Gotta Have Fate
It's Remy Winslow's bachelor party and if his younger brothers Jude and Ty have anything to do with it, it will be a night full of debauchery. "This is a fun escape from reality-a last hurrah with my brothers before my wedding day." However no one could have imagined they'd find themselves sat in front of a fortune teller. Of course Ty and Jude are ridiculously excited to have their fortunes told, Remy not so much, but Miss Cleo wasn't going to let him off of the hook that easily. "This is just for fun. It's inconsequential at best." Jude's fortune - "You my darling Jude, have a compulsion to feel the high of a wager." "There will come a time..." "No there will come a bet. One that will change the course of your life. One that will mold the shape of you as a man. Be careful, though, child. It won't be a period of easy choices. But if you handle it right, it could lead to a great deal of happiness for you and the ones you love." Flynn's fortune - "So practically minded, Flynn." "So sound of mind and judgement." "And I'm happy to report that, for the most part, you'll remain this way as far as I can see into the future. There will be a night, though. One wild, unexpected night in a seemingly predictable life where you, my sweet boy, will make a pact with a stranger from which there will be great consequence." "A significant agreement that will affect your family a great deal." Ty's fortune - "There's a kinship between you and Eve that is unmistakable, child." "The forbidden fruit will prove irresistible for you, my child, and I'm afraid you'll take more than a bite. The secret of this indiscretion will bring turmoil and pain." "The journey will be rife with unrest, but the end will bring you great joy and relief." Remy's fortune - "your story is the most complicated of them all." "You, Remington, my darling. I'm sorry to say, will experience great heartbreak." To say Remy is mad after his reading is an understatement, he's getting married next weekend, of course he's not going to have a great heartbreak. Fast forward to the day of the wedding and Miss Cleo was right, Remy is going through the worst pain imaginable and has left the rest of the Winslow brothers questioning whether their fortunes will come true now too. "Cleo wasn't wrong. Remington, you will experience great heartbreak, she said. And if this isn't the greatest heartbreak I've ever witnessed. I don't know what is. But if it's true...if this has anything to do with the prophecies she made... I can't even begin to imagine what's in store for the rest of us." So Miss Cleo was right about Remy's great heartbreak, was she right about everything else? Read the Winslow Brothers series to find out if Cleo was right about all of their futures! I loved Gotta Have Fate, it gripped me from the start and has left me wanting more of these lovable brothers and has set up the series perfectly.
The Bet
The Bet is the first book in this series all about the Winslow Brothers and is youngest brother Jude and Sophie's steamy story. Everyone knows Jude Winslow loves a bet and when Jude is bet that he can't get more tips than Mav being an exotic dancer he accepts the bet, unknowing how much his life will change. Jude first meets Sophie when she's pretending to be her identical twin sister Belle aka the Bride at the her bachelorette and Jude is the dancer. Instantly there is attraction between them, but Belle is getting married, which means no matter what Jude is feeling she is off limits. Days after they are both still thinking of each other and when Jude sees "Belle" at a bar, he has to go and say hi, but what he didn't expect was to find out that Sophie was the one he danced for and is available. Now there is nothing stopping Jude from taking things further. "Jude Winslow isn't the kind of guy who settles down, but when I think about the time we've spent together, how close we've been getting lately, it definitely doesn't feel like we're just a random hookup." However Sophie is a forever kind of girl, she wants marriage and kids but Jude doesn't want that, he's seen how love and relationships broke his older brother Remy and is determined to never let that happen. Can Sophie show Jude how amazing a relationship could be between them or will Jude's fears ruin what they've been building and push Sophie away for good? Read The Bet now to find out! I LOVED this book so much, I could not put it down and I cannot wait for the rest of the brother's books.
The Pact
The Pact is the second book in Max Monroe's hilarious Winslow Brothers series and is quiet and broody Flynn and chatty Daisy's story and what an incredible story it is! The Pact is a steamy marriage of convenience romance with all the feels! The Winslow brothers have taken over Las Vegas for Jude's bachelor party. Daisy is in Vegas for a work commitment but when she gets news that will ruin everything she has been working for and creating in LA it sends Daisy spiralling. After finding out this devastating news Daisy runs out of the hotel, looking for an escape she jumps onto the back of Flynn's motorbike and asks for a ride. After calming down, Daisy explains to Flynn all about how her work visa has expired and it could take a year or more to reapply. But reapplying isn't an option, Daisy has an amazing job, her dream job that she wouldn't be able to keep if she has to go back to Canada. After hearing how distressed Daisy is, Flynn decides he will marry her so she can get a green card and be able to stay in the US. However upon coming home and filling in the relevant forms, they find out they will need to show proof of them living together and for this pact to work, Daisy will have to move to New York and live with Flynn. Living together, Flynn and Daisy cannot deny their attraction or how much they are drawn to the other and how easily they fit into each other's lives. "She might've burst into my world like a spiralling tornado of long-winded words and crazy eyes, but f@*k, I'll forever be grateful she did." But what will happen when the day of Daisy's immigration interview arrives, signalling the end of their arrangement? Will Daisy go back to LA, ending their marriage or will they realise their fake marriage has been a real marriage the whole time? Read The Pact now to find out! I loved, loved, loved this book. Flynn is now my favourite Winslow brother, sorry Jude! I cannot wait for the next books in this incredible series, Max and Monroe have knocked it out the park with this series so far!
The Secret
The Secret is the third book in Max Monroe's incredible Winslow Brothers series and is Ty and Rachel's steamy story. Rachel has just moved back to New York after several years away and to celebrate, her sister and her wife has taken Rachel out to a club. The club is promoting a new business called The Secret Club (if you've read the previous books in this series you'll know what this club is all about!) and picks a challenge card...Make the hottest guy in the room, remember you for the rest of his life. After searching the room, Rachel has picked the perfect guy. Walking up to the hottie she has picked she then hands him her panties and then walks away without giving him her name. Later as the semester starts, Rachel is to be the TA to one of the English Professors but imagine her surprise when she finds out her Professor is the guy she met at the club, the guy she gave her panties to! So what's a girl to do...deny all knowledge of being the girl from the club. Which then leads to an hilarious game of hide the panties to which Ty is determined to get Rachel to admit she's the girl he can't stop thinking about. Once she admits that it was her, all bets are off, they can no longer deny their attraction and which leads to something incredible, neither of them saw coming. "Through all the panty games and push and pull and teasing and taunting and jokes, I never saw it coming. I fell in love with the ultimate player-and he fell in love with me." But what happens when the truth about their relationship comes out? Read The Secret to find out what happens! I LOVED The Secret so much, I couldn't put it down and The Secret and the Winslow Brothers series is my favourite of Max Monroe's by far! (Sorry Thatch and Cassie!) I cannot wait to see what Max and Monroe do next!
The Redo
The Redo is the fourth and final book in Max Monroe's phenomenal Winslow Brothers series and is oldest brother Remy's second chance at love. After being left at the alter, Remy has closed himself off to love, he keeps his heart guarded and doesn't let anyone get too close. But when he gets stuck in an elevator, twice with his first love everything changes. Maria was Remy's the one who got away and now they've crossed paths again he isn't so willing to let her go again. However Maria's life is extremely complicated, she's a surrogate for her sister and her husband but after a tragic accident she is all the baby has left and is now going to have to be a parent not just the fun Aunt. But that doesn't deter Remy, it just makes him more determined to be there for her and baby Izzy. As Maria struggles to do everything by herself, Remy fits into their life so perfectly it's like he's where he belongs. "I've always loved you, Maria. But somehow, ever since we got stuck in an elevator...twice...I've fallen deeper in love with you every day that we've spent together. When I see our future, I see you and me and Izzy." But Maria is battling with herself whether letting Remy be such a big part of Izzy's life is what's best for her, she's already lost so much in her short life it's not fair for her to get attached to someone else just to lose them too. Can Remy prove to Maria being with her and Izzy is where he wants to be and become a family and have the ultimate redo or will Maria's fears and her reluctance in not wanting to drag Remy into her chaotic life be too much to overcome? Read The Redo now to find out! WOW, Remington Winslow you have stolen my heart! With every book, each brother has become my new favourite but after reading The Redo, Lexi is definitely right...Remy is the best!! Even though I'm sad this is the end of the Winslow Brothers series, I can't help but think Max and Monroe have left the best till last! I have everything crossed that Max and Monroe will write a Winslow next generation series, especially because of what we've seen of Ryder, he seems like trouble and his story would be so much fun! I could not put The Redo down until I finished it all and Remy, Maria and Izzy stayed with me long after I read The End. I definitely have a new favourite Max Monroe book of all time and it is definitely going to take a lot to knock The Redo off of my top spot!
