Lani Lynn Vale is married to the love of her life that she met in high school. She fell in love with him because he was wearing baseball pants. Ten years later they have three perfectly crazy children and a cat named Demon who likes to wake her up at ungodly times in the night. They live in the greatest state in the world, Texas. She writes contemporary and romantic suspense, and has a love for all things romance. You can find Lani in front of her computer writing away in her fictional characters world...that is until her husband and kids demand sustenance in the form of food and drink.
Forced Proximity is the seventh book in the Content Advisory series and is hands down heartbreaking at times but also a wild ride😳
Dru and Apollo “meet” unexpectedly but Apollo soon realises she was the one person who brought light back into his life after he lost his son, at the hospital. Back when it happened though, it felt like a blur to him😢 but now he will do anything for her, even deal with her family. Another story that tears at your heart, but so worth it…loved it🙌
I received an advanced copy and willingly leave my honest review❣️
My, oh my, this was one exhilarating read! From start to finish, Ms. Vale kept me on the edge of my seat through unexpected twists and turns, and a steamy romance that kept gaining in intensity. Like the main couple, I felt battered and bruised emotionally, after seeing everything this couple went through both separately and together. It was a battle to reach the end of this book, leaving me with red eyes and a drippy nose, but it was an immensely satisfying read that brought two broken people together in a hard-fought HEA.
Seeing Apollo throughout the previous books in this series gave just a hint of what pain he was going through. Here readers got to experience it firsthand though and it broke my heart into even smaller pieces. Despite all he's gone through he's a hero with a heart of gold, willing to do anything and everything for Dru. Dru too was someone suffering through life, a likable heroine that I wish had been a bit more fleshed-out. These two apparent opposites were perfectly paired though as they helped each other heal in a very rocky road to HEA.
Eh, I was hoping for more bc I really liked the mmc in the other books, but He was almost unlikable in his own book. I did like the fmc, but the insta-love was without any real chemistry. There were also so many questions ai had?!?! What happened to the baby from the plane crash? Whose house did they seek shelter at/what happened there? Why did the murder/suicide happen, it didn't make much sense to me. There were just so many things not fully fleshed out, and the plot twist were so chaotic. I have my fingers crossed for the next book.
This book is an ADVENTURE! Apollo has been grieving his son, and that grief took him away from his brothers, his support system. And they miss him. So, Webber tells him he's needed at home, and he's feeling the same way. He accomplished what he set out to do in DC...
Dru enters his life unexpectedly & they go through SOME STUFF that brings them close quickly. It's bananas, y'all, in the most awesome, interesting way! I love both of them & their obsession with each other. Apollo, aka Finnian, is such a sweetheart swoon fest when it comes to Dru.
They're spicy, they're fun, they help each other in many different ways. I didn't want to put their story down & I didn't want it to end bc I was enjoying it so much!
I love the Content Advisory Series and the Truth Tellers MC. These characters are so great. I love their banter and their loyalty to each other. Apollo/Finnian is a computer hacker and is really good at it. Some of the things he does for Dru/Drusilla crack me up cause she is so oblivious about it. They both end up in a freak accident and a natural disaster on the same day. They both walk away with minimal injuries. I was excited to get this book/story. Another 5 star read in this series.
I had been waiting eagerly for Apollo's story and Forced Proximity did not disappoint. Their story is packed full of surprises that will have you on the edge of your seat. Dru and Apollo's story is at times quite quirky and will have you laughing out loud as Apollo does what he does best. The connection and chemistry between these two is off the charts and radiates off the page with such an intensity. This story also packs a punch with emotions that touch your heart and soul and will also reduce you to tears. At times I found myself on the edge of my seat with the suspense and drama and unable to put this book down. Apollo and Dru pull you into their world with such ease that you will find it hard to leave and I loved that right to the end little Tavi was still such an important part of them.
