A Great guide from a Body Mechanics Specialist.

A.K. Merrick takes her extensive knowledge of body mechanics in combination with her Nurse's understanding of what is needed for good health and you have a great guide to prepare you for your treasure hunting trips out in the wild.
If you are out there swinging metal detectors, traveling across diverse terrain and digging in awkward positions over extended periods of time, then again, this book is for you.
Sample workout schedules to pick from make it easy to get started. Important topics like improving balance for injury prevention and improving grip strength are well covered.
Very thorough, even advising based on personal limitations. Low impact aquatic exercises. Chair exercises for those with limited mobility. Tips like additional stretching for older treasure hunters. Alternative exercises such as Yoga and Tai Chi.
Then the nurse-ly advise really kicks in with listening to your body. R.I.C.E. Rest, Ice, Compress, Elevate. Proper nutrition and hydration. Proper form. Networking with other treasure hunters. Sustainability.