1 year later epilogue
It's Ty and Rachel's wedding day and the Winslow clan has come out in force to celebrate. However with 8 Winslow children running around, causing chaos everywhere they go, who clearly take after and live up to their Dad's reputations. Despite the chaos the love in the room is undeniable and it's so good to be back with these characters who easily stole my heart and getting this glimpse into their future was incredible and add in Miss Cleo's surprise appearance was the icing on the cake, I loved it! "We did pretty good, huh?" "We did f*&king perfect, Ty. You and me and Jude and Flynn and Win and Mom-we did it together. We built this beautiful life. This...this" I say. "is how it feels when everything is right."
5 years later epilogue
Being back in the Winslow world five years later is incredible, each brother has a chapter all about them, their kids and their lives now and it was truly amazing getting to revisit with my favourite characters and seeing how life is treating them. And I'm so glad to see that none of the brothers have lost their spark, they are still them but just even more lovable with the way they are with their wives and kids. It couldn't be any more perfect and then in walks Cleo and it was the phenomenal extra I didn't know I needed but made this final epilogue come full circle and I loved her references to Max and Monroe's Dickson University series and what that means for the Winslows and Kline, Thatch and Wes too. I really hope this isn't the last we see of these incredible characters but with this epilogue it feels like I'd be ok if this was the end, it's great way to end this addictive series.
I received an ARC of The Winslow Brothers and I am voluntarily leaving my review.
The Bet When Jude Winslow’s friend bets him to stand in as a dancer for a Bachelorette party this player could not say no. He will never turn down a bet. Sophie Sage is looking to have some fun but at her sister’s Bachelorette party she never expected to have such sparks with the exotic dancer. One thing…Jude isn’t really a dancer but she has no idea! 😂 one other thing…she may of switched places with her twin sister! Can these two start something when both met under false pretenses? This is the first book I’ve read from this duo. If you enjoy a silly, light romcom you might enjoy this. I really couldn’t get into this one and dnf as this isn’t my usual type of book that I read however, it is well written. I’m sure others will love the campy banter and enjoy this lighter read. Told in dual POV
The Secret When Rachel Rose goes out to have a fun night dancing she never imagined the hunky man she gave her underwear to would ever see her again. Well, surprise when that very same man happens to be the new professor she is assisting, Ty Winslow. What’s a girl to do? If you love the easy, fun loving flow of this series you will enjoy the secret. Each book centers around a different Winslow sibling. These aren’t really my of tea but lovers of a sweet, silly and at times campy romcoms will enjoy these two. Told in dual POV
The Redo (3.7 Stars) Remington Winslow was a jaded almost married Batchelor. Maria Baros is a pregnant realtor stuck with said Batchelor in an elevator during a blackout. What could possibly happen? LOL!! They used to be high school sweethearts so could this inconvenience maybe rekindle what they once had? This is a sweet sometimes ridiculous, second chance rom com within the series but can be read as a stand-alone. Side note, I do love his name as it’s my Guinea pigs name too! You’ll never walk into an elevator the same way again! Enjoy this light romantic comedy with the next Winslow Brother. Told in dual POV
This is my first time meeting these boys and I’m am swooning. I loved that it was an entire collection of these boys with the bonus stories and epilogues. I loved that there was no waiting for the next instalment in the series as it is in one deliciously bundled ebook. Watching each brother fall hard made my heart so full. This one has all the tropes that sums up why we love romance so much. I really had a blast getting to know each brother. But my fave has to be Remy. I’m a sucker for second chance romances. This was a great book that I highly recommend if you are in the mood for binge reading.
I had already finished all the books in this collection, but re-reading these is always a pleasure. I recommend reading this collection, as it is a fantastic binge read!
The additional edits and epilogs are exactly what I wanted and expected, and I recommend reading this before beginning The Learning Curve.
Jude and Sophie are opposites if I've ever seen opposites before. He's a promoter, the life of the party, a commitment-phobe. Then he meets Sophie and though they're opposites, they form a connection. Unfortunately, Jude's been traumatized by a relationship gone wrong, and he isn't about to do connection, commitment, feelings, anything but fun. Will he push her away to keep his heart safe?
I knew Jude would be just as amazing as his sister (Winnie, from Scoring the Billionaire, and he is - but, Sophie is equally amazing, if not even more so. I loved how perfect they are for each other, and how he groveled near the end and came up with the sweetest way to say I'm sorry for being a jerk and not realizing how I felt until you were gone. Max Monroe's rom coms are always fun, funny, and sexy, and Sophie & Jude Winslow are the epitome of this. Now I'm anxiously awaiting Flynn's story next.
Flynn cannot take his eyes off the wild-haired beauty at the slot machine in Vegas where he and his brothers are celebrating his brother's last days as an unmarried man. But when she later comes to him with a marriage of convenience proposition, will this stoic man be able to resist his sweet, happy Daisy?
These Winslow brothers just keep getting better with each story. Flynn, damn, I want a Flynn of my own. He's swoony af, hotter than Hades, and so sweet and loving with edge only the truly strong have. He's the perfect match for Daisy, with her sweet, sunshiney personality. I love the fake relationship trope and it's because of romances like this one - when the fake becomes very real with every page that flips, with heart and heat and funny, witty dialogue.
A night out with her sister ends up with a super sexy encounter, one that Rachel never expects to feel repercussions from. But when she finds out which professor she's been assigned TA to...well let's just say that those repercussions are about to come full force at her, in very delicious and fun ways.
Ty loves his bachelor lifestyle. He's a professor, has more than his fair share of women who are charmed by him, and he has a funny, supportive family. Then his new TA turns out to be the gorgeous stranger who left him with her panties and suddenly life's looking even more amazing. Is he developing feelings for Rachel? Is that old fortune teller's prediction going to come true for him too, the way it did for his brothers (The Bet and The Pact)?
Another wonderful Max Monroe rom-com, with an extra helping of steam, a ton of heart, and the Winslow family are even more fun and funnier than ever. I have loved both brothers' stories so far, but I think Rachel and Ty are my favorite couple now. They have so much heartfelt emotion going on, she's fighting the insecurities and pressure laid on her by her well meaning but inadvertently cruel father, and Ty is daring her to have all kinds of naughty fun with him, then pesky feelings start developing. I couldn't get enough as I read along as Ty and Rachel fell in love under the watchful eyes of their families. And now I'm even more excited for Remy's story now, The Redo.
Remy (Remington) has kept his heart closed for business since he was left at the altar years ago. Oh sure, his psychic told him back then he'd find love, but he never believed her even though the things she foresaw for her brothers have all ended up being true. Then he's stuck in an elevator in New York heat with his high school love, Maria. She may be pregnant with her non-bio child, but it doesn't matter to him, he's immediately thrown back to the time they were in love. Those feelings really haven't disappeared, just lay dormant waiting for their reunion. But is he really ready to open his heart back up? Ready to become a father (figure)?
