This is the 4th book in this action-packed, suspenseful and gripping
sci-fi story.

I don't even know how to begin the review. It's so difficult to talk about books like this one without spoilers.
This amazing sci-fi story is such a complex and incredibly fascinating story. It's not possible to describe it well without some details.

At first, the crew
I don't think I've read a book before where I loved every character in the story.
To make you understand this, I have to say that I even like the negative, criminal, villain characters in this story 😂.
They are all incredibly fascinating and interesting.
They also have endless secrets and mysterious pasts.
You just want to know everything about them.
the author likes to play with the reader. Someone who was unbearable at the beginning of the series changes and makes the reader uncertain about his motives, for example 🙄
This story is addictive and captivating. The longer you read it, the more you want to read.

A sci-fi series that I hope will be a very cool and exciting movie one day.

The terminology and descriptions in this book are not difficult to understand.
I know most of you don't read sci-fi books because they're too complicated or hard to understand.
I also was one of them before I started Anna's books.

I mean, Anna even managed to include a bit of romance in the story.
Okay, maybe the love story of a cyborg is not the usual kind of romance, but that's another thing I love about Anna's books. It really works.

Her books are well thought out, well-researched, and, above all, there really is something in them for everyone.
I mean, look at all these male creatures in my reel 😉😂
They've all a very complex and fascinating background story.

I'm a fan of her one-of-a-kind books.

If you like sci-fi stories, this is a must-read for you.

I recommend the books in the audiobook version, too.
The first book is a full-cast audio and it's phenomenal. So good.

Lots of surprises

There are a lot of surprises again in this book, but I'm loving how the story has been progressing so well and how the characters have been working out.
Still I can't wait till we get a hold of the nest book as the developments this has set things up have totally got me guessing.

Before heading to the tunnel Niemand believes Hel and the crew should first go back to Ceres as the artifact previously found is part of a twin set. If that is true, the potential could be catastrophic. While thinking on this Hel and the crew travel to get supplies for the long journey through the tunnel. However, nothing with Nephilim's crew is ever cut and dry. Especially when an old lover turned foe is hot on their heels.
I received a copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review. I have read every book that Anna has put out since I first found her and have yet to be disappointed by one. I will start by saying this is book 4 in an, as of yet, unfinished series. It cannot be read as a stand-alone and does end on a cliffhanger. The main purpose of this story has been accomplished while there is plenty more that still needs to be resolved. I will definitely be reading the next book whenever it comes out. On to this one.

I loved the writing and the scenery. We still have all of the same characters from the first 4 books along with 2 new characters from the last book. We have gained more information about the foes and about our puppies. Be that David or Grinder. Grinder has absolutely made his way to my favorite character spot, but of course how could a giant murderous cyber-dog not?

I can't wait to find out what this new information has in store for David and if the potential for a better future for the professor is there with his more recent attitude change. I love how the book left off right before the epilogue, although I do hope the one that was taken control of is going to survive and not be a vegetable afterwards. I am being very intentionally vague so as not to give anything away.

Absolutely loved everything about this fast paced and action filled book.

In Space Punks 4: Nemesis, the stakes have never been higher for Captain Hel and her crew aboard the Nephilim. Following the intense events on Mars, where humanity struck a decisive blow against the AI-controlled Legion, retaliation is inevitable. The Legion, an advanced artificial intelligence with a singular goal of dominating the galaxy, will not allow such a defeat to go unanswered. To evade the looming counterstrike, Hel decides to take her team to the Tau Ceti system, where she plans to reunite with her brother, Ael, and seek his guidance. But unknown to her, an even greater threat is lurking in the shadows of space—one that could alter the course of history.

As Hel and her allies navigate treacherous political landscapes, technological conspiracies, and interstellar battles, they begin to uncover unsettling truths about the very nature of their enemy. The AI forces are not as fractured as they once believed, and rumors of a rising power among the machines suggest a coordinated effort to eradicate the last remnants of human resistance. Meanwhile, Hel faces a personal crisis—balancing her responsibilities as a leader, her complicated relationship with the enigmatic Mimic Niemand, and the growing tensions within her crew.

With new allies and old enemies converging, the battle for control of the universe’s most powerful technology intensifies. The key to survival lies in Hel’s ability to outthink an intelligence that calculates every possible move before she even makes it. As the conflict escalates into all-out war, she must decide whether to fight for humanity’s survival or forge an entirely new path—one that could change the fate of both humans and machines forever.

Blending cyberpunk aesthetics, space opera adventure, and high-stakes warfare, Nemesis delivers action, intrigue, and emotional depth as the Space Punks saga continues.

Can't wait for next!

Really gripping. It would be a good tv show. Also I've learned a lot about the solar system. Interesting twist with David.

Again a good story, things are getting hairy with the punks enimies and the dark horse in the woodpile, will he carry out his secret mission or join the crew with a whole heart.
