Nothing better than these books
I love this kind of literature, future geopolitical scenarios, they are the best way to create a story that people don't know but is very likely to happen, this based on experience, data and background motives that only a true expert can pinpoint. The second Cold War is becoming an imminent reality with each passing day and in fact much stronger than the first. Our task then, thanks to books like this one, is to understand the reasons, the causes, the possible scenarios that we will have to face not only as individuals but as a community. It is then that this book becomes almost automatically a masterpiece.

If you are unfamiliar with the Cold War, this book will bring you up to speed. There is so much information in here that I never knew. But the second part of the book is equally as important as the author goes through theories about the future of things like trade, technology, and supply chain in Cold War 2. It’s interesting to think that the battlefields of Cold War Two extend beyond the military domain and involve energy security, financial markets, artificial intelligence, cyber warfare, and the weaponization of information. Definitely check out this book if you want to be informed.

Cold War Two by Jason Schenker is an interesting read that analyzes the present with data and perspective, and also projects where we're headed, and does so with a precision that left me reflecting for days. This book opened my mind in many ways, the most important being that today, geopolitical conflicts with world powers are no longer experienced solely on battlefields, but also in supply chains, technological development, and financial flows. I really liked the clarity with Schenker demonstrates that we are in the midst of a new Cold War, and that ignoring it is doing so at our own peril. The second Cold War is upon us. The author of this book breaks down exactly what that means. He covers how it started, why it started, and also where it’s most likely going. If you are at all interested in knowing about geopolitics, it’s a great read. However, it’s even more useful if you’re in the military, an investor, a policymaker, or a leader in the business world. wonderful reading material
This was a very interesting read. I loved how it was separated into two sections. This made it easier to compare the then and now of the Cold War. Very well organized to make for a pleasant reading experience. I would recommend this book if you like war strategy.
