Motivational and inspiring

This book is great not just for weight loss, but life in general. It has helped motivate me in other areas of my life, in addition to weight loss. It's definitely a great read for anyone who needs help getting motivated, because the concepts in the book for weight loss can be applied to most other areas of life. I also love that it's broken down into 30 daily readings with worksheets to help remember the concepts. I'll definitely be reading again at some point.