Maria's life since she and Remy broke up has not been easy, but she's made a success of herself. She runs her own business, even with the worst assistant of all time driving her nuts, and now she's pregnant with what was supposed to be a surrogacy situation. Then her first (only) love gets himself stuck in her life again, and suddenly it's as if she's a teen again. Her hormones are awry, Remy's becoming her rock, and life is changing at a pace she can't keep up with. Are she and Remy really doing this again? She can only hope this time their ending won't be the sad one of before. This time, a happy ever after may be in her future.
I have been waiting for the eldest Winslow sibling's story since the very beginning of this series, and damn did it live up to my expectations! It's heartfelt, sweet, and the emotional and physical connection between Maria and Remy is so strong, so intense that it made me long for that time when I first fell in love with my husband. The whole family plus some old friends (Thatch!!) make cameos, and the series comes to a bittersweet end with a great epilogue. I am going to miss these Winslows so much.
The Winslow Brothers 1 Year Later (Originally known as The Redo’s Extended Epilogue)
This extended epilogue has children galore and a glimpse into the future of the brothers. It's fun and joyful and their happiness is beaming from every page.
The Winslow Brothers 5 Years Later (Brand new fun, hilarious, and sexy content!)
This second epilogue takes place even further into the future, has all the brothers plus some of our favorite Max Monroe billionaires. Because Thatch and co are in it, you know there's got to be chaos and snark, in abundance, plus delicious chemistry between all the brothers and their wives. I'm so happy we got these two epilogues, they're a perfect look into the brothers' futures and show they're still happy and in love.
This book had all the Winslows in one book to binge. It was so fun to dive in, but also see the extended epilogue with more fun times. Loved knowing all the Winslow stories now have a home all together in this book! Flynn will always be one of my top 3 book boyfriends!
*An advance reader copy was provided to me in exchange for an honest review.*
Max Monroe is releasing the prequel and the four stories tell the tale of the Winslow Brothers, which also includes two epilogues, as a package. (Get your mind out of the gutter…)This hilarious and steamy series introduces us to Winnie Winslow Lancaster’s (Scoring the Billionaire) brothers… Jude, Flynn, Ty and Remy.
Gotta Have Fate This prequel brings us to the night of Remy’s bachelor party and his brothers thinking that it was a good idea to bring him to a fortune teller. Little did any of them know that that night would change all of their lives…
The Bet This book brought the world of Max Monroe up another steamy notch. And it was all started by a bet. Gorgeous, too-handsome-for-his-own-good, carefree and living his life on his own terms, Jude Winslow bet a dancer at the club his company is helping to promote that he could bring in more money dancing for that night’s bachelorette party than Maverick could. Then Jude met the bride-to-be. He was instantly attracted to her beauty and even though he knew it couldn’t go any further, he pulled out his best moves and made her night magical.
Event Planner Sophie Sage had planned the night’s activities to celebrate her twin sister Belle’s Bachelorette. But she didn’t plan on taking her place as the bride-to-be for the last stop of the evening. And she certainly didn’t think the dancer would make her feel things all the way to her toes. What’s a girl to do? None of the other girls they were with knew about the twin swap, so Sophie had to play along.
What started out as a case of mistaken identity, on both sides, turned into something more. But then when they got too close, it scared Jude off and he ran. Actually, after some harsh words, Sophie kicked him out and told him she never wanted to see him again.
What is it going to take to get Jude to realize he feels the same way that Sophie does? Is he ready to give up his stance on never getting married and being committed to one woman for the rest of his life? Will Sophie even give him another chance or has she written him off completely?
The Pact This book is about Flynn Winslow, the broody silent Winslow Brother. An engineer by trade but makes his money in real estate holdings. The brothers are in Vegas celebrating youngest brother Jude’s upcoming wedding to Sophie. Flynn is staying sober to make sure he doesn't need to bail his brothers out of jail if they get out of hand. While playing blackjack, Flynn spies a woman crossing the casino that catches his eye.
Daisy Diaz is in Vegas for a work function. She works out of the Los Angeles office of EllisGrey Realty (love anytime anyone incorporates something from the amazing storyteller Shonda Rhimes into a story) as their home stager, which is her dream job. Before she’s even made it to her room, Daisy tries her hand at slots, and lady luck is on her side. She’s drawing some attention to herself, especially from the three drunken Winslow Brothers. But it’s the fourth brother, Flynn, with his striking blue eyes, who sparks some fascination.
Their worlds collide when Flynn is letting his brothers sleep off their drunken afternoon, and he decides to head to his Vegas house. Running out the front door of the hotel is Daisy, who throws herself on the back of his bike and tells him to get her out of there. It looks like she’s running away from one of her less-than-charming co-workers, but in truth, she had just found out that her work visa had lapsed, and she was going to be deported back to Canada.
Flynn, ever the problem solver of his family, makes a pact with Daisy that he’ll marry her so she can get her green card. Sounds simple, right? After saying “I do” in front of a Marilyn Monroe impersonator, they go back to their lives ~ his in New York City and hers in Los Angeles. But when Daisy’s filling out the paperwork for immigration, she finds out that they need to prove they’re living together, and they will be interviewed in 3 months.
Daisy gets herself transferred to the EllisGrey New York office and moves in with Flynn. Both of their lives are turned upside down. Daisy keeps telling herself that it’s just for 3 months, then she’ll have her green card, and she can go back to L.A. What she doesn’t want to do is fall for her fake husband. But that’s easier said than done.
The Secret It all started with a Secret Challenge at Orchard, a nightclub that Rachel Rose was dragged to by her sister, Lydia and her sister’s wife, Lou. It said, “Find the hottest guy in the room and make him never forget you.” After spending some time scoping out the scenery, she walks up to a guy surrounded by women, slides her unmentionables into his pocket, and walks away without even introducing herself. Rachel figures that she’ll never see him again, right?
Ty Winslow is the middle child of the Winslow clan. He and his oldest brother, Remy, are the only two left that haven’t found a partner to settle down with. Ty is handsome, charming and loves his family. He’s a tenured Lit Professor at NYU with the chair of his department as a mentor, who’s like a father to him. His classes love him, and so do the ladies.
Rachel’s back in town to start grad school after going to college and living in Los Angeles since she graduated from high school. Rachel and Lydia’s mom died years ago, and they were raised by their dad, who Rachel doesn’t have the greatest relationship with. Between going to class and working part-time at her sister & sister-in-law’s bakery as a thanks for letting her live above it, Rachel’s not thrilled that her father got her a job as a TA for one of his professors.
We all know where this is going… but it’s still a shock to both of them when Rachel walks into Ty’s office and he realizes she’s not only his new TA, but his mentor’s daughter. Which means she’s off limits. Yet when Rachel doesn’t fess up to being that girl from Orchard, who he can’t stop thinking about, the game between the two gets off to a roaring start. As hard as they try to keep it professional, the air is electrified any time they’re in the same room. After a few weeks, they crack and start sneaking around.
I love the way they are with each other. It’s all fun and games until they get caught by her father. I’m not going to say anything more about this story. You have to read it for yourself to see how it all works out. And you do want to know how it ends.
The Redo Remy Winslow was left at the altar 14 years ago and has never looked at relationships the same way since. In the last couple of years, he’s seen all three of his brothers (and his sister, Winnie) fall in love, but Remy still doesn’t trust that love is the right thing for him. He enjoys being Uncle Remy to Winnie’s daughter Lexi and looks forward to more nieces and nephews now that all of his brothers have found their partners.