When Dru (Drusilla) and Apollo meet on a plane, it's fate. Then the plane goes down and their fates become entwined. She doesn't know it, but he's been fascinated with her before they officially met on that plane. She has a problematic family, he has a family he's grieving and a found family he belongs to. Their issues fit together, they fit together. He has a hole in his heart that will never completely heal, shaped in the form of his son; but Dru's compassion, her willingness to stand by him are going a long way to getting his heart to beat again.
I love it when people's crazy fit perfectly with someone else's crazy. Finnian took one look at Dru and knew she was the one. His particular skillset made it easy to feed his fascination with her, then through even more crazy chain of events, they end up meeting in person and from there it's a short trip to forever. But I said short, not easy, because these two go through more in that short time than most couples go through in many lifetimes. Thank God they had each other - I'm not sure they would have made it through intact without being able to lean on each other. I've read a lot of Lani's writing, though this is the first of this series for me, so I'm well versed in her morally gray, complicated characters, and Apollo is the perfect embodiment of both these things. It's why Dru's his perfect partner. I love this crazy meets and falls for crazy couple who couldn't have been more perfect for each other.

**EDIT** - not sure where people are getting these five star ratings for a romance that's not a romance. And how the heck are readers feeling any emotions for these characters is beyond my emotion level as it was JUST SO MUCH. I felt no attachment to any of the ones who died since we barely knew anything about them. I don't even remember much about Knight at all from the other books and almost feel like he was added in to have a character that was expendable. Glad someone liked the book but I'll keep my rating right where it's at.
Listing off what happened in just this one book - Apollo(Finnian) & Dru
Pre-book happenings for Apollo Lost his mother to a plane crash Lost his son to his mother-in-law (who abused him) when his wife ran off to find herself and didn't tell him what she'd done with their son. What?? Found his son (another book) but then lost him to death when a senator's son(not sure about the exact elitist position of the father) wrecked his car at excessive speed and killed him and his MC brothers' old lady.
Stalking (her & her sister both since the first time we meet Dru, she' stalking her sister's fiancee) Plane Crash - her and him are the only adult survivors- Neither injured except for a impalement on Finnians' leg that she removed and it was never seen by a doctor. Tornado during the Plane Crash - Not sure of the statistics here but I have to think it's like one in a billion at least Another Tornado/severe storm causing them to look for a safe place to hide from it immediately following the plane crash/tornado Rescue of a baby - the only other survivor but that can't be the end of the situation, of course. The mom and the baby were headed to Sam (Free) to get away from the abusive dad. MC able to reach them before the actual area rescuers. Questioned like they caused the plane crash/Tornado - explained as there were 3 congressman and a bunch of lobbyists on the plane. Daniella - the crazy sister texting and harassing both Dru and Finnian. Showing up at her apartment and workplace. Dru's parent - only loving and worrying about Daniella EVEN THOUGH she isn't even their biological child and is the crazy Aunt's child who happens to be having an affair with Daniella's fiancee??????? Romeo - one of THE SEVEN mentioned in the Semyonov Bratva series. In prison for life after beating a man into a coma who was fucking his wife. Oh and the wife who had managed to squirrel away all his money so Dru had to take out a loan for his defense attorneys that got him life in prison..... Knight and Old Lady - killed when a truck pulled out in front of them. Dru just happened to be in the ER when they were brought in and was the person to tell Apollo/Finnian Oh and lets not forget, Dru was the one who was with Finnians' son Tavi when he was brought in to the ER years ago and sent Finnian a blanket. (sigh) Daniella again with the addition of her mom and dad harassing Dru at work and at Finnian's home. Finnian planning to get a bunch of men including Romeo out of prison since he thinks they don't belong there. Shasha from the Semyonov Bratva reaching out to him. AND THE FINALE - Eugene (ex-fiance and mother/daughter lover) taking a gun and killing Daniella, her mother, and himself on Finnians' doorstep. WITH A SIDE OF EXWIFE - Aurora trying to kidnap Dru to get ahold of Tavi's life insurance? WTF!
