Essentially a Gurdjieffian-style introduction to the practice of self observation and intentional use of attention. Lays out clearly what it means to be a spiritual being in a human body and the inherent transformational possibilities of that predicament. A book that has received limited readership but should be considered a spiritual classic.

Secrets of the human machine brought to the mainstream. How many will be drawn to read. How many will be able to read. how many will benefit. This book changed my life. Respect.

Wake up and smell the coffee, we are spirit beings living a body. EJ Gold will explain this clearly and how to separate these two from one another clearly. LOVE it.

Didn't like it that much, it started off good, it got boring quickly, the author keeps talking and talking without saying anything of substance, lack of organization and pratical advice