All that changes one hot and humid summer day when Remy steps into his brother’s elevator to find Maria Baros, his high school sweetheart. They hadn’t seen each other since the summer after Remy graduated from high school, when he broke up with her, thinking it was the right thing to do, and breaking her heart in the process. What happens next is what classic romcoms are made of… there’s a blackout and they are trapped in the elevator together. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that Maria’s just weeks away from giving birth to her late sister and brother-in-law’s baby. Once rescued, Remy gives Maria his number and tells her to call him.
As fate would have it, two days before Maria’s due to give birth, she’s trapped in a different elevator due to another heat-induced blackout. When the gentleman who was trapped in the other elevator/same building manages to get himself out and opens up the door to Maria’s car, it’s Remy. By this point, Maria’s in full blown labor and Remy climbs in to deliver the baby.
From that moment on, Remy constantly inserts himself in Maria and the baby’s life, even though Maria doesn’t want to be a burden to him. Once they find a rhythm, they act like a family, even if they didn’t put a label on it. Will Remy realize that Maria is who he’s been waiting for all these years to really give his heart to? Will Maria take a chance on Remy being there for not just the baby, but for her? Will both of them stop being so stubborn and actually discuss their feelings with each other?
The Winslow Brothers 1 Year Later This epilogue centers around Ty and Rachel’s wedding, which they have so gracefully waited a year for because all of the wives were having babies. The wives decide that their husbands will watch the children as they get ready with the bride. Thankfully older cousin Lexi is there to give them her uncles and stepfather a hand. As usual, hilarity ensues with these many kids under the age of 4 (not counting Lexi).
The Winslow Brothers 5 Years Later This epilogue takes place five years later and once again drops us back into each of the brothers’ lives on their way to a night out at Thatcher Kelly’s place for one of his infamous poker nights. Which also includes sightings of Wes Lancaster and Kline Brooks. And as Thatch is known to do, he brings something to the table to make the night more interesting. On this night, he invites the same fortune teller from all those years ago. And the news she brings is not something that anyone of them could have seen happening… which leads us to the Dickson University series starring the second generation of these families.
This is a great box set where one can get all of the Winslow stories in one place!
In The Bet was one hot read and Jude Winslow was an even hotter man! This stand alone start to another rom com series for this writing duo was one great read.
Jude Winslow is the fun time guy who is not afraid to take a bet that he knows that he can win. He is a sworn bachelor with no desire to find his one and only and his world changes after he makes a ridiculous bet with one of his friends.
Sophie Sage is an event planner who when hosting her identical twin's bachelorette party has a chance encounter with Jude where the chemistry is off the charts. She is looking for Mr. Right to build a future with and never thought that she would have chemistry with Mr. Right Now.
After a chance encounter after their first meeting, this pair with off the charts chemistry start what they thought would be a good time only relationship only to have feelings enter the mix after a short amount of time. Will this pair find their HEA? One has to read and find out but not before encountering the fun interactions of all of the Winslow siblings.
In The Pact, I wondered where to start with my love for Flynn Winslow?? I have no clue but my love for Flynn is big and that is before we discuss the rest of his crazy family and Daisy.
Flynn Winslow is the strong, silent, responsible brother and quite a mystery to his siblings. He spies Daisy from across the casino floor where he is celebrating his brother Jude's bachelor party. He feels drawn to her but dismisses it to continue babysitting his brothers to only later have a chance encounter with her outside the casino. He becomes her white knight and takes her for a ride on his motorcycle for her to clear her thoughts and come clean with her problems to then really become her white knight when he enters a marriage pact with her.
Daisy Diaz is a one of a kind woman. She is a beautiful, anxious woman that has a tendency to word vomit when nervous. While on a trip for work, she discovers that she has accidentally let her work visa expire and needs to find a solution or face deportation - enter Flynn. While having an epic meltdown she rides off with Flynn and after coming clean about her predicament, enters a marriage pact with him.
Have a pact with a total stranger, what can happen even if the pair are total opposites?? This pair have amazing chemistry together and the more time that they spend together, the more the feelings grow - add in Flynn's family along with their antics and Daisy has a hard time since she has always dreamt of having a family like his. As time ticks by, this pair needs to come to terms with their feelings and their future.
This book had me hook from the start. It can be read as a standalone but would be better if one read the first book of the series so that the brother/family dynamic can be understood. In typical Max Monroe fashion, this was a laugh out loud funny at times read. Between the antics of Flynn's brothers and the word vomit that comes from Daisy, I didn't know what to expect from this book. Their story had me drawn in and was hard to put down once I started reading it.
With The Secret I thought that Flynn Winslow was still my favorite Winslow brother - at least for now but Ty Winslow is definitely a close second for me. In this third installment in the Winslow Brothers series, we finally get to the bottom of Ty's fortune teller prediction.
Ty Winslow professor by day and commitment phobe the rest of the time. He encounters a woman that he cannot forget at a party thrown by his brother to only have her turn out to be his new TA. In what starts out as a shock that turned into a game, Ty gets more than he was bargaining for in this awesome read.
Rachel Rose has returned home for graduate school after being away for a number of years. She attends a party with her sister and has an encounter with a handsome stranger to only have the shock of him being not only a past men-tee of her father's but also her new boss. As Rachel struggles with her relationship with her overbearing father, she figures out that she has feelings for Ty.
This was a great read that I enjoyed from start to finish. In typical Max Monroe fashion, the pair have created not only a funny read that has the return of all of the characters from the previous series but also one hot read as the chemistry between this pair was off the charts. Flynn Winslow may still be my favorite Winslow brother, Ty and his swoonyness is definitely as close second for me with this clan but will it remain that way once we get the last installment of this series with Remy's book?
I have been waiting for this book and for Remy to get his HEA but I am sad that this is the end of the Winslow series. The only thing that made my sadness ebb was the appearance of Thatch throughout this book.
Remy, left at the alter years before had decided that he would be a forever bachelor until fate stepped in and he had a chance encounter with someone from his past whom he had strong feelings for.
Enter Maria. She was the once high school girlfriend of Remy who also had strong feelings for him. Rattled by the grief she was feelings for the loss of sister and brother in law while also being the carrier for their child and juggling a successful real estate business. One chance run in with Remy turns into two and their lives change afterwards.
In typical Max Monroe fashion the feelings and laughs are strong in this book and that is before we discuss the appearance of Thatch and the rest of the Winslow clan. I loved watching Remy be the care taker of Maria and Izzy while being cared for himself for a change. This pair were perfect for each other and that is before we even get into their chemistry together.
With all of the books in this box set one gets all of the stories in one place along with the reappearance of the Winslow characters with the bonus of the characters from the Billionaires as well. I also enjoyed the catch up at the end and the lead in to the Dickson University series.
All the Winslow Brothers in one book??? Sign me up! This is a great collection of 4 books about the 4 Winslow brothers. They take you on different emotional journies that end with heartfelt, feel-good HEAs. You can't help but fall in love with these brothers. They are unique in their own way and bring something different to the table but one thing they all have in common, is that they are all swoony, sexy, and amazing! Even if they aren't perfect, they're pretty close to it. You'll also get a treat with the bonus content. It was the icing on the proverbial cake! The piece de resistance! I loved revisiting these swoony romances. This collection is a must-read! Each book is a standalone within a series. They all end with a HEA. You need this book and these characters in your life! You'll never be the same.
What you'll get is a collection of Max Monroe's bestselling series that contains the following: Gotta Have Fate (Prequel Novella) The Bet The Pact The Secret The Redo The Winslow Brothers 1 Year Later (Aka the The Redo Extended Epilogue) AND The Winslow Brothers 5 Years Later (Brand new Bonus Content)
THE BET: Max Monroe turns up the heat in this sexy, steamy, swoony, and charming rom-com where opposites attract.
Jude Winslow is a very successful club promoter. He is a perpetual bachelor and proud of it.
Sophie Sage is an event and wedding planner who dreams of a happily ever after. She hasn't had success in relationships but that doesn't stop her from wanting her HEA.