I'm sure I missed something in this laundry list of plot lines but oh well.
As you can see, this book went completely off the rails. The plane crash - tornado thing just is over the top then it just kept going. Being that this is a romance, there wasn't actually much romance involved other than sex. Too much outside trauma with little reaction time to each event.
My heavens, I would struggle with just recovering from a tornado let alone this laundry list of happenings in less than a month. They would both need serious amounts of therapy and likely would suffer from PTSD in various ways. Mental fortitude is a thing but this is a nightmare of events piled on top of each other. Why was this crammed all together in one book?
Liked the two characters, enjoyed the MC and visiting with the previous couples, but there was no need for all this and I really didn't feel like they'd spent enough time with each other in NORMAL life to build a relationship.
Slow the roll and find a way to get back to a normal contemporary MC Romance plotline without all these deaths and tragedies. I felt numb to the loss of the lives by the end of it. Like living in a war zone.

A biker romance that's readable but not necessarily unforgettable
I have to admit that this is a recurring observation regarding Lani Lynn Vale's latest books, and especially this series : her style is still as original as ever, but the romances have become a bit of a mess >< I'm fine with a certain degree of unrealism in my romances, but here, between the plane crash, the baby they find, the endless deaths, the brother who turns out to be a secret badass, the murder-suicide … I like romances with drama, but here I felt that all the plot twists somewhat overshadowed the characters' relationship. And what's more, some storylines don't really have answers (like the baby from the plane crash ??).
And let's be honest, I don't really know how the Truth Tellers MC manage to recover from ALL the horrible deaths they suffer (which creates a strange atmosphere because we have characters who could have been very important, but they die horribly and suddenly before we have time to get attached to them … So I'm not sad, but all the characters in the book are devastated …)
Apollo's stalker-hacker side was sexy, and I found Dru funny, but overall, I've read better books by this author.
In short, a biker romance to read for entertainment, but that's all !
This book is romance gold. It is so heartbreaking at times but so beautifully connected throughout. This is finally Apollo's story. He has been a constant throughout the whole series and the loss of his son Tavi has defined his relationships and his isolated existence. It informed his decision to get into politics and move away from the MC to get justice the systematic way. However, this book is his call home.
And what a ride he goes on to get there. Apollo/Finnian's eye is caught by Dru when she is meeting with her sister's fiancé in Washington. She is tracking the fiancé to prove to her sister he isn't a great match for her. While she gets the proof she is after, she also walks away with a helpful stalker/obsessed MMC. He is more of an awakened from loneliness, useful hacker than a dark romancey stalker. He is an all round good guy that uses his knowledge and power to assist her. He is very upfront and open. Not shady and stalky.
These two have to encounter (I kid you not) an aviation disaster and the intervention of mother nature (this is their forced proximity of the title) to fall in love and realise they can be each others strength. Call it trauma bonding or call it finding your soul mate in adverse circumstances. Whatever it is, these two are so connected and so meant to be. She is the light that tempts him from his darkness and grief. Theirs is not an easy road to happiness as both encounter adversity and loss. But their love is never at risk and I loved that they just fit together amid the wider family of the MC. And I'm also guessing LLV has given us a little insight into who we'll be reading about in the next series.....
Gripping forced proximity romance between a grieving MMC and sunshine FMC.
I honestly wish I could spend just one day inside Lani Lynn Vale’s head — because how she continues to create such uniquely original, emotionally charged romances is nothing short of magic. With Forced Proximity (Book 7 in the Content Advisory series), she once again proves why she’s one of the best at weaving stories that hit you right in the heart.
This book delivers everything Lani Lynn Vale fans crave — raw emotion, gut-wrenching moments, family drama, and the unshakeable loyalty of an MC that stands not just beside their women, but together as a family through it all.
