A Captivating Romance
Someone wants to kill Wren Matthews, a pop star celebrity. To avoid the stalker, she hides in Crystal Rock where she plans to work on a new album. Captain Jeff Callahan, a wounded hero who has been in love with the pop star since he was a teenager, takes on the assignment of being her bodyguard. The chemistry between them ignites the first time they touch. While the danger around her mounts, Jeff is determined to keep her safe as he fears she’ll leave him with a broken heart when the album is finished. Will their love survive?
This is well-crafted, engaging romance suspense that I highly recommend!

I love the story's fast pace and ease of reading. It begins with a bang, showing how Jeff Callahan injured his leg in Afghanistan, making you feel his pain. He meets Wren Matthews when their vehicles collide in more ways than one. Wren needs someone to protect her from a stalker who sends vicious notes and black roses and leaves dead bodies at a studio fire. The meeting between Jeff and Wren is electric, and so is their journey together against the mysterious stalker.