Jude and Sophie meet in unusual yet hilarious circumstances where they are both pretending to be someone they're not. One night of throwing caution to the wind turns into a casual fling. As the fling continues, will Jude and Sophie be able to keep it casual, or will feelings get involved?
This is yet another hit by these talented authors. They never fail to entertain yet manage to tug on the heartstrings. The steam is ratcheted up several degrees compared to their usual rom-coms. The characters are wonderful and entertaining. You can't help but fall in love them. We get to see characters from previous billionaire rom-coms and their families, and it is wonderful to catch up with them. I love, love, love the Winslow brothers! The chemistry between Jude and Sophie is sizzling but there are definitely some bumps on their road to happiness, but the bumps are worth the ride. I am hoping to see more of these Winslow brothers in future books. I highly recommend reading this book!
THE PACT: The Winslow Brothers are back and better than ever! Flynn has just soared to the top as my favorite Winslow Brother. This fake relationship/opposites-attract romantic comedy is another hit by the dynamic duo, Max Monroe!
Flynn has always been the mysterious, silent type and I was dying to get a glimpse of what made him tick. Well, let me tell you, he was everything and more. He's sweet, kind, patient, sexy, and swoon-worthy. He's a dirty talker too. I couldn't get enough of him. Flynn has always been the mature, responsible brother. All of that changes the night he sees a beautiful girl playing the slot machines looking like she hasn't a care in the world. A day later, said girl unexpectedly hops on the back of his bike and flips his world upside down. Flynn's carefully crafted world will never be the same.
I loved Daisy! She is a smart, talented, quirky, and sassy woman. She is originally from Canada and recently landed her dream job staging homes for a prestigious real estate firm. Something unexpected happens that could cost her everything she's worked so hard for. Could the sexy stranger be her knight in shining armor?
This was sweet, sexy, hilarious, and heartfelt, and I could not put it down. The characters are great and I am totally addicted to them. l love the Winslow's family dynamic. They're a tight-knit family and support each other. I am already excited for the next Winslow brother's book, but I won't spoil that for you by saying who it is. This was a great read and I recommend checking it out.
THE SECRET: The Secret checks all of my rom-com boxes! Another Winslow brother bites the dust in this super sexy, lol, hilarious romance with a forbidden aspect, witty banter, and sexual tension that is off the charts. What more could you ask for except a sinfully sexy English professor and his smart, beautiful, curvy teacher's assistant who has lots of sass and a quick wit. I loved it and I love the Winslow family! I have been waiting for Ty's story and does not disappoint. I can't wait for Remy's story! If you love a steaming hot, sexy, hilarious rom-com with a touch of emotion, you need The Secret! You won't be disappointed.
THE REDO: This is Remy Winslow's story. I love the Winslow brothers! I've been dying for Remy's story and it did not disappoint. It is a sweet, sexy, and emotional second-chance romance with touching moments, sexy times, laughs, and heartfelt emotions.
Remy is a sexy, single, loving, caring guy but he is commitment phobic due to a failed engagement. He's been fine living the bachelor life, surrounded by his loving family, but a blast from his past shakes his foundation and beliefs that he's okay being the eternal bachelor. Maria may be just what he needs to make him believe in love again. Will Remy grab that second chance at happiness, or will he allow the past to control his future and let it all slip through his hands?
This is a second-chance romance that will tug on your heartstrings. I love these characters and am sad to see the last Winslow brother get snatched up but it was a great ending. There was low angst and drama. It was really sweet. Remy is such a sweet guy but balances the sweet with a whole lotta sexy! This had a great plot and I loved the family feeling of the story. The Winslows are one unforgettable cast of characters. This is a must-read story. It is a standalone with appearances from characters from previous books in the series.
Sexy and hilarious series about 4 brothers and how they get their HEA. This collection not only has the four main books, but also a prelude and some bonus epilogues. Below are my reviews for the 4 features novels that are included.
The Bet: Sexy sexy sexy. Oh, and yeah, laughs... but sexy sexy sexy. This book is probably one of the most sexual charged books by this writing duo. I mean, it does start out with a little exotic dancing. She is obsessed with getting married and getting the white picket fence, unfortunately for her, she's having troubles finding Mr. Right and she's not going to settle for Mr. Right Now. He vowed to never fall for the old love thing and doesn't intend to ever marry. He's in it for the fun. And she finally decides to allow herself to just have a little fun for awhile and forget about that dream. But you all know how that goes. Those pesky feelings get involved. This book is most definitely meant for mature readers, as the two find new and exciting places to do the deed. ;) It reads easily. It is a fun book in addition to all the heat. We get to see a few familiar faces if you are familiar with the Billionaire Bad Boy series, as this new series features Wes Lancaster's (Scoring the Billionaire) wife Winnie's, brothers. And yes ladies... even Thatch makes an appearance. Have no fear, if you are a newbie, you can read this without knowing a single thing about them. It alternates between POVs. Its hard to put down. Get ready for a wild ride!
The Pact: Despite what you may know about this writing duo or what the blurb says, this book has so much sweetness to it. Yes, it has all the humor and yes, it has the sexiness (including all the dirty talking,) but the Hero is such a good guy that his actions are all swoony and sweet. He's the strong quiet kind of guy. Not introverted or anything like that. He's just a man of few words, but when he does speak, it usually packs a punch. He is also the kind of guy who using actions to show he cares, not just words. The Heroine is quite the character herself, in a totally different way. She just can't seem to shut up! lol Word vomits constantly. She got herself into a pickle and he, being the kind of guy he is, stepped in to help. Of course there was an instant attraction, he has no desire to get married and settle down. She would like to get married and get that white picket fence, but she will settle for him in this dire circumstance. Lots of humor and sexiness as I mentioned. Fun characters (including the brothers whom we met in The Bet and will get to know more in the next couple of books featuring the Winslow brothers.) It reads easily. Its well written. Alternating POVs. Mostly suitable for mature readers.
The Secret: Before you go any farther... this book is quite sexual, so if too much sex in books turns you off, you'll probably want to avoid this one... though unless you are new to Max Monroe you should already know this. Ok, no back to the review..... What started as a game, a challenge, turns into so much more. This is a forbidden, age gap, sexy and humorous romance. Of all the Winslow boys, Ty is the biggest playboy. He has no intention of falling in love. He's happy with his life as it is.... but then one short interaction with a mystery woman and she's all he can think about. She is his mentor/bosses daughter, though he didn't know that at the time. She is sorta the female version of him. She's not necessarily promiscuous, but she isn't looking to settle down. Both are intelligent, strong, confident beings. She's just a little lost as far as what her future holds. There isn't much drama between the two of them, but there is some between her and her father. And while there is that one big break up scene, it's not because of anything wrong between the two of them... it's more due to her inner turmoil. It alternates between POVs. As I mentioned, there is lots of sexual content, suitable for mature readers. It reads easily and quickly. You'll laugh and you'll cry. Enjoy! :D
The Redo: The final Winslow brother finally finds his forever. He's the oldest of the boys and having grown up without their father, he took over that role. All that caretaking he's done for his brothers rolls over into another relationship when he reconnects with an old flame under some very unusual circumstances. His character is very swoony. Not just in his physical attributes but how he acts with this woman and her baby, and his niece as well. Very much the kind of guy most women would want to call their own. Her character is strong, though she doesn't feel it. Her world is chaos and she feels like she's spiraling out of control due to circumstances beyond her control. Of course this is a Max Monroe book, so there is plenty of humor and a little down and dirty business. *Wink Wink* While I wouldn't necessarily call this a slow burn, there was a little time before they got to that point. (Though this is a second chance romance, so they both had been together before, many many years ago, and there is some flashback moments when they remember that time in their life.) Their fall out back then, wasn't due to anything one of them did. It wasn't a bad break-up per se, though they both hurt because of the break-up. Thus there is no grand gesture, but he does do a lot to make up for it. While this can be read as a stand alone, I would highly suggest reading this series in order, or there may be spoilers, if you plan on reading the previous books at a later time. At the end of the book, there is an opportunity to get an extended epilogue, which I would take advantage of if I were you. It has a nice little ending for the whole clan to really finalize the series. :) It alternates between POVs and due to the sexual content, this book is probably more suited for mature readers. So what are you waiting for? Get your reading on!