We’ve met Apollo before, and his story has always felt like one of the most heartbreaking. Straddling the line between politics and the MC world, his past is filled with pain — but when he meets Dru, everything changes. From the very first glance, his interest is piqued, and what follows is one brilliant, unforgettable journey of healing, connection, and love that defies the odds.
Dru is a nurse with a demanding family and no time for romance, but Apollo? He’s the kind of man who makes time irrelevant — the kind who sees her strength, understands her chaos, and refuses to let her face it alone.
Forced Proximity is everything you expect from Lani Lynn Vale — powerful, emotional, and unapologetically real. A story that proves love can rise even from the darkest places and that sometimes, the best kind of healing comes when someone finally refuses to let you go.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — A must-read for anyone who loves MC romance with depth, heart, and an unforgettable emotional punch.
Forced Proximity is book 7 in the Content Advisory by Lani Lynn Vale and boy is it a good one. The book focuses on Apollo and Dru, both who have their own baggage and have been through their own heartbreak, no more so than Apollo who has lost his son Tavi and who is finding it difficult to move forward, that is until he meets Dru, a woman with her plan to help her slightly psychotic sister who becomes obsessed with men, think stalking and you’re not even close!
These two come together in the most unfortunate circumstances and from there they are inseparable as they navigate their relationship, and everything thrown in between. Apollo is such a good guy, and he is a perfect fit for Dru, even with their baggage. I really liked Dru as a character too, she is the perfect fit for Apollo, both vulnerable and strong with a wicked sense of humour!
Like the rest of this series, there are some fun times, hard times, sexy times and everything in between as the two characters navigate being together whilst people and circumstances try and get in the way. This is a spicy and fun read and a great addition to the series.
ARC received for a fair, honest and sometimes long review. All opinions are my own. 😊
Talk about an unfortunate start to their journey. However without those huge event's, their paths may never have crossed forcing a bond that frankly most would never understand. Some would most definitely call it fate.
Apollo and Dru cracked me up. Her obliviousness to his stalker tendencies and his stalker tendencies. I feel like they perfectly balanced one another with meaningful conversation and a genuine understanding of eachother but also a playfulness and confidence that really could be felt through the pages. Not to mention great chemistry. They didn't have an easy journey to say the least aside from the obvious beginning.. child loss is a huge thing to navigate and I feel like Lani gave Tavi the time he deserved whilst allowing Apollo to still have a life to live alongside his grief with the reality being that grief never goes away but living with it gets maybe a little lighter when you have someone to share that load.
This one definitely hit the feels in everyway and once again Lani brings her slew of characters that breathe life into the story with their never ending love, support, crazy and outrageousness. It's a ride for sure. Now bring on the next baby.
I don't know about anyone else, but Apollo's story is one I wasn't sure I could handle reading. Throughout this series, he was a character I was drawn to, even with the tidbits scattered throughout. But I'm so glad I read it. Learning about his emotional state and the love he has for his son made you want to wrap him in a hug. He's also someone you’d love to have on your side if you wanted to do some stalking or check on people. When he notices someone paying too close attention to a meeting he's in, his instincts kick in. The woman he's following is intriguing, and when he finds out who she is, it just gets a lot more interesting. Dru is a powerful, beautiful soul who has had the life sucked out of her. She's so tired of dealing with her family's crap, she doesn't even know where to start. One thing she will do is show her sister that her "love" is cheating. When she exposes it all, it opens a can of worms no one saw coming. Nothing about Apollo and Dru's story is easy. They go through a lot of emotional baggage, but they also share some things in common. Watching them fall in love is so much more than you might imagine. But can they find their HEA, or will someone try to destroy it? I can say that nothing in this book was what I expected.
I absolutely loved this book. I just knew when we got around to Apollo’s story that it would not only be amazing but also emotional. After all Apollo has been learning to deal with the death of his son Tavi since the start of the series. I also knew it was going to take a special kind of woman to thaw his hardened heart. May I just say Ms. Vale did not disappoint me in any way. This is a well written, outstanding storyline.
