He's not kidding when he says "More or less obvious things". Most of this book is common sense that pretty much everyone knows. Only one or two things could truly be considered a "hack".

A quick read, decently written. If you're coming out of a couch-potato coma and have no idea where to start to move your life forward, this might help. If you're already on a forward path you won't find much that's new or creative in here.

lifehacks: 144 More or Less Obvious Things That Will Make Your Life Easier (Improve Your Productivity Personal Life, Health, Fitness and Bank Account)
This book sounded interesting and I found it to be what I thought. Easier ways to enhance your life in many regards.
Not only health and fitness but work and social lifes. So many of the changes in our life are given in this book. So easy to combine tasks so you have time on your hands.
So much of the information is valuable and always good to refresh your memory by reading about it. Almost like a check list of things to do.
Buried alive i don't think I'll be needing but good info there. Other works by the author are highlighted at the end.

A couple of useful tips with lots of poor research and grammar

There were four useful tips I got out of this book. I found several factual inaccuracies skimming the text, such as yellow paint tricking your body into "making melatonin," which will keep you awake in the afternoon. What? And recommending a mixture of hydrogen peroxide and baking soda to whiten teeth, or alternatively rinsing with 3% peroxide. I think he means 5%.

I wouldn't recommend spending a dime on this book. There are dozens of blogs that can provide the same info with more accurate info and better writing.

Some of the life hacks mentioned here are common sense reminders we most do to get back to basics and just feel better again. Others are just a matter of simplification. Makes me wonder why we tend to complicate our lives beyond the necessary. I enjoyed reading this book. It"s an easy read. Now I just need to do it! Lol.

Very good read and helpful

Most of these I didn't know and I read all this in about an hour and a half. Very nice read and I will keep the ideas in this little book handy! It's sad that it was short, I recommend this. :)

"144 More or Less Obvious Things That Will Make Your Life Easier" - Yup, these were all pretty obvious. It also read like a Pinterest board...so guess I'll be going on Pinterest and saving time to find some life hacks!

I love lifehacks, especially when they come in a list form. The author divides these tips and suggestions by topic, i.e. lifehacks for work, for home, etc. which makes them easier to digest and retain for future use.

My favorte is the final sentence to the guide to "Get out in case you're buried alive": "[...]Make sure to tell your loved ones you want a wooden pine coffin-just in case, you know..."

Some interesting things here.

A little humorous, but quote a few usable ideas. Worth taking a really quick look to see what is here.

Most of the hacks are common, ones that we currently use in our daily lives.
