the serial killer. Declan is impressed by her brilliance and determination…and wondering if their rekindled connection is just a shadow of the past. When she becomes their unsub’s target, though, he knows that his feelings are real. Can he save her from a psychopath who’s always one step ahead?

I love a good second-chance romance with a side of danger, and this story delivered.

I am not the biggest fan of sisters sharing a man so that was a bit of an ick for me about this book. It was a little boring too but I pushed through and finished it. You can tell a man wrote this book.

A very, very good read! I especially liked the characters and the methodology used to track down the culprit.