Dru and Apollo are both dealing with family issues. Apollo is learning to live without his son and somehow be around his club brothers and their budding families while Dru is dealing with the craziness of her sister. They officially meet under the most extreme circumstances which cause them to totally lean on one another. But what happens when they return home and back to a somewhat normal life? Will Dru accept Apollo and his Truth Teller brothers:lifestyle? Can Apollo deal with Dru’s family drama?
There is so much more to this extraordinary storyline but I refuse to spoil it. I do however highly recommend it and the entire series. While the books don’t have to be read in order, I highly suggest it, as the backstories overlap.
Lani Lynn Vale always wraps her characters around my heart very quickly! Apollo has been a character that I've been drawn to throughout this whole Content Advisory series because of things we've seen happen to him from other people's perspective, so I was really happy to see him finally get his turn at that happily ever after. Dru is absolutely perfect for him and their intro was spectacular. I was invested in them from the start and enjoyed their story throughout. Their backgrounds were both fairly well developed and there was only a spot or two here or there that I would have liked to know what happened with a tidbit here or there that left a small hole. Overall, very intriguing and satisfying! I'm going to be sorry to see this series end for sure after the next book. Great characters, very interesting plot and lots of steam, passion and love to sink your teeth into. I highly recommend this book as well as the entire series to anyone who enjoys a close knit group of friends who love hard and always put out a helping hand. Watching them all find their love connection has been really heartwarming.
I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily. Apollo & Dru: triggers- stalking, mental illness, family discord, gun violence, natural disasters. Now THAT was a WILD ride from start to finish. Lani Lynn Vale is a genius with the way she's constantly changing up her writing to keep her readers on their toes, while still keeping the same formula. I love it. Apollo is the one character we've been hearing about over a couple of series now and dying to read his story from his POV and it did not disappoint. The grieving father, State representative and ultimate hacker? Who would think to put that combination together? Dru was definitely a game changer for Apollo and someone we met earlier in the series. A charge nurse at the same hospital that Chevy and Silver work at, dealing with family issues of her own. These two come together under extreme circumstances and it becomes one hot 🔥 and heavy experience with twists and turns from there. So much drama and excitement. I am here for it. BRAVA LLV, BRAVA 👏🏾 👏🏾 👏🏾!
WOW how Lani comes up with all these stories and ideas I don't know but I am totally here for her genius writing!
Soon as this book starts I am hooked and not able to put the book down until I had finished it! She has this knack of making me laugh with the characters crazy antics one minute and then cry in the next and I did shed a few tears in this one.
Having met Apollo in previous books i was eagerly awaiting him getting his happy ever after especially after everything he had been through! I loved Dru, she has been put through so much thanks to her family and is drowning with everything barely keeping her head afloat but everything changes when she meets Apollo! Their connection is instant and off the charts. They are perfect together.
I cannot wait to see what is going to come with the last book in this brilliant series!
I was gifted a copy of this book by the Author and this is my honest opinion
I’ve gotten emotional while reading LLV’s books in the past. But this book has to take the cake. Apollo and Dru are two people that if it can go wrong, it does go wrong in epic ways. If there were ever two people that you wouldn’t think should be together it’s these two. They’ve both experienced so much in their lives that I found it amazing they were still functioning on a daily basis. Although, there were days that “functioning” is probably overstating what they were doing.
I loved the progression of this book. As they both traversed the unthinkable, growing closer very quickly. We learn so much about Apollo and what’s happened in his past. We knew there was trauma but to have it spelled out had me crying. When you add that on top of everything else that happens in this book, by the end I was emotionally exhausted.
LLV has written a book that is not to be missed and explains so many things but also rips your heart out while doing it. Thankfully though, my heart got pieced back together again by the end.
We met Apollo during the worst moment of his life in Grumpy Sunshine, book one of the Content Advisory series. What we didn’t know was we also met the future MMC for his story. Dru was a very minor character in that story but she made a major impact on Apollo and the other members of the Truth Tellers Motorcycle Club.
