This book is not just a recipe book. It also gives information about the history of Italian ice and tells how it is different than other refreshing desserts. It was interesting to read, I found new information in here and I loved recipes. It seems not that difficult to make one and a healthier choice than other refreshing desserts. Now I just need to choose a recipe and try it out.