This is a spin-off from The Billionaire Bad Boys series which focuses on Winnie’s brothers. You would definitely need to read Winnie and Wes’ story, especially Red, White & You, to get a better background on her crazy brothers: Jude, Remy, Ty and Flynn.
This book focuses on Jude; who was told by a fortune-teller who said “a bet was going to change his life.”
I want to say this book was a slow burn, but I’m not sure this classified as one since 80% of the book is them just hooking up. The last 20% is actually spent on feelings and relationship issues which felt rushed to me.
Sophie and Jude meet at her sister’s bachelorette party and after an identity clear up things go from 0 to 100 instantly. However, like I said before it was nothing but hooking up between these two, I mean Jude didn’t spend the night with her once they finished.
Also, I’m not a fan of instant forgiveness so that did ruin it a bit for me. I mean Jude was the King of mixed signals to both himself and Sophie, then one nice gesture and everything was great; sweet but too easy for my taste.
It seems Flynn the quiet biker brother is next, can’t wait to see what lies ahead for him.
The Pact - 4/4.5 stars
This is a spin-off from The Billionaire Bad Boys series which focuses on Winnie’s brothers; this is Flynn and Daisy’s story.
You know it’s going to be good when you have a Vegas bachelor party.
I think this is my favorite Winslow brother book so far because Flynn was totally swoon-worthy. Daisy is like pure anxiety chaos and Flynn is cool as cucumber, so basically they complete each other.
I don’t want to give too much away because their crazy journey was just so sweet and majorly steamy ;) But they started in Vegas for a wild night and ended up in NY with crazy plan/idea courtesy of the calm Flynn.
I honestly didn’t want this book to end, Flynn is kind of the perfect guy for me; he knew exactly when Daisy’s anxiety was reaching critical limits and had some very inspiring ideas on how to “help” her. However, my favorite had to be then fall in love unintentionally yet not truly fighting it all.
I see that Ty is next and I can’t wait to see what lies ahead for the serial dater. I mean come on it was a hilarious situation at Daisy’s first dinner when they assumed Daisy was Ty’s date because of his dating ways.
The Secret - 3 stars
This is Ty's story.
Well the first time Ty and Rachel meet they definitely have an interesting interaction especially when Rachel hands him a piece of clothing to remember her by. Unfortunately for Rachel, her moment of crazy antics doesn't quite end the way she hoped when she finds out quickly that she will be working for Ty as his TA. Now our couple are stuck in an odd situation since they have to remain professional, but their chemistry is off the charts.
I wanted to love this book, but honestly Rachel was not my favorite character. She is 26 years old and has accomplished quite a lot and doesn’t not agree with her father’s plan ps for her, but does she have a real conversation with him about it? No, she just disagrees with his demands and complains to her sister; Rachel is an independent woman who has an idea of what she wants, but she’d rather rebel against her father like a teenager then fix the issue. Also, her response to the big revelation scene between her father, Ty and Rachel was disappointing, what mature person runs away to a place where they have no friends and no place to stay? I just couldn’t connect with Rachel and her decisions.
I did love Ty and his progress from playboy to devoted “boyfriend” without him even realizing it.
Remy is next and can’t wait to learn about him and Maria.
The Redo - 3.75/4 stars
This is Remy’s book and the last book of the Winslow Brothers series.
If you read the other books in this series, you know that Remy was left at the altar a few years ago and understandably that changed him. Maria and Remy were former high school sweethearts who hadn’t seen each other in quite some time, but that separation didn’t do anything o their chemistry. Remy and Maria getting together again was the easy part, but them building relationship was a bit more difficult than they anticipated.
Maria and Remy haven’t spoken 26 years when they are trapped in an elevator during a blackout. This book has a few reveals so I will try to be vague as possible. Maria hasn’t had the easiest life and her current pregnancy is a complicated situation, but Remy was invested from the moment they reconnected. While Remy was all in, even though he wolf deny it, Maria was more cautious because of the loss she has had in her life as well as the past that they shared.
This book is quite long and it does have a bit of a slow build and they don’t have a chemistry “connection” until about 50% into the book. There is a big misunderstanding which honestly was warranted and I was surprised that it took them so long to address the situation.
However, the ending was a bit far fetched, I mean it could happen, but it was a bit nuts.
The extended epilogue was nice touch to the ending of the series.
This collection contains the 4 hilarious and adorable Winslow Brothers books plus 2 Epilogues - one of which is BRAND NEW: 5 years later! Which was super adorable and hilarious and it will make new readers want to read the Dickson University Series asap (Billionaire and Winslow 2nd generation!) Learning Curve BUT - if you haven't read any Max Monroe books yet - start with the very first Billionaire book! Tapping the Billionaire You won't regret it. Especially since THATCH is in almost all of them! LOL!

The Bet: I was so excited when I learnt l that the Winslow brothers were going to get their own books. The Bet is one of my favourite reads of 2021 and I cannot express in words just how amazing this writing duo is. I fell hard and fast for Jude Winslow and the woman who brought him to his knees, Sophie.
After his brother Remy was left at the altar, all the Winslow brothers including Jude, swore of marriage, determined never to get hurt. However Jude didn’t count on the impact meeting Sophie had on his life. These two are so different but together they are a dynamic pairing. Jude is totally swoon worthy and almost as outrageous as Thatcher Kelly and I loved how feisty, sassy and determined Sophie is to make it with or without a man by her side.
This was a laugh out loud hilarious read that had me receiving many funny looks from my husband. It was also emotional as Sophie has issues she has struggled with and I appreciated how these were handled.
The chemistry between Jude and Sophie sizzles and all the characters are so easy to like and relate to that you cannot help but fall for them.
The Pact: I couldn’t wait to dive in to The Pact which is Flynn and Daisy’s story. What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, or does it? In Vegas with his brother’s to celebrate Jude’s Bachelor weekend, Flynn is the only sober brother so imagine his shock and surprise when he finds himself sober and getting married to Daisy in a Vegas chapel.
I fell hard and fast for Flynn Winslow. Flynn and Daisy have chemistry that sizzles despite being total opposites. I think that’s why they make such a great couple. It's just supposed to be fake but what happens when feelings become involved? The journey Flynn and Daisy embark on was entertaining and steamy and was one I didn't want to end.
The Secret: This is Ty Winslow and Rachel Rose’s story and what a fantastic story it was. Rose is the to be Ty’s teaching assistant but she is mortified when she realizes he is the man she gave her underwear to on a dare.
What an interesting meet cute that one is. Ty is a playboy professor, not one to commit or settle down. However Rachel Rose may just be the woman to change him.
I fell hard and fast for Ty and Rachel and the chemistry that sizzles between them is scorching. Catching up with other members of the Winslow family also added an extra layer to the story, I love the relationship that they share.
The Redo: I really didn’t want to start The Redo because I knew once I finished it, that was it, no more Winslow Brothers. However once I started I couldn’t put it down, I simply had to see what was going to happen next.
From the first chapter I was hooked on Remington (Remy) Winslow’s story. I knew that the woman who would bring him to his knees would need to be special and Maria Baros certainly is.
This book was everything I was expecting and so much more. I fell hard and fast for Remy and Maria from their witty meet cute (with complications) and it only increased as the story progressed.