When their paths cross in Forced Proximity, it was an instant obsession for Apollo. He has used hacker skills throughout the series but it was fun to see him use it for his advantage while watching over Dru.
With each book in this series, Lani Lynn Vale shows that she has perfected the art of writing the best matches for her characters. Dru and Apollo are perfect for each other in every way. Apollo is just what Dru needs in her overwhelming life and Dru shows Apollo how to live again.
Apollo and Dru must navigate several encounters from natural disasters to incorrigible family members to find their way. You will need to buckle up but this story is worth the ride. I couldn’t put this book down.
This story has pain, secrets, grief, and heartbreak.
If you have not read the below I would recommend reading those books(s) first: Grumpy Sunshine (Content Advisory, #1) Look at Her and Die (Content Advisory, #2) Enemies to Lovers (Content Advisory, #3) Other Woman Drama (Content Advisory, #4) Mistaken Identity (Content Advisory #5)
This is Dru and Apollo’s story. If you read the other books in this series, you have met Dru. She first met Apollo on the worst day of his life. Now she meets him again on a plane. They go through a traumatic time together and learn about each other as they are trying to survive. Back in town he does not want to let her go. She has a hard life and works all the time. He tries to help make her life easier. She helps him at a time he needs her, and he returns the favor by taking care of her. They fall hard and fast, but a few people try and keep them apart. Will they succeed? Or can Apollo get her to trust in him and all his brothers?
Everyone has a family member that they sacrifice their financial and emotional wellbeing for them. Sometimes it lasts a lifetime. Sometimes it goes for years before boundaries are set and the sacrifice stops. Silla tries and tries to set boundaries with her sister and parents. Some how her sister just busts through those. Shes fiercely independent and loyal to those she trusts and love. Her realness is what makes you connect and fall in love with her. Finnian is the same. He takes care of those around him without question and often before they ask. He also masks his grief by throwing himself into his work. Their story had a natural flow too it. While some things were highly improbable, it is fiction after all, you still get sucked into their story. You see Silla become who she is meant to be by the care and love bestowed on her by Finnian. I believe you can actually see the weight of her situation be lifted off her shoulders when Finnian comes into her world. Great read and highly recommend.
Forced Proximity by Lani Lynn Vale is an intense and emotionally charged romance that explores the complexities of love under challenging circumstances. The story revolves around two characters thrown together by fate, creating a compelling dynamic filled with tension, vulnerability, and undeniable chemistry. Vale’s writing immerses readers in their emotional journeys with raw honesty and depth.
The slow-burn romance between the leads is beautifully developed, with well-crafted moments of conflict and tenderness that keep the story engaging. Vale’s ability to portray emotional turmoil and growth adds a depth often missing in forced proximity romances.
While some plot points follow familiar tropes of the genre, the strong character development and heartfelt narrative make the story stand out. The pacing was steady, though I wished a few emotional scenes were elaborated on to heighten their impact.
Overall, Forced Proximity is a moving and powerful read for fans of emotionally driven contemporary romance. I’m rating it 4 stars and looking forward to more from Lani Lynn Vale.
In this seventh book of the series, it's shocking that we're already on the 7th book, and we get to read about Apollo and Dru's story. What do we learn about each of them, their jobs, and how they meet? Who are Danielle, Jennifer, and Eugene? How does Dru know them? When Dru is heading home to Dallas, what happens on her flight had me laughing one moment and then feeling the tension in the next. We have had the opportunity to watch Apollo's story unfold from the first episode to now. I was delighted to have the chance to read this book. This is the kind of book where one person's life fits like a missing jigsaw piece into another person's life puzzle. There are some laughs, some fear, some pain, and, most definitely, happiness. Read and see how all of these come into play. If you haven't read the earlier stories, I recommend reading the series in order, as the stories build upon one another easily and provide a great backstory to Apollo and Dru's book.
