Helpful, but very repetitive at the end.

Super repetitive like there was a minimum word count. Has a couple of helpful strategies but that’s about it. It doesn’t go into how Autism works either, or what Autism even is.
It just goes on about it being a spectrum and the only ‘why’ is everyone’s experience is unique, which you then have to figure out for yourself. Half the book feels like it’s just encouraging you to join an autistic community and advocate for Autism.
