When I downloaded this and began reading through it, what struck me most was the layout of the book itself. Sometimes self-help or educational books can be overwhelmingly textbook in style, filled with giant paragraphs, hard to stay focused in. This is NOT that kind of book. This book was a mission of John Ruhlin who has since passed away. Its R.I.C.H. method is an easy concept to embrace. The breakout boxes are meaningful and do not take away from the rest of the content. The indentations, bullet points, questions, thoughts and ideas as they are laid out throughout the book captured my attention and I found myself scribbling answers and comments in the margins. Although directed towards creating a mindful way of gaining referrals, the underlying message of developing lasting relationships in life is very clear.