From the moment they meet again the chemistry and sparks flew and The Redo was full of fun, with plenty of steam, heart, romance, steam and witty banter. I spent a great deal of the time laughing out loud and swooning. It was wonderful to watch their relationship re develop and I found myself smiling continuously.
The addition of the update on what’s been happening with our couples was the perfect ending.
I was excited when I heard we were getting a boxset with 2 new stories/epilogues from the Winslow Brothers. I loved revisiting this family and this boxset ticked all my boxes. The characters are easy to become invested with, their stories are believable but it’s the camaraderie and loyalty this family share that make this boxset entertaining and funny.
The Bet: Oh my what a wonderful, entertaining read ….. Who would have thought we would ever meet a man to take over from my favourite man Thatch Kelly well this wonderful writing duo has given me a new man to swoon over and he goes by the name of Jude Winslow. I fell hard and fast for this man, he stole a big piece of my heart and I’m not sure I will ever get it back and I adored the woman who in turn brought him to his knees, Sophie. Jude is very open about not looking for love or a relationship, sworn of marriage because his older brother was left at the alter, he is only looking for fun well that was until Sophie came crashing into his life….
The Pact: This is Flynn and Daisy’s story and it’s book 2 in the Winslow Brothers Series and all I’m going to say is, this story was everything I expected and so much more. We all know what happens in Vegas should stay in Vegas, well unless you end up married. Flynn is in Vegas for his brother Jude’s bachelor weekend and he certainly wasn’t meant to end up as the first Winslow brother to tie the knot so how did he end up sober and married to Daisy……
The Secret: This is Professor Ty Winslow and his TA Rachel Rose on their entertaining, fun journey. Rose is looking forward to being Ty’s teaching assistant until she realises he is the hot stranger she gave her panties to on a dare a few nights ago. But like all Winslow men Ty takes it all in his stride and starts up some witty, teasing banter with his new TA, what he doesn’t expect is for her to give as good as she gets, let the fun and games begin……
The Redo: This is the final book in the Winslow Brothers Series and what a book to finish with !!!! I was sad to see this series come to an end but I was so happy to finally get the man who has dodged love since being left at the alter. This is Remington (Remi) Winslow’s story and it’s the the book I have been waiting for since book one, it was every expected and so much more. We knew it would take a very special lady to win Remy’s heart so could his Highschool sweetheart, Maria Baros be the one….
💫 “Watch out for those Winslow brothers. They’re nothing but trouble.”💫
I was lucky enough to receive as an ARC 🥰
Max Monroe delivers a swoon-worthy, laugh-out-loud romance collection featuring four larger-than-life brothers, each with their own unforgettable love story. The Winslow Brothers Collection is a binge-worthy, heartwarming ride packed with swoon, spice, and the perfect blend of humour and emotion.
At the heart of the series is a fun twist—what starts as a joke visit to a fortune teller quickly turns into fate dealing its hand, setting the Winslow brothers on their paths to love. Each book offers a unique romance trope, ensuring there’s something for every kind of romance reader: 📖 The Bet (Jude’s Story) – A sizzling opposites attract romance featuring a carefree, wealthy playboy and a woman who’s all about finding a forever kind of love. The chemistry? Off the charts. The banter? Absolutely addictive. 📖 The Pact (Flynn’s Story) – A marriage pact turned fake relationship with forced proximity and a delicious grumpy/sunshine dynamic. This one had me giggling and swooning in equal measure. 📖 The Secret (Ty’s Story) – A forbidden professor-student romance that is full of tension, secrecy, and undeniable passion. The stakes are high, and the payoff? So worth it. 📖 The Redo (Remy’s Story) – A second-chance romance with forced proximity and a slow burn that will have you clutching your heart. Remy’s story is deeply emotional, but it delivers all the swoony, feel-good moments.
And if that wasn’t enough, the collection includes The Winslow Brothers 1 Year Later and a brand-new 5 Years Later epilogue, giving fans an extra glimpse into their happily-ever-afters.
Max Monroe’s signature humour and swoon-worthy storytelling shine through in this collection. Each Winslow brother brings something different to the table, making this series impossible to put down. Whether you love a flirty, playful romance or a deeply emotional slow burn, you’ll find a favourite here.
I read this series before I started writing my thoughts down, but just did a little refresh for the Winslow Brothers collection that's releasing.
Jude and Sophie meet in Vegas, but pretending to be someone they aren't and while Jude is pretending to be a stripper (see title). What starts as something casual becomes anything but. They're timeline is a little quick, but still can be fun if you go with it. Full of Max Monroe smut and naughty scout badges.
The Pact is a run at marriage of convenience. Daisy has visa problems due to some missed paperwork. Enter Flynn, a knight in shining armor riding a motorcycle. It's all just supposed to help her keep her dream job, but that happens when it becomes real? 👀 Guaranteed Max Monroe spice and a down bad man.
The Secret - This one is a secret professor-TA relationship, with a side of mentor's daughter. It's not a huge age gap and he doesn't use his position negatively against her, but it's still not my favorite trope situation; that's just me. You still get Max Monroe humor and spice.
The Redo - This installment probably has the most feelings out of the Winslow Brothers series. After the events of the prequel, Remy has not been looking for love. His life is turned upside down when he bumps into an ex from high school and is promptly stuck in an elevator with her... and she's in labor.
Maria's life has been turned upside down. She was supposed to be a surrogate for her sister and brother in law, but after their tragic passing, she is left in a completely different situation.
Fate has brought these 2 back together. It's a Max Monroe romance: there will be humor, spice, and emotion. Love the cameos from characters in the Billionaire Bad Boys series.
This compilation includes some bonus material set in the future and sets us up for a series that will focus on all the kids born in this book world. I'm excited to see where things go!
Thank you to the authors and Hambright PR for the free ebook. These opinions are my own.
This is a collection of the prequel, all four Winslow brother books, and extended epilogues all packaged together. I was so thrilled to receive it because I had already read and enjoyed The Bet and The Pact. This allowed me to go back to Gotta Have Fate and then read The Secret and The Redo. I think this collection is the way to go because I had read so many references to the prequel, but it helped a bunch to actually read and experience it. I think that's especially essential before reading The Redo.
The Bet and The Pact I just skimmed these two to catch back up on what I had read previously. I absolutely loved Jude. Sophie is such a sweetie. And wow, the steamy times are somehow both great and hilarious. And the badges... so fun. Flynn is one of my favorite brothers. And his marriage of convenience with Daisy is great.
The Secret Professor storylines can be hit-or-miss for me, and this was definitely a hit. Rachel is Ty's graduate student teaching assistant, and her father both runs the department and mentored Ty. It's all kinds of forbidden and an age gap, but in a way that totally worked for consent. I loved seeing them try to brush off their chemistry and then watch it explode.
The Redo This is my favorite of the whole series, both because I absolutely adore Remy and because the story is magical. I love elevator meet cutes, second chance romances, single parent romances, and everything else about this. This whole series I have been waiting for Remy's chance for his own love and not just being the perfect older brother who shows up for this family. And this capped it so well.
The whole series plays with questions of fate and really emphasizes the importance of family. I loved seeing all their family dinners and wanted to keep joining them each time. That made me especially thrilled to read the extended epilogues.