I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie's Book Reports.
This is the story of Apollo and Dru. Apollo is a member of the Truth Tellers MC. He is a hacker for them. He is also grieving his son and my heart broke for him. This event took him away from his brother's/family and they miss him but are so excited that he his heading back to them. After all he has finished what he set out to do in DC and is missing home too. When Dru enters his life it is a total surprise. He wasn't expecting a woman to walk into his life and blow him out of the water. He would do anything for Dru. I can't tell you how that happens because I do believe that you need to find out for yourself the epic way they come together. They soon are equally obsessed with each other and I was living for it. I am loving this series so much. If you haven't started it, then you are missing some amazing stories. If you have been reading this series you do not want to miss this one.
Apollo has a devastating past which he is still trying to make peace with. As a result, he has distanced himself from everyone including the Truth Tellers MC but when he sees Dru she inspires feelings in him that he can’t deny. A harrowing experience and some forced proximity bring them closer however the turmoil they must overcome is only beginning when they return home.
Dru has always tried to be there for her family which is how she finds herself on the plane where she meets Apollo. When they return to their normal lives she believes that they will go their separate ways however he isn’t about to let her walk out of his life and everything he learns about her only has him more determined to protect her.
After everything Apollo has been through I was glad to see him get a second chance at happiness and Dru is exactly who he needs. They are so supportive of each other as life continues to throw them curveballs which only makes their love stronger.
I freaking loved this book! The dynamic between Apollo and Dru was absolutely perfect. I am a huge fan of how obsessed and possessive Apollo was from the very beginning—his "stalker ways" were just so cute and endearing! 💘
My heart broke for Apollo and everything he's been through. Losing his son, Tavi, and then later his friends... so much life lost. It made his connection with Dru even more powerful. I also loved how Dru included Tavi's memory in their lives; it was so heartfelt.
They both have so much to deal with regarding their families. Dru's family is great, but not all of them! Her sister is downright crazy, and her mother clearly favors the sister. On the other hand, I absolutely loved her brother, Romeo! I adore the name and I really, really hope he gets his own book next! 🙏🙏🙏
The forced proximity was executed perfectly, and the epilogue was everything I could have wanted. This was a fantastic read!
OMG these two went through the gambit. Apollo’s was one of the stories I wanted to read, and I loved it.
He went through so much and when he met Dru, he found his place. They went through so much. Plane crash, tornado, terrible family (on her side, except for her brother) and the amazing MC family. This story really hurt Lani. Was not expecting some of the surprises in this one.
I loved that these two found each other, they were perfect together. Apollo is the one that Dru can depend on, and she was the one that made him whole again 😊
Loved the ending too Lani! I hope we get second generation stories from that ending, lol I’m not ready for this series to be over yet… Totally loved every single story in this series!!
This is the seventh book in the Content Advisory series. They are stand alones, but I highly suggest you read all the others because we get a backstory on Apollo and we see what happened to Tavi. It will break your heart. But you will love the whole series.
Apollo has been on a mission to take down everyone that had a hand in hurting Tavi. That's why he's in politics now.
But Weber now needs him back home with the club.
He spots Dru right away, but she pays him no mind.
At first.
What these two go through together is, I really don't have any words for it.
I absolutely love them both.
It was awesome to see Sam from Freebirds series.
And this does set up the next series. And boy I'm excited and here for it!
In previous books Apollo made his presence known and I was immediately intrigued by the man that seemed to have the power to do whatever he wanted. I knew his book would be emotional because of his loss, but I wasn’t expecting all the twists that made it even more emotional for me either. Dru was perfect for Apollo and even thought they did trauma bond they had a connection that was undeniable. I loved how he refused to let her go and his ways of keeping her close were unconventional but he had nothing but great intentions for her. I hated Dru’s family except for her brother who I hope gets his own story, but these two together were so much fun and even when things got intense they stood by each other being the other’s rock in hard times.