Thank you to @authormaxmonroe and @hambright_pr for the free e-book in exchange for an honest review. I finished reading Gotta Have Fate which is Remy’s prequel novella and am almost done with Jude’s story. I didn’t have a favorite brother before starting this book, which is a collection of Winslow Brother stories featuring Remy, Jude, Ty, and Flynn. Remy is the oldest and is the caretaker/protector. When his father abandoned the family, he told Remy he was “the man of the house” now. Since then, he helped his mom raise the rambunctious crew. He is everything you would think of an older brother to be. He wants everyone to do and be their best, he makes good choices and is devoted to his family, career, and his love. All he wants is to get married to Charlotte and continue living their lives in New York. That’s where he was born and raised and that’s where his family all live. So, when his brother’s take him out for his bachelor party, it is every bit chaotic and a little frightening, but it also stirs up a lot of anxiety when they have their fortunes read. After that Remy is uncomfortable and can’t relax until he’s back home with Charlotte. I was not expecting to cry, but I did. You have to read for yourself how the story unfolds, but Remy’s story is life-changing for him. Remy’s story will keep you reading and is a great opener to the collection and is a roller coaster of emotions. You will laugh with the brothers and their antics and cry when Remy faces one of the worst days of his life.
Max Monroe knows how to tell amazing stories whether it's a 400-page book or a novella. I knew a little bit about the brother’s before, but this collection will give you a new appreciation for these guys and their love lives. I can’t wait to continue reading about Jude. He is the fun-loving brother that is always up for a good time.
“Watch out for those Winslow brothers. They’re nothing but trouble.” That’s what everyone used to say when Remy, Flynn, Ty, and Jude were kids. But now that those wild boys are all grown up, it’s time for the four, larger-than-life men to settle down—and find love. If only it were that easy. Going to a fortune-teller was supposed to be a joke. Something to laugh about later. Instead, fate dealt her first hand. Four life-changing fortunes. Four charming and sexy brothers. Four different paths to love
😊What i liked -
✔ Opposites Attract/Fake Dating/Forbidden/Grumpy-Sunshine/Forced Proximity. ✔ I am in love with all four of them. Remy is the responsible one yet a hoot, Flynn is the sober one yet naughty and Ty and Jude are the jokers yet sweethearts. ✔ I loved all their stories but the cherry on top of the tallest cake was Remy's story. Oh lord, that elevator saw some action. ✔ All the side characters were a hoot, especially Lexi. Oh god I love her. I absolutely loved Remy and Lexi's bond. ✔ I have laughed so much in this book that I had tears in my eyes. Mama Winslow going on the apps was equal part awww and funny. The kiddo's reaction was the funny part. ✔ The group chats and poker nights kept me entertained. ✔ This book was an absolute treat.
🤔What could have been better-
✔ Ahhh nothing.

Thank you, Max Monroe and Hambright PR, for a copy.
What's better than four handsome, fun, hilarious, billionaire brothers and one great fortune teller? Well having them all in one place of course! This is amazing and the bonus content, which holds some fun secrets, is so good. You start off with Gotta Have Fate where you will meet our fated family. The Bet which is Jude's story is book one he is the brother who never turns down well as the title says a bet. He's arrogant but in a OMG you're a dork way. And his confidence at times is silly making it hard not to like him. The Pact is next bringing us broody second oldest brother Flynn. He's the observer, the thinker, generally not impulsive. Until he is and gives a stranger a ride on his motorcycle, then marries her and the hilarity just keeps going. It might be my favorite of the series. The Secret because who doesn't love a good sexy professor story. Ty second to youngest has that covered. Except the student she is more than off limits she really could destroy everything for him. Last but definitely the best big brother The Redo Remy's story. It's like coming full circle, but so much better because now he's where he should have been all along. The laughter and fun in every story has me rereading them and now that they're all in one place I'm even more excited. I have voluntarily left this review.
The Bet This book is nothing like what you're used to read from Max Monroe. The level of hotness and spiciness in this book surpasses the laugh out loud moments by A LOT.
The Pact They always say you need to watch out for the quiet ones, and this story is living proof of it. Who would have thought this calm and collected man could do the things he did on this book?! Holy Moses! And I must say, it's been a while I've read a book where I LOVED the female character as much as I loved Daisy. And the way they both complimented each other, him being the sound and collected voice to her rambling, hyper and hysterical personality, it's amazing!
The Secret Forbidden romance between a professor and his TA. More than anything, it's a sexy ride and what I enjoy most about these authors is the humor, which was found in the interactions with the other Winslow brothers but wasn't much.
The Redo The long awaited story about the oldest Winslow brother is finally here! What a great way to portray this story about second chances for someone who could have thought had no chance at all. Humor is always embedded and guaranteed when the Winslow bothers and Thatch are also included, and I really love those interactions in every book.
If you haven’t met the Winslow brothers yet, now’s the perfect time! This collection is packed with four irresistible brothers, each with their own swoon-worthy (and often chaotic) path to love. A bet that changes everything, a fake marriage with major sparks, a forbidden romance with a professor’s daughter, and a second-chance love story—all wrapped up with plenty of family banter, hilarious moments, and enough heat to keep things interesting. Max Monroe knows how to deliver the perfect mix of humor, heart, and steam, and the Winslows bring it all. Each book gives us a different kind of romance, from grumpy/sunshine to forced proximity to a slow-burn that’ll have you hooked. And just when you think you’re done? There’s bonus content with glimpses into their happily-ever-afters, making this set even better. Plus, let’s be real—once you attend a Winslow family dinner, you won’t want to leave. Between the brothers' antics, their amazing heroines, and the absolute scene-stealer that is their niece Lexi, this series will have you laughing, swooning, and maybe even getting a little emotional. If you love fun, flirty, and feel-good romance with characters you won’t forget, grab this collection and dive in. It’s one you’ll want to reread again and again!
I spent a whole week devouring every single story in The Winslow Brothers which holds every book in the series, and yes that’s 4.5 books of romantic goodness!! And in these stories there a romance and tropes to tickle everyone’s fancy. -Gotta have Fate follow the 4 Winslow Boys on the night of Remy’s bachelor party. We hear everyone’s fortunes from Cleo and see the heartbreak. -The Bet follows Jude and Sophie. This is a great book with a spicy hookup, a playboy living his best life and woman looking the one. So yes an opposites attract but it the most steamy way! -The Pack follows Flynn and Daisy. This was my favorite because there’s just something so hot about a quiet dirty talking man!! We have fake relationship, marriage of convenience, forced proximity and grumpy/sunshine. -The Secret follows Ty and Rachel. Ty has a crazy revolving door of women and Rachel is the wild one of her family. This is a hot forbidden professor/teaching assistant romance with lots of delicious spice. -The Redo follows Remy and Maria. This is a second chance romance(high school sweethearts) with forced proximity and a delectable slow burn. Trust me with worth the wait, I was a puddle. Don’t forget the bonus epilogues for 1 year and 5 years later!
I enjoyed the series and absolutely loved Flynn and Daisy's story. It was wonderful to see Flynn transform from a rather stoic, mostly silent man to one who freely expressed his love. And Daisy was a joy as she seemed to bumble through life.
The reason the series didn't get 5 stars is because I absolutely couldn't stand Rachel. She was a self-centered brat who acted more like 16 than 26. And the fact that her problem with her father seemed to get resolved in a single conversation highlighted the fact that if she'd acted like an adult instead of as a rebellious teen, she might never have had a problem in the first place. I kept thinking that Ty could do so much better than her. And the fact that she stole her sister's cat and thought that giving her another one made it all right just added to my disdain for her.
Also, in Jude & Sophie's story and especially in Ty & Rachel's, I would have liked to have seen more character growth and fewer sexcapades. After a while I skimmed over the sex scenes. I like a good build-up to their physical intimacy, but after that there should be a good reason for going into minute detail on more of them. As I said, I would have much preferred seeing more of how the characters mature as a result of their relationships. Heaven knows, Rachel really needed it.
Ladies ladies ladies! The Winslow brothers are officially spoken for by..... us readers! Holy shit! The banter, the story. The burn, the spice man it was spicing! Thank you for the opportunity to binge read and review this for you and hambrightpr!
My newest favorite thing is having all the books in one collection!
The added books ahhhh screaming! 💜💜
